UUtente anonimoStaff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

Questa visita è stata una combinazione di business e piacere. Il colazione ha una serie di opzioni, che si occupano di cucina per i gusti occidentali e indonesi, ma sarebbe bello se il latte fosse refrigerato, come con altre proprietà del gruppo Marriot a Bal. Il centro commerciale è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, e l'hotel dispone di un supermercato lungo la strada e di un supermercato molto grande. Il centro commerciale è molto vicino a un centro commerciale, ma può raggiungere facilmente con un taxi per circa 2 dollari in 10 minuti. Tuttavia, la altezza del desktop non era davvero appropriata e non è sufficiente per il lavoro di business. Tuttavia, ho completato la maggior parte del lavoro nella sedia a rotelle con le mutandine per il laptop. Excelente gamma di canali TV tra cui BBC e CNN. Un bucket di ghiaccio costa 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus Dollar) Ho usato la piscina che era grande al secondo piano con vista sulla città. TTrip.com local guidesThe service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

PPeachy14We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites.
Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine.
We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in.
Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi.
The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

SSIDSThis is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

- The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled.
- clean and tidy rooms, amenities available.
- TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch.
- the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions.
- The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors.
- In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well.
- the checkout process was good and there were no problems.
Hopefully in the future it will be more organized and improved for the better.

UUtente ospiteThe service was good, one highlight to afternoon staff, when I approach the counter for check in, there is one one man came to reception in the middle of my registration and asking about the room availability, I expect the staff will say, can I get back to you? let me handle her first, but instead he check the room availability on the different system beside mine. At last he handled me. He might be only make sure that there is room vacant, but you can only focus on who come first and then you can move on to another, after all its accor brand. Overall experience the room is clean, the bathroom very god and clean. Will be back for sure
