UUtente ospiteUn ambiente e un'atmosfera assolutamente splendidi con camere tradizionali giapponesi che offrono la più relaxante e pacifica esperienza durante il nostro soggiorno. La nostra stanza è dotata di un'amica privata che si trova di fronte alle montagne neve, offrendo un altro livello di tranquillità e conforto senza paragoni dopo un lungo giorno di sci.
È inoltre opportuno ricordare che il personale in tutto il locale è così attento e attento che chiederà le nostre esigenze in materia di servizi e opzioni di ristorante - ci hanno anche dato un catalogo completo di ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quando ci chiedevamo cosa mangiare a - Una notte.
In generale, l'esperienza è stata eccezionale e consiglierei molto il soggiorno in questo hotel

CChloe Lim SanThe heart warming and hospitality of this family is one of my best experiences in Japan.
It was my first time traveling to Hakuba and it was snowing heavily. Masanori san was busy with dinner but he had his daughter to pick me up instead (she have left for university so I reckon on normal days, he will have to go out of his way to pick passengers if they needed.) One key thing to note was to specify where you are properly because i took a bus and they didn’t stop me at the interchange but instead they dropped me off at the Hakuba stop (outside North Face shop) so it was quite confusing and they couldn’t find me at first.
The room is very spacious and the morning snowing view was really nice. The free Hakuba shuttle bus is just one minute away and it comes every hour, you can have breakfast at 7/7.30am and take the shuttle bus at 8/9am (might not come on time but just be earlier as there are many others taking the same bus). In house Onsen was decent with hot enough water but will be perfect if only it was outdoors (more for the ventilation and view).
The dinner made by Masamori san was one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel - French cuisine. It is delicately made and ingredients are carefully sourced, you can literally taste the freshness of their ingredients. Book at least one day in advanced!
At 84, their granny got to be the cutest and sweetest, we sang that one or two Japanese song she knew and she was so happy she served us tea, we kind of almost feel bad that she is serving us but after speaking to her daughter knowing that it is working there that keeps her body strong and makes her happy (so during Covid, she was feeling weak).
And also they link up with Lion Gear for all rental of everything you need. You just have to let Masamori san know and he will arrange for them to pick you up at your preferred time. After choosing your gears, he said they will send me to the slopes (went Goryu/Hakuba 47), but they didn’t and instead they sent me to Happo and I had to bring my gears and walked 20-30mins to the bus stops and paid for the V2 buses (the larger buses are not free - so you got to pay 800Yen per person). After I told Masamori san the story, he was really apologetic and immediately called them up. The next day, he got them to compensate me for the trouble and it really did helped ease the not so great experience and time wasting - the Lion gear boss was generous in compensating and explained that it was their new staff and they didn’t follow the previous arrangements.
Supermarket is about 15-20mins walk away, can be pretty cold but the walk is really nice, proper walking path with snow built up like walls.
All in all, I will still rate this place 9/10 for the hospitality and sincerity of this family, the food and the spaciousness of the room! Highly recommend you to go for the French dinner!

UUtente ospiteService was in general good. Most staff can speak English and were very helpful. We booked their teppanyaki restaurant but due to a member being sick, we cancelled it one day ahead. However, we were then being told that there is a 50% charge which was not explained to us when we made the booking. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to waive it. Appreciated that but it was a hassle. The apartment is nice and juices and water were included in the fridge. There's no onsen nor swimming pool nor a gym in the hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of varieties. Location is excellent within walking distance to the Main Street in Echoland where most restaurants are. Hotel provides shuttle buses to Happo One and Hakuba 47.

E' molto conveniente andare in qualsiasi campo di neve al centro del villaggio di Whitema.
C'è un autobus alla porta, non abbiamo mai preso un autobus.

Viviamo una settimana e abbiamo lavato i vestiti due volte. Abbiamo passato il primo giorno e possiamo prenderli il giorno dopo.
Il caldo dell'hotel è anche molto buono. È molto privato. Ogni camera può essere prenotata in anticipo per 50 minuti.
E'anche conveniente mandare la colazione in camera.
L'unica cosa sbagliata potrebbe essere che il Wi-Fi è molto sbagliato.

LLY888L'hotel è stato accogliente e vicino a un centro acido-uno, alla stazione acido bus e a pochi noleggi di attrezzature sci/snowboard.
Mi sono fermato in una stanza tradizionale di tatami - mi piace dormire sulle mattoni con un semplice conforto, ma ci sono mattoni disponibili nel cassetto per coloro che lo preferiscono.
La parte migliore del mio soggiorno era il servizio al cliente, dovevo lasciare un po' di bagagli prima di entrare per colpire le tracce, e quando sono tornato, non solo la mia stanza era pronta per me, ma anche il mio bagaglio era stato preso.
La sera un altro membro del personale mi ha aiutato a mettere in piedi la macchina per la fermentazione, perché ho bisogno di vaporizzare rapidamente una camicia, e ha dato raccomandazioni sui posti da mangiare.
Molto consiglia un soggiorno a grande valore

We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm.
Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.

LLydon MarksLovely place, it is very clean, super warm, the staff are very friendly and the buffet is very good. I would recommend dinner more than breakfast as they have more options then.
BEWARE: While the rooms are advertised as “mountain view” and while you can see the mountain from the rooms, it is DEFINITELY NOT the same images that are advertised online.
The photo below is the view from our window, and while it is cloudy, there’s a massive building and half a roof blocking our view. This means that not every room is mountain view, so book carefully.

MM314425****Il riso della stanza è molto amichevole per la mia topo ～ è un po'di piccolo bagno, più piccolo della catena economica che abbia vissuto prima.La cena è un po'ricco, ma non mangio pesce, e la classe del colazione è buona.
L'hotel ha un bus a Xiaochuan e il campo di neve intorno, ma perché il trasporto pubblico generale nel villaggio di Whitema non è particolarmente conveniente e l'hotel non appartiene alla posizione del centro, quindi quando porteremo il bagaglio o il tempo, chiediamo alla reception di aiutare i cavalieri che vengono più velocemente.
Finalmente ho lasciato il mio caricatore 🥹
