Brentford: i migliori hotel con palestra

El apartahotel está ubicado en un precioso edificio cilíndrico tipo torre y cuenta con unas instalaciones muy modernas, habitación con cocina equipada, baño con ducha grande y mampara; además cuenta con gimnasio bastante decente. Está en una zona residencial a unos 25 minutos del centro de Londres y a unos 30 minutos del aeropuerto Heatrow con lo que es sumamente sencillo el desplazamiento hacia ambos puntos con la línea de metro azul de Piccadilly Circus. La estación del metro está a unos 15 minutos caminando desde el hotel y por la zona hay suficientes supermercados, cafés y restaurantes

As expected by the brand, the faculties were upscale and modern. The room was comfortable and mostly clean (coffee stain on the carpet). It was quiet (superior queen) at end of hallway, facing toward interior courtyard. Did not eat breakfast. However, the staff was condescendingly friendly throughout the stay, except for one person at the very end (after we had checked out). Also, finding the hotel was a nightmare. Even with GPS we missed the entrance three times (once we ended up on the M4 and it took us 24 minutes to return). When mentioned to the staff, we were told -with a smile- that no one had ever had problems finding the place (except for us, apparently). The big problem is lack of signage to find parallel access road (see photo of alleyway parallel to main road; we missed that entrance several times) Underground parking (15£ per day) was mostly convenient, but access door to hotel smelled of urine. Lastly: I booked an executive room and was DOWNGRADED by the hotel. Then I was told -with a smile- that Trip.com had sent them a wrong reservation request/voucher; i was told to see with them (ie. MY problem, not theirs).

Abbiamo prenotato questo Holiday Inn per un evento sportivo vicino. Recentemente abbiamo soggiornato in un altro Holiday Inn che era eccellente, quindi sperava che sarebbe la stessa. Il parcheggio in loco era anche molto importante. All'arrivo alle 3:30 dopo aver pagato per il parcheggio ci è stato detto al check che il parcheggio non era garantito agli ospiti dell'hotel. L'hotel ha funzionalità per poter essere pieno di sera, ma non preoccuparti c'è un parcheggio multi storie a dieci minuti a piedi!! Abbiamo andato al rugby evento senza sapere se potremmo parcheggiare all'hotel al nostro ritorno. La nostra camera esecutiva era una delusione. La cassaforte non funzionava, il wifi lento e incoerente, la base di letto era rotta e la camera era generalmente necessaria per rinfrescare. Sembrava pulita. La stanza non era tranquilla. La stanza aveva una macchina da caffè e una caldaia, ecc. per il tè, ma non ci sono tazze di tè, solo un bagno, ecc. Basi semplici che non erano giuste, che erano deludenti. Il personale di ricezione era simpatico, molto utile e potevamo sentire la loro frustrazione per il fatto che queste cose semplici non erano giuste.

Stayed as part of concert package. Room large and elegant decor, with inter connecting doors to our daughters room. Excellent if limited menu on room service. Staff excellent. Breakfast very good. Would definitely return for maybe a weekend relax. Park connected has excellent walks, very relaxing. Only negative that maybe hotel could have supplied a shuttle bus to concert, as returning from Twickenham was a nightmare. Many guests were in hotel for package, and an extra fee would not have worried guests to pay if it meant an early return to hotel, and more takings at the bar would have been another gain for them.
