Excellent location in Gwangalli. Great view of the beach if you choose the rooms with a view. Great places to eat nearby. Room walls a bit dirty.

Location fantastic, near amenities and many restaurants and cafe at the vicinity. Bus service straight from Busan station.

Location and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room. The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.

I picked this hotel this time cuz it was the most affordable one regardless it was ocean view. But that should be self explanatory why.  1. Bed was hard. It felt like I was lying on cardboard.  2. Bathroom stinks. Odor was coming from the sewage.  3. Although it was smoke free room, I guess someone was smoking from other room that the smell came through the vent and I couldn’t breathe.  Other than that, at night it was too noisy but that’s what you get for getting the ocean view. But at 5am, I woke up from a woman screaming and yelling for an hour. I know that’s not anything with the hotel but I wonder if the staffs did anything about if she was going on for an hour…  I am not going to come back to this hotel in the future.

Not very family friendly. However best view of the beach. Can see the whole drone show and beautiful sunrise too. Location is super convenient. Just not much facility to use. Right in the core of tourist area and lots of dining options.

Place is decent for the price, however the location to travel out to other areas abit of walking distance. Customer service can be improved by using better language used.

The floor carpet was too old, dirty, and the room had a moldy smell so I couldn't sleep. Avoid this hotel.
