Hotel con colazione a Haiphong

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. L'hotel è in una posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi le tre spiagge dell'isola o il porto di Ben Beo, da cui prendere una barca per visitare il villaggio di pescatori di Cat Beo (più precisamente, la comunità di persone che vive sul mare, che si guadagna da vivere con la pesca e l'acquacoltura). Durante la bassa stagione, il personale dell'hotel (in particolare il direttore, Nam) è stato estremamente disponibile, offrendoci consigli e assistendoci con le prenotazioni. Questo ci ha permesso di fare una crociera pomeridiana nella baia di L'an Ha e poi optare per un trasferimento combinato in autobus, motoscafo e autobus per tornare ad Hanoi, una soluzione da hotel a hotel che ha richiesto meno di quattro ore. La colazione è abbondante e soddisfa sia i gusti orientali che occidentali.

We had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel. The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could. At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free! The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony. We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full. These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused. The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

Really recommended this hotel for solo or foreigners. This hotel is new and the facilities are very good, they have pool and restaurant too. This is my first experience staying at dorm room and is better than I thought, I have a large, private space and the bed and curtains are clean. Just remind you to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or bring your own shampoo because their's same as other hotel, not so good. Anyway, cant not demand too much for a price like that. Next time to Cat Ba I definitely come back here.

This is a hotel that I really like and frequently use. I often stay in the suite rooms here. If you do not have your own motorbike or car to drive, it might be difficult to stay at this hotel because there are not many places to go or convenience facilities nearby. However, the staff are always friendly and everything is clean. The breakfast is also good. Overall, I am satisfied with almost everything about this hotel. I usually stay in the suites, but the carpet in the suite rooms is often dirty and you can see stains on it. Sometimes the sink lever is broken or the water does not drain well. I visit quite often, but it seems like these repairs are not handled very well, which is a bit disappointing. Still, I am satisfied with the service and overall quality of the hotel.

Everything was nice! Just one fact that disappointed : we booked two rooms of the exact type, when we arrived the receptionist said one of the room with one big bed is occupied because another guest desided to stay for one more night and we have stay in a room with two beds. Not a big deal but it was weird why they didn't offer that room to another guest as we already booked the room with a big bed in advance and it's not right to let a previous guest to stay there for one more night cause it booked. So when I insisted on getting the room I booked suddenly they gave me the key of the room I booked and the ”previous guest” disappeared the same moment. I don't know why they do it, but it looked like a scam. Maybe i was wrong so I don't understand what's the purpose of doing so

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Recensione per View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, che ha offerto un ritorno tranquillo dopo un giorno di esplorazione del bellissimo ambiente. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla piazza e vicino alla spiaggia di Cat Co, rendendolo conveniente per la vista e godere delle attrazioni locali. La stanza che mi sono fermata era spaziosa e pulita, con una vista stupenda dal balcone e dal caffè al tetto. Il personale dell’hotel era eccezionale, erano amichevoli, attenti e si sono spostati per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo, hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasporto da Hanoi a Cat Ba e persino a organizzare un fantastico viaggio di giorno per me a Ha Long Bay. La colazione dell'hotel era piacevole con una varietà di opzioni disponibili, tra cui uova di qualità deliziose, e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel si sentiva benvenuta e accogliente, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Raccomando vivamente View Point Anh Quan Hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole a Cat Ba!

La camera era fantastica, la vista dal balcone al 14° piano semplicemente mozzafiato. C'è una cucina in camera, solo per esibizione, perché verrete multati anche solo per usare il microonde 😂 Un giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere asciugamani puliti e acqua, perché erano stati dimenticati quando hanno rifatto la camera. L'hotel è ENORME, quindi andare e tornare dalla piscina o dal ristorante all'aperto è un viaggio lungo, non c'è modo che i bambini possano andare da soli in questo enorme complesso. Il miniclub è solo una stanza, non un club vero e proprio. I giochi nella sala del miniclub sono incredibilmente costosi, quindi non li abbiamo usati affatto. La vista dal ristorante del terzo edificio è incredibile se si arriva abbastanza presto per trovare un posto vicino alla finestra. La colazione a buffet è discreta. Quando è affollato, però, il cibo continua a finire. Ce n'era una! Una caffettiera per circa 400 persone, quindi bisogna correre avanti e indietro per questo enorme ristorante per controllare se è stata riempita. Una volta abbiamo pranzato a buffet, ed era davvero pessimo. Per 1,7 milioni di VND non si riceve nemmeno acqua da bere, ma bisogna comprarla a parte, e non ci sono molte opzioni per i bambini da mangiare. Anche in questo caso, il cibo è finito, quindi abbiamo dovuto camminare avanti e indietro diverse volte per controllare se fosse stato sostituito e schivare la folla lungo il percorso. Non è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. L'hotel non può aiutarvi con le prenotazioni o con i suggerimenti per le escursioni, a meno che non prenotiate i loro tour, che sono incredibilmente costosi e con poca scelta. Le piscine dell'hotel erano fantastiche per i nostri bambini! Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole, ma non torneremo in questo hotel.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

Очень колоритный отель, выглядит как произведение искусства! Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌 Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥 Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.
