Hotel con colazione a Gedda

Connected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient. Room is nice and clean, got everything you need. Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.

Molto bello, ma ci hanno fatto alloggiare nel distaccamento, la palestra non doveva essere 24h ma nelle ore serali non era sempre aperta.

I stayed at Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Olaya during my visit to Riyadh, and overall it was an okay mid‑range experience. The hotel’s location on Al Olaya Street is excellent, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Many guests find the rooms spacious and reasonably comfortable, and the staff generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Cleanliness is usually above average, and the hotel feels modern compared to typical budget options. However, there are some downsides worth noting. A number of travelers report noise from Olaya Street at night, so light sleepers might want an interior‑facing room. A few guests also mention issues with Wi‑Fi consistency and varying breakfast quality, with limited variety on some mornings. Some rooms can feel dated or a bit dimly lit, and occasional maintenance issues (like slow shower drains) have been mentioned in reviews. Bottom line: Good choice for a central, budget‑friendly stay with friendly service and clean rooms, but expect some noise and minor service inconsistencies.

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Non mi piaceva l'ubicazione. Molto lontano per la maggior parte del tempo libero/strada o centro. Forse è buono se avete un business vicino. E' pulito ma ti manca qualcosa Il servizio può essere un po' meglio, i dipendenti possono sorridere e essere più utili. Basta con le strutture per un giorno di soggiorno

La camera è molto bella e molto vicina al supermercato e alla King's Fountain. È un hotel molto conveniente a Jeddah. Ci sono stati alcuni piccoli inconvenienti durante il check-in, ma sono stati risolti molto bene con l'aiuto del servizio clienti Ctrip che è stato davvero entusiasta ed efficiente. Infine, vorrei dare un complimento a Mohamed Ali alla reception, è molto entusiasta.

La stanza era molto soddisfatta della stanza del coppia. La stanza aveva una bella vista, il letto era comodo e la luce era morbosa e confortevole. Ci siamo divertiti a cena e la vibrazione generale del posto era solo fantastica.

Ci sono voluti più chiamate e circa 45 minuti prima che fosse stato consegnato un asciugamani, e solo dopo aver richiesto di nuovo, sono stati forniti più al giorno successivo. La custodia della casa era incoerente la mia stanza non era pulita il secondo giorno, e dovevo chiedere carta igienica supplementare. Le strutture interne erano molto limitate: solo un tipo di tè e caffè (nessun tè verde o decaffe), solo due crematrici, e nessun estratto come la tosta, i bagni o la lozione corporea. Il bagno era inconveniente, perché dovevo aspettare che il personale venga a chiudere e aprire il caffè. Il caffè era ancora in costruzione, quindi non c'era nessun caffè o snack. In generale, l'hotel si sente fondamentale in questa fase e potrebbe beneficiare di miglioramenti quali: • Assicurare la custodia della casa è coerente e tempestiva • Fornire servizi standard nelle stanze • Faccia acqua o tè disponibile in reception • Apertura di strutture come il jacuzzi e il caffè L'hotel è pulito e ha potenziale, ma ha bisogno di miglioramenti significativi per soddisfare le aspettative.
