Hotel con colazione a Belgrado

Сначала пройдусь по минусам. Отель находится на брусчатой улице, поэтому если вы с тяжелым чемоданом, то катить его не получится. Лифт есть только с первого по третий этаж, поэтому если живете на четвертом этаже, то дальше только пешком. Кран в раковине в ванной был явно не по размеру из разряда кухонных. Постоянно летели брызги. Умыться и вымыть руки тот еще квэст. Теперь по плюсам. Отель в самом центре на очень живописной и атмосферной улице. Не смотря на шумную улочку, в номере очень тихо, сну ничего не мешает. Персонал приветлив, отзывчив. Номер относительно свежий. Убирались каждый день. Завтраки отменные в ресторане. К слову ресторан на той же улице, нужно немного пройтись. При отеле есть массажка, про нее сказать ничего не могу, не ходил. В целом отель рекомендую, всей семьей остались очень довольны. Хвала!

Удобное местоположение гостиницы, достойные завтраки с вкусными свежевыжатыми соками, персонал приветливый за исключением высокого с плотным телосложением работника на ресепшен с бородой на ресепшен (слева), который при регистрации нахамил и повышал голос.

Great hotel stay. Really nice room which was clean and spacious and in a good location with lots of things very nearby. Had an issue with the self check in as no keys were in the place given, and they took a while to answer the emergency phone number so that wasn't the best start but after that they were super helpful and friendly and the hotel is very nice and good value.

L'hotel è nuovo e è chiaro che è stato riavviato solo recentemente dopo una grande rigenerazione e restaurazione. Le camere sono veramente bellissime spaziose, elegante, con un forte senso di freschezza e attenzione ai dettagli. Il personale è gentile, ma non sempre molto veloce, probabilmente a causa dell'hotel nei primi giorni di funzionamento e della esperienza ancora acquisita dall'equipaggio. Ci sono anche alcuni problemi di denti minori tipici di un hotel appena aperto, ma è evidente che questi saranno raffinati nel tempo. In generale, siamo stati felici di stare e saremmo felici di tornare, soprattutto considerando il grande potenziale dell'hotel.

L'hotel si trova su una salita piuttosto ripida. Se arrivate con bagagli pesanti e usate i mezzi pubblici, dovrete camminare per circa quindici minuti dalla fermata. Se possibile, consiglio un taxi; è un po' più costoso ma ne vale la pena. Proprio accanto c'è un supermercato ben fornito. Piazza della Repubblica è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti. La cosa che ci ha lasciati perplessi è che la nostra camera fosse sprovvista di aria condizionata. Già a fine aprile faceva piuttosto caldo, e la combinazione di assenza di aria condizionata e jet lag mi ha fatto svegliare alle 3 del mattino, impedendomi di dormire bene per il resto della notte. Alcune camere si affacciano sulla strada principale e, vista la presenza di motorini, chi è sensibile ai rumori dovrebbe chiedere esplicitamente alla reception una camera più tranquilla (magari sul retro). La colazione era di buona qualità, decisamente apprezzabile.

Un piccolo hotel carino. Abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare e abbiamo persino deciso di prolungare il soggiorno di 2 notti. Gli interni sono moderni, essenziali, tutto è piuttosto nuovo. Il personale è cordiale, sempre pronto ad aiutare in caso di domande. L'unica pecca è che nessuno di loro sembra parlare russo; abbiamo comunicato in inglese o con l'aiuto di traduttori online per risolvere problemi più complessi, dato che le mie conoscenze sono al livello di una quinta elementare con un vocabolario limitato. La camera è dotata di bollitore, bustine di tè, caffè, zucchero, panna, ovviamente un frigorifero, una cassaforte, pantofole, bagnoschiuma (che implica l'uso di gel e shampoo), dischetti di cotone, cotton fioc e una cuffia. Non sono presenti spazzolini da denti né dentifricio. La posizione è eccellente, vicino al centro storico, alle fermate degli autobus per diverse zone della città, a un mercato, a negozi di alimentari, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.

The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.
