Newly refurbished and great location, right next to the train station

ok for a short stay over, very well placed for a quick access to the train station

Good for a business trip.

Great hotel, air con in the rooms, food was good, parking could have been better for large vans.

Really uncomfortable single bed, the springs could be felt through the thin mattress protector. Hence very little sleep. Very disappointing as normally I find the single bed very comfortable. My wife was fine in the double bed as usual but needs the full width for medical reasons. Rest of the hotel experience fine - the hotel room had been refurbished with a nice walk in shower. However, the new furnishing was disappointing as the bedside shelves were too small as was the narrow shelf below the mirror. As seems to be usual for most modern hotel rooms no thought is given for ladies to be able to sit in front of a mirror to do their makeup and hair,

We were in the UK for a family funeral. The Premier Inn Brentwood was close to family as well as the station. The person who checked us in wasn't very friendly but we WERE able to get in early. The room was small and no frills but the beds were comfortable. I wish they had given us a box of tissues (something VERY easy to provide) and an ice bucket. They don't appear to care that commuters use their only parking lot which is accessible only. Food appeared to be too expensive so we went the Cafe a few doors down. We would stay again but I wish it was a little less expensive for what you get.

We had two stints at this hotel over the course of a couple of weeks, in different rooms. First, we stayed in one of the Premier Plus rooms, which was very spacious and had a small fridge in the room so we could store a few useful things like milk and soft drinks. The internet connection was strong and fairly fast which was very useful as I was working remotely. The bathroom was comfortable with good water temperature and pressure. Our second room was very large and comfortable, not a premier room but lovely nonetheless. However, the internet connection (both basic and premium) was almost completely out of range, making it impossible to work or really do anything on our laptops (room 910 if management is reading this). In both rooms, the bed was very comfortable as was the room temperature. The bathrooms are mostly well-equipped although a toilet brush would be useful. We didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked great. The staff are really fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and the location is excellent, just across the road from an Elizabeth line station directly into and across London.

Staff were wonderful. Lovely modern clean rooms. Nice small bar area. Good breakfast. Close to Brentwood High Street and lots of bars. The only problem is parking as there’s a small short stay carpark at the front and small carpark behind the hotel.

Everything was fine but beware of one thing!! The shower door is left sticking at right angles into the small bathroom so the mat can be draped out of the cubicle. I nearly walked into it because it was clear glass. The hotel is opposite the station which is on the Elizabeth Line.

Nice hotel, meets all of our needs. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice and firm mattresses, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location across from the train station. Easy connection from and to Southend Airport and London. The prices for hotel rooms are good value.

Clean room and modern also quiet as we had second floor and at the back.of hotel ,worst thing was no.parking advised by receptionist to.park in horizon pay at machine in car park at front of hotel however failed to tell us after we pId its first come first served so only 24 spaces for 9 floors

Rooms are brand new clean and very well kept,this is a brilliant hotel with amazing and helpful staff especially brogan who is very friendly, polite and professional,the restaurant runs like clockwork and will help with all dietary needs(I’m a fussy eater) would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location: the train station is across the road; and there are loads of restaurants, cafes, pubs etc within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved my room (at first). It was a great size, I had a kingsized bed, and the window opens a bit as I like having fresh air. However, the maintenance let things down. There was an issue with drainage - the loo didn't flush that well. I was only there for one night, and didn't have time to change rooms. The lifts broke, so it was the stairs to get back to your roon, or sleep outside. I hope the maintenance issues are sorted soon, as I would like to book this hotel again.

This is great hotel which with the Elizabeth line is in easy travelling distance to London. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although busy the hotel was still quiet, resulting in a good nights sleep after a long day . Breakfast was nice and service good. Overall a good base to stay when visiting London .
