UUtente ospiteNot my first time in the same hotel. Everything is still great, and I enjoyed having breakfast everyday here. Barista had a day off when I wanted to try coffee in lobby, but Starbucks is near so it's not an issue

AAllemunI booked a suite at the Mercure but was unable to check in at 1:30 pm as planned. The front desk staff explained apologetically that the hotel had been full the previous night and the rooms were still being cleaned. We were advised to leave our luggage with the concierge and wait for a message on WeChat when the room was ready. By 3:30 pm, we returned to check again. When I asked a staff member about my room, she said it was still not ready. We waited by the counter while the three staff on duty chatted among themselves instead of assisting guests. After another 30 minutes, I followed up. At that point, they asked my name and I was finally given the room key. The hotel has only one slow lift serving Mercure guests. Another lift for the private residences can be used, but access requires crossing to another wing from the ground floor. Service quality was inconsistent. One morning, I called ahead to request that the room not be cleaned but asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and bottled water to be left outside the door instead. Although the staff acknowledged this request, I returned in the evening to find the room cleaned and no supplies provided. On another occasion, the toilet became clogged late at night. When I called the front desk at 11:30 pm, I was told housekeeping had ended for the day and would only resume at 9 am. The staff advised me to use the public restrooms on level 1 in the meantime. Unfortunately, when I came back to the room the next afternoon around 3 pm, the toilet was still clogged and the room hadn’t been serviced. Overall, the hotel’s location is convenient and breakfast reasonably tasty (though with a limited selection). However, the front desk service and housekeeping standards fall short of expectations for a property under the Mercure brand.

OO-RIAI had a quick check in and a quick check out. Just showed my passport during check in and returned my card during check out. Housekeeping was done daily. Great AC system. It’s a bit of a walk, but a quick Didi to Florentia Village. I have other cities to visit and they were kind enough to let me keep my bags there for storage. It’s super close to Guangzhou South Railway and another railway that connects to the subway. Overall, a great pit stop that’s far from the main hustle bustle side. I also appreciated the friendly staff.

NNigel LippardSpent 7 days here - the Hotel has a great location right next to the vibrant Wanda Plaza. Its housed on the upper floors of an office block lobby on 31/F and is well designed and comfortable. It has all the basics of a 5* Hotel but lacks the special service touch you expect. Rooms are large, super quiet and very clean. Water pressure excellent. Spectacular views and a top quality bed/mattress add to the stay. Biggest downside would be the air quality from A/C - smoking in the building is always an issue but the system really struggles to keep air healthy. It was also very difficult to get a steady temperature but not impossible, Staff were friendly Laundry was good - it was great value and we enjoyed our stay - thank you 🙏

CcokibeckhamParliamo prima dei vantaggi. L'hotel si trova nello stesso edificio del Marriott. Nel complesso, la posizione e l'ambiente sono buoni. Svantaggi: Check-in alle 13:30 durante il Festival di Primavera, perché c'erano poche persone che pulivano, quindi ho aspettato due ore e mezza dopo il check-in e non era stata prenotata la camera. Ho chiamato la reception e ho detto loro di organizzare la cosa il prima possibile. Più tardi, ero troppo stanco per guidare fino a qui, quindi ho dovuto prendere l'iniziativa di chiedere una camera alla reception. Fortunatamente, sono stato trasferito a una stanza esecutiva. È comprensibile che ci sarà meno personale durante il Festival di Primavera, ma l'hotel dovrebbe pensare in anticipo al tasso di occupazione e al carico di lavoro e il servizio deve essere migliorato. Quando ho prenotato l'hotel mi è stato detto che il primo giro di bevande del minibar era gratuito, ho chiamato il centro assistenza clienti e mi è stato detto che ci sarebbe stato un supplemento, ho detto, non era detto che sarebbero state consegnate gratuitamente? Quindi il personale ha detto che avrebbero organizzato la consegna immediata. Ho chiesto anche una trapunta e un rasoio, ma ho aspettato bevande e trapunte dal pomeriggio fino alla sera (anche dopo averli sollecitati due volte ho richiamato il giorno dopo prima che venissero consegnati). La cosa più senza parole è che quando ho prenotato la camera, ho visto che l'hotel aveva stazioni di ricarica e ho chiamato l'hotel in anticipo per confermare che dicevano che era disponibile la ricarica rapida. Quando sono arrivato, mi sono reso conto che c'erano solo quattro pile di ricarica per le auto Xiaopeng, due erano rotte, l'altra era occupata da un camion di benzina e l'altra stava caricando. Ho chiesto dove ci fosse una stazione di ricarica rapida vicino alla reception, ma non lo sapevo. Al giorno d'oggi ci sono molti nuovi veicoli energetici. In quanto hotel a cinque stelle, dovremmo considerare questo problema.

TTinchmanQuando si desidera visitare il centro internazionale Foshan Meiju, questo hotel è il gusto giusto nella periferia, molto convenientemente situato, accanto a un ristorante che serve cucina miele e molti altri piccoli ristoranti, Il buffet è buono ma non grande, abbastanza per soddisfare la fame della mattina, la stanza è pulita e ancora molto nuova, ho prenotato i 2 letti della regina e il bagno è molto pratico, il lavastoviglie è fuori mentre la doccia e il WC hanno cubi separati, Quindi 2 persone possono usare il bagno allo stesso tempo, a differenza del bagno tradizionale dove tutto è in una stanza, quindi devi aspettare che il tuo compagno di stanza finisca prima di poterlo usare. Sicuramente rimanderà qui.

UUtente ospiteI've stayed in this hotel on prior trips as well. During the Chinese New Year I hotel hop to the best hotels for value since prices go up so much during the 10 days. This hotel is nice, and it has a good breakfast, but it is definitely feeling ”older”. The service at this hotel is not bad, but it isn't as good as I would expect at a Sheraton. I always feel like the front desk staff have a slight ”ego”. And it isn't the ”slightly shy with their English” type of thing that I get at some hotels. Which with that, I COMPLETELY understand. It's always been a smugness. I remember two years ago they were rude to my girlfriend at the time and she is Chinese. A plus of this hotel is you only have to register your car once and can come and go as you please during the entire stay. Most hotels make you register each day or each time you leave. No one explained this to us on the first trip, so when she went to scan again instead of politely letting her know she doesn't need to do that, it was more of a ”ni you bing ma” attitude. This time, no one was rude, but no one was nice either. However the porters do a great job helping pack the luggage in your car. If you're going to be in Shunde, this is a great location, and I like that the room has outdoor space (just remember MOSQUITOS in the warmer months so keep the door closed). I gave the facilities a 4 out of 5 because although the lobby and dining are nice, however the rooms themselves are starting to feel dated. I would gladly stay at this hotel again if it was the lowest price between ATour and Jade. I just wish the front desk staff were a little nicer. I don't need the GREETINGS! I get at St. Regis or Four Seasons, but a little warmth would be nice. And again, I do not think this is the ”English Shy” personality I am getting. I've been coming to China for 10 years and Foshan for 5 and it's almost like more of a ”We want to show we are very professional” but loses any warmth or ”Glad you chose to stay here”. If you compare the other hotels in the area and this is a great price, give it a try. If it's higher than Jade or Atour at Happy Landing, give those a try.

UUtente ospiteFoshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.

E' abbastanza gentile da tenerlo a disposizione finche' non mi ricontrollo probabilmente nel marzo 2025 dopo le lunghe celebrazioni del nuovo anno. Grazie ancora
