We booked 3 rooms together in one booking from trip.com and also mentioned in notes we need on high floor and together. Even with this request the hotel did not kept the room available and overallocated to others. This seems like a very simple process to follow and very logical that one book 3 rooms it should be together. The front desk young lady was not helpful to resolve the matter. Another lady at front desk tried and someone provided us rooms on one floor but not together.

이 호텔은 가족이 머물기에 충분한 청결도와 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 아내와 아이들도 이 호텔에서 숙박에 만족했습니다.인근에 월마트와 샘스 등도 있어서 간단하게 저녁을 해결하기도 좋았습니다

아침식사가 나름 나쁘지 않고 중간이상은 대부분 하는거 같아요 추천합니다. 여행객에게 직원들은 친절합니다.

總的來説很不錯的酒店，交通購物都方便
