Noi amo tutto, a partire dal design dell'hotel e è molto pulito. Il parcheggio è davvero qualcosa di nuovo, che la vostra auto sarà sollevata nell'edificio, dovrebbe essere uno dei suoi tipi a Miri. In generale, è una buona esperienza..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is strategic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite its prime location, the hotel offers very reasonable prices, making it a great value for money. The staff were also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel without breaking the bank!

Good service and location. But the air conditioner in my room is not cold

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation quit nice and the room was large. But there is a couple of issues. First, I was able to hear a noise from the room next door. Also, I was disappointed to find the amenities provided only for one person instead of two. But overall, I enjoyed my time.

The room was spacious and tidy, which was a plus. However, there were some drawbacks such as the lack of amenities and issues like a stained bathtub and a leaking hose. Despite these concerns, I would consider staying there again, hoping to see improvements. The rates were reasonable, which was another positive point. Additionally, room service offered a good variety of options on the menu, though prices were average.

I recently had a one-night stay at Jinhold Hotel and Apartment in Miri during a transit stop, and here is my review: Strengths: -Affordable and Budget-Friendly: At just SGD 60 per night, this hotel offers excellent value for travelers seeking convenience without breaking the bank. -Prime Location with Exceptional Accessibility: The hotel is ideally located directly across from Miri Airport, making it a perfect choice for transit travelers or those with early flights. The complimentary hourly shuttle van service was especially helpful. For our 8 AM flight, we needed to be at the airport by 6 AM for check-in and baggage drop, and the shuttle service provided seamless transportation without the hassle of arranging additional transport. -Secure Parking Facilities: An added benefit was the option to rent a parking space in the hotel’s basement. We opted to leave our car there at a reasonable rate of RM53 per night. The facility was secure, giving us peace of mind while we were away. -Spacious and Functional Accommodations: The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with the essential amenities one would expect from a transit hotel. While the facilities were simple, they were practical and met our basic needs comfortably. Areas for Improvement: -Elevator Reliability: One of the elevators presented some issues during our stay. It lacked air-conditioning, and its performance was somewhat erratic. Upon our return to pick up our car, we noted that the same elevator was out of service entirely, which was inconvenient for guests needing access to the basement parking. -Bed Design Flaws: The bed’s structure could use significant improvement. It consisted of two mattresses placed on a wooden platform, but the edges of the mattresses tended to tilt outward. This created an unstable sleeping experience and gave the impression that one might roll off the bed if not positioned carefully. Conclusion: Overall, Jinhold Hotel and Apartment is a highly convenient and budget-conscious option for transit travelers. Its proximity to Miri Airport, coupled with the free shuttle service and secure parking facilities, makes it an appealing choice. Despite minor issues with the elevator and bed design, the practicality and affordability outweigh these drawbacks. I would consider staying here again for the convenience it provides.

Molto bello e confortevole hotel di resort! Siamo benvenuti dal ragazzo della campana che ci aiuta con il bagaglio con grandi sorrisi e saluti. Il desk ci chiede gentilmente di riposare in lobby o può andare a fare shopping nelle vicinanze mentre aspettavamo che la stanza fosse pronta ( eravamo in anticipo). Ci danno abbastanza acqua potabile per assicurarci che rimaniamo idratati! La piscina è grande e bello ( hanno più piscina per bambini, e una grande piscina con diverse profondità). È stato bello perché ci forniscono anche cena complementare per 2 ( la nostra prenotazione viene con colazione per 3 adulti, il bambino è RM30 supplementare). Vorrei integrare il personale del ristorante - Rita, che ci ha dato la massima ospitità e flessibilità quando chiediamo di confezionare cibo per andare a cena ( cena). In generale, sono impressionato da questa ospitezza di Marriott, che non mi ha mai lasciato con i loro meravigliosi servizi.

1. Pulizia 10/10 - tutto era molto pulito che per me era la massima priorità!  2. Servizi per la camera 7/10 - tutto è stato fornito, tranne che nel bagno ci sono stati zero ganci per cambiare i nostri vestiti dopo doccia/ asciugamano bagno. Solo un bar ha avuto un asciugamano che era strano quando la camera può essere occupata da due. Inoltre, il mini frigo è stato rotto e non abbiamo ricevuto un'unità di sostituzione, ma invece è stato chiesto di immagazzinare i nostri oggetti nelle loro scale frigo e raccogliere quando necessario 😅 3. Servizio 9.5/10 - il personale è stato generalmente utile e gentile. Solo una questione è stata che non potevo ottenere tessuto facciale/toiletto extra dopo la chiusura della custodia, che era piuttosto scomodo.  4. Servizio alimentare/ camera 9.5/10 - Il cibo dal ristorante è stato di solito buono, fresco e il servizio è stato abbastanza veloce.Abbiamo pre-ordine il nostro colazione e hanno consegnato in tempo la mattina che è stato fantastico! ;) L'unico svantaggio è che sono chiusi lunedì, che è strano perché ho pensato che il servizio in camera dovrebbe essere 24/7 🤔 5. Posizione 10/10 - ci sono molti piatti vicino e anche marzo che rendevano super conveniente ottenere forniture e cibo, tutto entro 2-5 min di distanza a piedi. C’era anche un centro commerciale all’opuscolo dell’hotel, che era grande anche però non mi sono mai reso conto di quanto mio amico era malato.

La chiusura della nostra porta non funzionava così sono stati trasferiti in un altro locale con un letto doppio che era piccolo e molto bello. Poi sono trasferiti in un altro locale che si scioglie di fumo di sigaretta ... hotel non fumatori, ma gli ospiti ne ignorano. La colazione era buona, le opzioni per i gusti occidentali e malaici. La piscina è bello sedersi la sera con vista sulla città e sull'oceano a distanza. Il personale di questo hotel è molto utile, vuole assicurarsi che tu sia comodo e sempre sorridente

Ottimo prezzo per un hotel in una posizione eccellente. L'hotel è situato in città, collegato a 2 negozi e a pochi passi da pranzo di molti buoni locali. Appartamenti spaziali sono date ma perfettamente viabili. Le camere sono state ristrutturate e molto belle.
