Reserved a room here with Booking.com. Found out at check-out that the ”Total Price” that Booking.com quoted did not include taxes. Hmm....what does total mean? Other than that, the hotel itself doesn't normally provide wash cloths. We were lucky that our maid was able to find a couple. If you want a towel for the pool and the towel girl is busy giving a massage, you will have to track down a restaurant employee at the rooftop bar who will then find a towel for you. The fabric from one of the umbrellas over the poolside tables had partially blown off and remained like that exposing the metal ribs. It's a wonder that the wind did not lift it off completely and deposit it on the street 12 stories below. This condition remained like this for the remainder of our stay. All things considered, it is an older 3.5 star hotel. I would look for another place to stay if in the area again.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch a plane the next day, so I didn't have too much expectation. However, it is a comfortable and quiet place even though it is on a busy street and with a lot of guests during the Holy Week. The room has a big space for me to put my luggage and move around (ususally it is placed with unnecessary furniture). It doesn't use carpet which I feel very clean and fresh. Staff are very lovely and helpful, which excess the 3.5 hotel service. 2 things I would like to mention for improvement. The breakfast seating was a little chaotic. When I went back to my table after taking some more food, someone took over my table already. I think Hilton should be experience enough to have system to avoid it. Another thing is the hot chocolate. I ordered one cup at night in the restaurant. It was tasteless. I mean, it was a little sweet, thick and brown, that's it. There's no taste of chocolate at all. Next morning, I found that it's same as the one in the free breakfast. Shouldn't a better quality can be served for a cup of 6,000 cop hot chocolate in Hilton? Especially in Colombia where you can get good hot chocolate in local cafes. Anyways, it's a great stay, Breakfast area is small but it has a lot of choices and the food is fresh and delicious. Everywhere is super clean. There are also many restaurants around and it's easy to get food at night.

Prenota via TRIP.COM e ho cancellato 2 notti, che quando sono arrivato all'hotel a mezzanotte, mi sono voluto costringere di nuovo a cancellare perché la piattaforma non li aveva cancellati. Nonostante avessero le informazioni sulla prenotazione e in questo caso avesse con me il numero della prenotazione effettuata dallo stesso hotel, ma il trasferimento della Carta di Credito, è stato quasi impossibile la reclamo con le persone del Desk. Non ritengo che sia responsabilità dell'ospite il maneggio e le relazioni con le piattaforme, quindi se non vogliono un mal di testa, NU È UN'OPZIONE PER PRENOTARE TRA WEB. È importante notare che dopo quasi 2 ore di reclamo (a mezzanotte che sono arrivato), mi è stato lasciato entrare in anticipo sul tema del pagamento prima di uscire da esso, cioè, Mi hanno mandato forse a una delle piu' peggiori camere dell'hotel (che ho verificato con le mucche) la 413, per punizione???? per reclamare qualcosa che ritengo giusto??? Infine, davvero pena per la catena alberghiera che succede queste cose .....

Molto raro trovare una proprietà di questa qualità nel centro antico di una città colombiana. La Triada può essere indubbio consigliato a chiunque vuole o deve essere in questa parte di Bucamaranga. Le camere (#706) erano immacolate, di buona dimensione, tranquille, senza rumore stradale, e comode. L'uno elevatore, anche se piccolo, era molto veloce. Le aree comuni sono luminose, pulite e aperte. Il stile non è un hotel di nuova generazione, ma piuttosto tradizionale senza essere in stato di stato. La cosa più notevole, tuttavia, è il ristorante dove chi è responsabile del servizio di cena (7pm-9:30) è un vero professionista. Tutto può essere ordinato dal menu in totale confidenza. Veramente sorprendente, e abbiamo soggiornato in hotel di Cabecera, il Dann Carlton, Hampton e preferisce La Triada a tutti gli altri. Sebbene il personale parzialmente parla inglese, è insensato.
