Great location for town centre on seafront very clean good breakfast pleasant staff

The worst night I ever had in a hotel. I didn't get a good sleep. The air-conditioning is not working. Though they provided an electric fan in the room it's still not enough to sleep comfortably as it's too hot.

1. I booked a room for 1 adult & 2 kids through trip.com unfortunately hotel wrongly reserved a room for 2 adults; spent much time to change room during checked in period; 2. I fully paid the fees online, but shown not yet settled in your system, spent much time to clarify the settlement status; 3. I called to reception to further check if any free breakfasts for my 2 kids including aged 13 before booking, the receptionist confirmed free breakfasts for my 2 kids even one adult, unfortunately when we checked in, the receptionist told me the kid over aged 13 not allowed to have free breakfast, the receptionist still gave us free breakfast for aged 13 ultimately 4. When I called to receptionist to check how much I should pay for parking fee before booking, the receptionist told me that £20 per day after discount £5 if I joined IHG membership, unfortunately when we checked in, the receptionist told me that I could not get any discount as I booked the hotel through agent trip.com! 5.  Both the lifts were on and off out of order during we stayed from 11-13 Aug, we needed to moved our luggage’s back and forth from 5th floor to ground! What happened to us such a bad experience!

Check in time 4.00 pm ...ling waiting though rooms are ready they dont give ....and check out time 12.00 ..if check out 13.00 they want to charge 10 pound extra . So its our 4 hours waste .first time in whole world i see like this check in 4.00 pm

Very expensive for a property having basic amenities, however the location is convenient which justifies the price

No water bottles, toothbrush or toothpaste. Rude receptionist. Different view from the one advertised. Lift doesn’t work

Hotel was nice and the staff was humble. Only there lift facilities was poor. I was so much satisfied about their reception service.

Location is quite good, there is parking available right next to hotel (paid), b.fast was quite good.

The hotel is a little bit aged. Service is good and room size is reasonable.
