Hotel con colazione a Medan

Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

Nice location. Located just next to a new mall. Walking distance to a nearby famous restaurant. Highly recommended stay.

La stanza era confortevole in generale, ma mi dispiaceva di vedere che una delle tolette aveva tinture visibili su di essa. Le tolette dovrebbero essere pulite e senza spot per ogni ospite. La custodia deve controllare con maggiore attenzione e sostituire gli asciugamani in telaio prima che la stanza sia assegnato. Spero che l'hotel migliori il controllo della qualità in questo settore. Se volete, posso anche renderlo più conciso, più formale o più forte.

Very clean hotel, altho i don’t like the room design, but i love tje cleanliness, they have hood amenities and big resto. We love to spend pur morning enjoying their coffee shop. The front office staff are all friendly, the allow us to store out luggage before check in and after check out.

There are little things that should be pay attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variations/changes. Le vecchie eminenze non sono mantenute correttamente.Devo aggiornare le porte della camera, l'aria condizionata e il piombo nelle bagni.Il cibo dato al ristorante ha una qualità superiore.Il buffet colazione e cena devono essere adatti a persone consapevoli. Generalmente molto olio buono con le competenze di cucina.

Non giudicare l'hotel sulla base di come sembra dall'esterno, perché potrebbe sembrare un edificio corsa in basso! La stanza è buona, si ottiene quello che paga.Colazione è buona, colazione locale indonesiana. La parte migliore di questo hotel è il personale. Non possono essere un hotel 5 stelle (penso) ma l'ospitalità è 5 stelle! (Dal personale nella zona d'ingresso, al conteggio di ricezione, ristoranti al personale di pulizia!) Kudos all'intera squadra! La posizione fuori dall'hotel potrebbe essere un po' incredibile dopo le 10:00 per andare in giro perché è buio. Ma non preoccupatevi c'è sempre almeno 2 persone alla porta e se si sta prendendo servizio di e-hailing sarà bene, non andare solo fuori.

Ho prenotato una stanza migliorata, ma la stanza era vecchia e cadeva separata. Erano anatre che mi scaldavano nel letto, non c'era acqua calda, il colazione era fredda. L'AC non sarebbe fredda, quindi eravamo molto caldi durante la notte. La bagno aveva gli occhi di qualcuno, quindi mi ha fatto pensare che i puliziari non stanno facendo un buon lavoro. In generale, l'hotel non valeva il costo.

Very friendly service at checkin and around the lobby. Room service does a very good job but the towels are worn and not very fresh, desperately need replacing. Only 2x towels are given, plus a floor mat. Nothing else. Feels like a 3-4 star hotel with budget level amenities. Pity.
