UUtente ospiteOverall, the stay itself was comfortable, and the room met expectations. The hotel's aesthetic is elegant and beautiful, and its location is convenient, surrounded by chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was also good and enjoyable. However, the experience was unfortunately dampened by issues at the front desk, hygiene standards in the common areas, and soundproofing. We arrived around 10am and requested an early check-in, fully understanding that the standard check-in time is 2pm and that any earlier arrangement is subject to room availability and discretion. However, we were told by staff that early check-in would only be possible with an additional charge of RM160. This created an uncomfortable impression where it felt less like a matter of room availability and more like withholding an available room in order to impose extra charges. The tone suggests monetising convenience which we weren't particularly happy about.
After checked-in around 5pm. we noticed dirty plates on the floor left near the lift area. What was more concerning was that these plates were still there in the same spot the next morning when we checked out. This raised questions about cleanliness and hygiene, especially in shared spaces. In addition, the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from children crying near the lift was clearly audible, and due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, airplane noise could also be heard. This may be a concern for light sleepers or guests seeking a quieter stay.
While the room and overall stay were generally good, these experiences affected our impression.

The room was spacious with full toilet amenities, slippers, hairdryer and iron with ironing board.
Breakfast had great varieties too.

UUtente ospiteI had a pleasant stay at Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable, making it a good place to relax. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the peaceful environment around the hotel. However, the swimming pool could use some upgrading and better maintenance to match the overall quality of the hotel. Despite that, I still had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

AalastairtingDue to located at seaside, things getting wear and tear faster and rooms kind of rundown but still in acceptable condition. Food wise ordered chicken wings but tasted like no seasoning at all And pizza is also under baked. These basic food definitely needs to improve.

TTravel•Eat•RelaxAbbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.La stanza era spaziale. Il cibo era grande, e forse per la selezione del colazione può aggiungere anche qualche ”kuih-muih”. La vista dalla piscina è anche bello, solo che il bordo della piscina, dove le acque stanno scorrendo, deve essere pulito, Sembra che non sia pulito per gli anni ...it era verde ..
In generale, è un buon posto per rimanere, e proprio vicino al centro commerciale.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è molto buona. Bella scena dall'appartamento. Regole molto strane e rigide. Ho saputo che una persona dall'appartamento aveva diritto a un colazione gratuito al giorno. Il receptionista mi ha rifiutato di pagare 3 cuponi per un soggiorno di 3 giorni, ma quando ho cercato di avere 3 persone dalla mia famiglia per un colazione insieme per lo stesso giorno, le condizioni di ogni appartamento che abbiamo soggiornato erano diverse. Mia sorella aveva una camera da letto a 3 posti con un servizio completo, compresa la tavola da pranzo, eppure non c'era un lavaggio per tazze e piatti.

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

Il personale del front office era incredibilmente benvenuto e attento, facendomi sentire giusto scegliere e assicurarmi di avere tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno confortevole.
La camera era pulita, accogliente e ben mantenuta. Il letto era sorprendentemente confortevole, offrendo un grande sonno notturno. Mi sono anche compiaciuto delle strutture fornite, tra cui Wi-Fi veloce, TV a schermo piatto e bagni da bagno.
L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale, convenientemente situato vicino alle attrazioni locali e il trasporto pubblico è facile da chiamare.
In generale, consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse un'esperienza eccezionale di grande valore. Sono ansioso di tornare alla mia prossima visita!

AAidakadiroverall had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to food, shops, and the town area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was decent for the price, with basic amenities provided. However, the hotel is a bit old and could use some refurbishment, and cleanliness can be improved in certain areas. Still, for a short stay and for the budget, it offers good value and convenience.
