"Perfect welcome, flexible arrival.
Beautiful hotel and bedroom, very well equiped with a fan, air con and a TV. Coffee and a keetle were available and many items (cove, shower cap...)
The bed, cover, sheets and pillows were the most confortable I ever had !
The water in the bathroom was perfectly hot and there was shampoo and shower gel.
The place is very calm, quiet and close from main attractions.
I didn't found the time to try the swimming pool... But it looked very nice !
I highly recommend this place and would like to come again !"

Location is average - it’s closeby to the night markets and 10 minute walk to the Mekong but it’s not nearby other tourist attractions like Patuxai or the temples
Breakfast service was great - the staff were lovely and omelette/toast and fresh fruit was nice
Room has tissues, shampoo and body wash, working air conditioner and a fan.
Overall would recommend if you stay in Vientiane.
There’s a lovely coffee shop called Raw just down the the street for your morning coffee to"

CChooi Wah LowWe really enjoyed our stay at the Ji Hotel. The room was clean and neat, and the bed—along with the pillows—was very comfortable. It was a thoughtful touch, as many other hotels don’t pay enough attention to pillows, which can greatly affect sleep quality. The staff were also helpful. This hotel chain consistently works hard to maintain its high standards of hospitality.

Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare.
During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated.
Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us.
On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional.
The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding.
Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. We will certainly recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

NNibbler IA solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with.
Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk.
A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know.
Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

ししおんの旅Il servizio valeva il prezzo. Ero molto contenta che tutto fosse pulito. Le donne pulivano sempre, cosa che ho apprezzato molto.
C'era un uomo anziano che continuava a parlarmi di cose che non capivo, quindi fate attenzione. Ho anche avuto delle punture di zanzara molto pruriginose nella hall, in cucina e a letto.

UUtente anonimoFrancamente, mi sono sorpresa piacevolmente. L'hotel è molto bello e le camere sono senza spot. La posizione è per il trasporto e sicura! Il personale era davvero dolce, può parlare inglese e cinese. questo ha reso tutto il processo di check-in facile. Devo andare a Vientiane da ora in poi.

Wwave.npkOverall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.
