Ottimo soggiorno al JI Hotel Vientiane Mekong Riverside. L'hotel è molto pulito, moderno e ben progettato con uno stile minimalista. La camera era confortevole e tranquilla, con buona luce e un'atmosfera rilassante, la vista dalla piscina è sorprendente. Mi piacevano le caratteristiche della camera intelligente, soprattutto il sistema di controllo del touchscreen e la voce per l'aria condizionata e l'illuminazione, che rendevano il soggiorno più conveniente e interessante. Il colazione è stato delizioso e ha molte varietà da scegliere. La posizione è grande, vicino al fiume Mekong e facile da raggiungere. In generale, grande valore per il prezzo. Dear Ruby Luxe Hotel Team,I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Vientiane. Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. Scegliere l'hotel giusto a Vientiane è fondamentale! Il Balian Hotel è proprio accanto al famoso mercato notturno, che la sera è illuminato a festa e offre ogni tipo di street food come riso glutinoso e frutti di mare crudi marinati. È comodissimo tornare in hotel anche a notte fonda. L'insonorizzazione della camera ha superato le aspettative, per niente rumorosa, l'acqua calda abbondante e il Wi-Fi veloce; l'attenzione ai dettagli è davvero ottima. Per questo prezzo, la posizione e il servizio offerti valgono davvero ogni centesimo!

A cheap stay, good for our one night only. Room had no natural light and the lights flickered. Bathrooms were fine and mostly tidy, shared with everyone else. No shampoo or body wash in shower and no towel provided. Breakfast was fine, bread and some potatoes with egg. Super central to the night market and close enough to the Mekong. Good stay for the one night only.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

This hotel 🏨 in Vientiane has great rooms vs. affordable prices per night. Internet access us available, however, outdated. So best is, having a l9cal sim-card hotspot-connected to your e.g. laptop to wirk, surf or just listening to music. The staff is very supportive, speaks a bit English but mainly, Laotian, Thai and Chinese language. The swimming pool is ok, unfortunately, the gym was closed (under repair).. In general, good service-value ratio.

It was cheap and clean. The location is strategic, if you don't mind mid breakfast and dark hallway

La stanza era pulita, ma il resto non trovava gel da bagno, ma era molto lontano dalla stazione di bus Talad Sao se volevi camminare, ma era chiusa con il magazzino del Grande C dipartimento.
