DDaryltyhIl personale di Muthi Maya ha un servizio davvero buono e non mi aspettavano di offrirmi una torta come è stato il compleanno del mio partner. Ho soggiornato con l'altro hotel nel gruppo kirimaya, Atta, e la mia esperienza era davvero buona e piacevole, quindi ho scelto di rimanere in un altro hotel di sorella. Tuttavia, Muthi Maya è molto lontano dalla maggior parte delle strutture e le strutture sono accessibili solo attraverso il loro servizio di navetta basato su determinati tempi o con la guida. Durante il soggiorno, uno dei miei figli ha avuto un'emergenza medica, una reazione allergica, un primo per me, e l'hotel del gruppo Kirimaya non è l'hotel che vuoi rimanere quando si sta affrontando un'emergenza medica. In primo luogo, la ricezione di Muthi Maya non ha la necessità di un kit medico o borsa medica. Abbiamo anche contattato la ricezione dell'hotel di Kirimaya e la ricezione dell'hotel di Atta e non c'era nessun borsa medica a cui possiamo accedere. UUtente ospiteAmazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

BBearyHKLa stanza era molto grande e ci sorprendeva la piscina privata, il tetto Terrance e il cannone. Possiamo fare il check-in nella stanza stessa. I servizi forniti erano molto buoni. Puoi anche avere il tuo bbq sul tetto, ma potresti davvero dover dirlo che vuoi avere il tuo bbq. Se non ti aiuteranno a cucinare il cibo e servire la tua stanza. La qualità del cibo bbq dirò era solo media. Poteva essere meglio. Mi piace che possiamo scegliere in camera da pranzo per il nostro colazione e ci sono abbastanza poche opzioni per il colazione. As for the wise location, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place does not have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Devi prendere atto del parcheggio perché devi parcheggiare su una cortina 😅. È solo che era ancora una buona esperienza rimanere lì!

- La nostra stanza era spaziosa con un sacco di spazio utile, anche se abbiamo prenotato il tipo più economico.
- Ci sono state molte attività disponibili all'interno dell'hotel. E 'perfetto per rilassarsi, sia che si soggiorni con la famiglia o come coppia.
- L'hotel è amico degli animali domestici, che noi amavamo assolutamente. ❤️😍
- In novembre, offrono un servizio “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) da circa 5 pm verso l'area campeggio. L'area è pulita e bellamente arredata, con grande atmosfera e servizio. Il cibo era delizioso e igienico. Eravamo molto impressionati. ❤️
- Una cosa che vorremmo davvero vedere migliorata è la TV in camera. La TV è troppo vecchia e non ci sono servizi di Internet TV, canali via cavo o di streaming online. Possiamo guardare solo pochi canali locali, che erano di bassa qualità e molto limitati 😭

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained.
Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day.
The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities.
An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options.
Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.

MMike PanovWe've stayed at this hotel several times in different rooms, but this was our last. The rooms look worse and worse each time, the housekeeping has become extremely poor, they need renovation, and they smell of damp and mold. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced in a long time, and there's dust, dirt, and hair everywhere from previous occupants. It's impossible to fill the bathtub, the hot water pressure is too weak, and even the water heater won't turn on. You're paying for something you can't use.
The furniture is all old and dirty, and the nightstand is covered in strange stains, right in front of your face. It's unpleasant.
The kitchen is there, but there's not a single utensil for cooking, not even spoons or forks.
The balcony is covered in dust and pigeon droppings. Incidentally, if you book a two-story room on the top floor, pigeons live in the roof, and at dawn they're sure to wake you with their loud cooing. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.
The breakfast is Thai, and there's nothing to eat. It's just rice, noodles, and sausages. Overall, it's not a decent meal.
On the plus side: beautiful grounds, beautiful interiors and furniture (though dirty), a beautiful view from the window, and bright and spacious rooms. The reception staff is friendly.
Hotel management: please improve the cleaning and renovate the rooms. It's very sad to see the hotel deteriorate.

С каждым разом номера выглядят все хуже, уборка в номерах стала очень плохой, номера требуют ремонта, пахнет сыростью и плесенью. Система кондиционирования не числилась уже очень давно, повсюду пыль, грязь и волосы от предыдущих жильцов. Ванну набрать нереально, слишком слабый напор горячей воды, даже водонагреватель не может включиться. Ты платишь за то, чем не можешь пользоваться.
Мебель вся старая и грязная, тумбочка у кровати в непонятных пятнах, напротив лица. Это не приятно.
Кухня- она как бы есть, но нет ни одного предмета для готовки, даже ложек и вилок.
Балкон не убран от пыли и голубиного помета. Кстати, если вы возьмёте двухэтажный номер на последнем этаже- в крыше живут голуби и с рассветом они вас обязательно разбудят своим громким курлыканьем. Звукоизоляция плохая, можно разобрать о чем говорят соседи, слышно каждое слово.
Завтрак - тайский, есть нечего. Только рис, лапша и сосиски, в общем нормально поесть не получится.
Из плюсов - красивая территория, красивый интерьер и мебель (но грязная), красивый вид из окна, светлые и просторные номера. На ресепшене приветливый персонал
Управляющие отеля- обратите внимание на качество уборки и сделайте ремонт в номерах. Очень грустно смотреть на то, как отель деградирует.

UUtente ospiteWe booked 2-bedroom house for 2 nights. House was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Ambience was nice and quiet.
However to improve by installing hooks in toilets and rooms for hanging clothes. The long table was great for group meals together. It would be good if a basin for washing utensils be installed near the refrigerator instead of bringing into the bedroom toilet to wash.
