Hotel con colazione inclusa a Medan

Nice hotel . And with good location in the middle of Medan city . Good breakfast and nice staff .. next I’ll come back again ..

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

Tutto era perfettamente bene! Mi ha solo un po' sconvolto che il bintang locale costa 12€. Anche senza il servizio di €. 10€ è molto. Ma il personale era molto amichevole e utile a tutto.

Great ambience, facilities and location! All staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a variety of local food. Can be better with a coffee machine and egg station.

Overall it's pretty value for money, but there's quite a bit of competition in Medan for hotels. Breakfast was alright but nothing out of the ordinary. The look and feel is beautiful and old-school charm especially the pool area. But the rooms can be rather old, and in need of a refreshed look. The fitness center is very old and dated, and air-conditioning was not readily available.

Per la prima volta, sono rimasti in questo hotel. Grande servizio di contropartita, il personale è stato in grado di parlare in inglese. La stanza era pulita e i bagni erano riempiti ogni giorno. Non ci sono denunce. Super vicino alla stazione principale che collega direttamente all'aeroporto. Il colazione inizia alle 0630-1000. Il menu di ogni giorno è diverso. Un piccolo svantaggio è che i piatti sono etichettati in Bahasa Indonesiano, quindi potresti avere bisogno di aiuto se davvero vuoi sapere che cosa sono serviti. Alle 0700, il buffet inizia la stazione di omeletta e di noodle. La manutenzione è fatta ogni giorno. Le lenzuola sono pulite, nessun odore, le tole sono anche molto pulite. Buono lavoro per l'hotel. Si consiglia di tutti i tipi di viaggiatori di rimanere.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Punti positivi: - Camera confortevole - Camera pulita (eccetto la bagno) - TV intelligente con app streaming (ma devi avere la tua sottoscrizione) - Dimensione della camera - Parquet floor - Posizione Punti negativi - Deposito è un MUST (l'hotel pensa che qualsiasi ospite abbia intenzione malvagia di rubare oggetti di stanza. Per favore, non sono nemmeno il top della linea). Non si può usare questo deposito per pagare il servizio di stanza (forse può se si deposita più, come molto più). Dopo il check-out, il desk front will have sb check the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is not available. Si può sentire il rumore della porta accanto, il traffico, il treno vicino, e peggio, il rumore del club in alto piano). ma non lo elimina (e si prelevano più per questa stanza!!) - colazione è fondamentale - la drenaggio della camera da bagno non può completamente drenare acqua. Prendi una doccia alla sera e vedrai ancora qualche puddle al mattino. Grosso. - Wi-Fi è colpito e miss

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno qui, buon ambiente, amare l'odore della stanza e lobby. Il colazione è anche buono, molte varietà. Il personale è molto buono, così amichevole e utile. Non si pentirà di rimanere qui. Molto consigliato e prezzo conveniente. Ho incontrato Fauziah e lei è così gentile

A clean and good hotel with best location in Medan city. My room was large, clean and very comfortable. Came around 15.20, and had to wait the room to be ready around 15 minutes. And not even a welcome drink served during my waiting time. No complain but that small gesture is kinda needed... However the FO lady who handled me was very friendly... Very recommended to stay here...
