UUtente ospiteLa zona di checking è molto inglese e bella. Abbiamo stabilito una classica stanza. Dovremmo attraversare il palazzo principale, passare il giardino, arrivare al secondo piano di una stanza cavallo. La stanza è pulita e il bagno è anche più grande. Ma la posizione è un po'delusione. Alti prezzi e posizione dell'hotel, Facciamo vedere automaticamente la stanza impostata come impostazione sarà particolarmente buona e la città di Bus sarà delusa. La situazione è deludente. Guardare fuori è un panorama stradale dall'altra parte, non osare aprire la finestra. Il vecchio bianco inglese di stile inglese ti aiuta a prendere il bagaglio e ti dispiace non darti i soldi. Il ristorante è molto delizioso, I verduri sono particolarmente deliziosi. Devi sempre comunicare le richieste in questo posto.

UUtente ospiteCentral location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an ”average” measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is.

UUtente ospiteIt was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch,the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event.

MMarilyn QHo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questo hotel 4-star! Le reception erano amichevole e attentive, rendendomi benvenuto dall'inizio. La mia camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata con moderne strutture, e il letto era super comodo.
Il buffet del colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose che ho goduto dell'edificio storico dell'hotel.La posizione è conveniente per esplorare la città, rendendola una scelta perfetta per i viaggiatori di attività e di svago.
In generale, una splendida esperienza37, lo consiglio molto e rimarrò certamente qui di nuovo!

SSteven優點：酒店員工服務良好，酒店睡床亦都很舒適。
缺點：其實所謂的Spa只是一個熱水池，沒有香味，也沒有什麼特別，不要期望太高。另外，我所訂的是。deluxe room，應該是最便宜的房間，結果，我被編配到一間傷殘人士專用的無障礙房間，廁所和浴室做不到乾濕分離，沒有浴缸，洗澡後整個廁所的地下都充滿水，而且廁所的牆身有霉菌和生鏽的痕跡，在要求了兩次後終於能夠轉換房間，但對於這個體驗，我真心是感到不滿意，如果用接近$2000港幣去居住一個五星級的酒店，我認為這間酒店的性價比不高。最初跟酒店職員要求更換房間，他說所有房間已經全滿，他聲稱能夠以優惠價100英鎊給我升級至套房，在視察環境後，我認為根本不值得，他只出原本進行升級應該是要給450英鎊才能夠進行升級，所以已經給我提供了解決方案。在我洗澡後，廁所的地下真的是完全充滿了水，而且我亦邀請他們親自來觀看牆身的無菌和花灑支架的生鏽痕跡，最終他們才給我成功轉換房間，他們說是有訪客沒有出現和確認不會來臨才會有房間，但他們這個處理我是感到不理想的。

UUtente anonimoA causa della chiusura della strada, ci sono voluti 25 minuti per arrivare a casa per cinque minuti e è stata una guida molto difficile nel buio.
L'hotel stesso era ok, un po' obsoleti. Ho trovato che il colazione era molto costoso, anche se tutto quello che si può mangiare colazione cotta, non sicuramente valeva 50 sterline per 2 mattine.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel had great location and tasty breakfast. The room was nice and good toilet. Great room service for bringing your delivered food to your room for you. However the staff needs to improve their communication skill and knowledge. I was told that I could buy breakfast prior to the day I want the breakfast and I didn’t have to book a time slot. However when I wanted to check out I was told that I was charged the price of the breakfast that is bought on the day, not the day prior. I later talked to the staff and they understood their staffs mistake. The hotel doesn’t have dinner service I was told.

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

UUtente ospitePositivi - eccellente ricevitore (Vipin) e senza il suo aiuto avrei probabilmente controllato presto. Ha parcheggio. Situazione ragionevole e accesso al centro di Bath. Ha una caldaia elettrica e un pacchetto di cookie.
Non così positiva - In una desperata necessità di aggiornamento, di sfogliare pavimenti, lavare il bagno fuori dal bagno. Non è per i viaggiatori che lavorano perché non si può nemmeno utilizzare un ferro senza spostare l'intero interruttore principale dell'edificio e una volta che ciò accade non c'è una ricezione attiva 24 ore. Il monitor di computer piccolo usato come un televisore di spostamento che è necessario tirare fuori dal cassetto. Nessun acqua potabile in camera. Valore per i soldi non ci sono così tanti migliori posti disponibili allo stesso prezzo o meno.
