The Victoria-Jungfrau Hotel has spectacular views and is nicely located near all of the local attractions. The service, from reception to restaurant and spa was impeccable. Immaculate, well appointed rooms and very friendly staff. The spa experience was amazing!

Posto incantevole quanto a posizione e la SPA più bella che ho mai visto, con panorama mozzafiato dalla piscina sui 4 cantoni svizzeri. Hotel bello, moderno, lussuoso e curato. Quanto alle osservazioni da fare, per i prezzi molto alti praticati, sarebbe da migliorare il servizio reception piuttosto caotico, l'uso degli ascensori con i badge eccessivamente vincolante e cosa principale (ma è un tema strutturale) che le camere non consentono l'apertura delle finestre, il che è paradossale vista l'aria eccellente di montagna, rendendo le camere opprimenti di notte (salvo uso di aria condizionata anche di notte, con tutti i problemi del caso). Ristorante internazionale di buona qualità, con prezzi eccessivi in alcune proposte. Vale la pena maggiormente quello del ramo storico dell'hotel, più arioso, panoramico e lussuoso e con una cucina più europea.

La posizione era sorprendente, sono super felice di avere una stanza con montagne e vista sul lago. La gente che lavorava lì era amichevole, un po' freddo in camera ma è tutto a posto. Letto e letto era super comodo, ho dormito come un bambino in nuvole. Amazing building. Sono innamorato di questo posto. Sembra come da favola

La posizione dell'hotel era raggiungibile a piedi da Interlaken Ost. Era un vecchio edificio, ma l'interno è stato ristrutturato e non ci sono stati particolari problemi. Tuttavia, anche se il personale della reception ci parlava inglese molto velocemente, è iniziato con una risposta appropriata che non hanno detto nulla di importante e nessuno ha salutato il personale che si è incrociato nell'hotel senza un sorriso. A colazione ci sono gruppi di ospiti asiatici ed è vivace, Non c'era una guida ai posti, quindi quando sono entrato nel ristorante nessuno del personale ha detto nulla. Naturalmente, il cibo era sparso nella sala colazione e l'atmosfera non era buona. Ho deciso di non restare un'altra notte pensando a varie cose e mi sono trasferito in un altro hotel anche se avevo già pagato. Mi è stato detto che quando ho controllato. E' per gruppi? Penso.

Di solito quando si pensa al termine ”trappola turistica” si pensa a un ristorante o a un viaggio di qualche tipo. In questo caso, è un hotel. Questo hotel è ben situato nel cuore di Interlaken (la città è in sé una trappola turistica, ma è una recensione diversa), ha anche un bel nome e un'esterna regala. Sembra sorprendente che attira un sacco di ospiti (compreso me) con il risultato. Certo mi dispiace rimanere qui. Ho passato tre notti qui con mia moglie in una settimana calda nella zona. Alcuni dei punti di vista: - camere incredibilmente vecchie con vecchi tessuti, profumati e sporchi, pellicola di carta da parati - nessun aria condizionata, semplicemente un fan plastico a buon mercato immagazzinato nel cassetto di ogni camera - servizio di pulizia molto scomodo in cui sono lasciati vestiti a letto il pavimento, i caffè non sono riempiti ...Non molto è fatto lontano dal fare il letto - molto condescendente personale di fronte desk, cioè un gentiluomo in particolare che purtroppo non indossava un tag di nome - gentile e duro colazione personale al Il ristorante, che purtroppo è molto sottoscritto, è strano che in soli tre giorni all'hotel abbiamo notato un numero molto elevato di ospiti visivamente sconcertati.

My husband and I stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The hotel was a little outside our price range, but we decided to treat ourselves, and we were not disappointed! Our room had a gorgeous balcony view of the Alps and the Lauterbrunnen valley. The breakfast buffet was amazing- cold cuts, lots of fresh fruit, breads, a large selection of jams, and eggs to order. We also finished every night of our stay with a trip to the hot tubs/spa area. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub during a heavy snowfall was definitely a honeymoon highlight. We also loved the hotel location- it's so close to the Wenger train station that it made exploring the rest of the mountain area with day trips so easy to plan. We had an amazing stay and would strongly recommend Hotel Silberhorn if you're looking for a hotel with a great view and yummy breakfast!

Hotel carino in una buona posizione. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito. Bevande nel frigo bar incluse. Colazione sufficiente. L'unico problema è stata la temperatura in camera decisamente troppo alta, forse anche a causa del frigo in camera che emetteva un sacco di calore e alla mancanza di aria condizionata.

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

From the moment we arrived by train…and walked the 400 feet from the train to this hotel, we knew we were in the right place at the right time. This hotel feels traditionally Swiss, with a spa, pool, and food offering that is decidedly modern. Perfectly located for awesome day trips to the surrounding areas. Our room was clean and spacious. The huge bath tube saved the day after many of the hikes we took from this location, central to the JungFrau region. Reservation and check-in was super easy. The front desk team couldn’t have been more professional, welcoming, and ready to help make our trip the best it could be. Special mention goes out to Andras….Front desk guy, and our favorite concierge of all time. Every morning, I would go to Andras and say, “Andras, today we’d like to go to (fill in the blank with a typical tourist trap)” He would say, “No you don’t. You’ll have a much better time (insert amazing, fun-filled, off-the-beaten-path adventure.)” It happened every day and we had a blast. He was able to read our energy, and give us perfect suggestions! Thank you Andras and Miriam (who also made us feel right at home) Breakfast was to die for. Although there were quite a few very large tourist groups, the hotel gave us independent hotel guests a more private and quiet space. We ate our evening meals that the hotel as well. It was never boring or repetitious. One night Raclette in the cozy bar area. Another night in the main dining area. Our favorite night was in Restaurant Schmitt, enjoying a chef’s course menu. Executive Chef Markus Handau, prepared an innovative and creative symphony of courses. Each one more exciting than the last. Our favorite servers, Gabriel and Julio made every meal enjoyable! They were friendly and authentic and told us stories of their own day-to-day lives in Switzerland, even though home was Brazil and Portugal. The Spa team were amazing as well. They kept the facilities neat and clean. And I had a terrific massage the day we arrived. It was also so nice to go to the Wednesday Night Summer Streetfair while staying here as well. We will definitely return to this Swiss classic!

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in May 2023 & our room was on the 7th floor. The view was truly amazing from the room. The room was spacious, clean & beds were comfortable. Bathroom are in good condition, but needs upgrade. Room has a balcony with table & chair, with fully opening sliding door, it was really nice sit out. Staff at the front desk Melanie Dennler (Front Office) was very helpful, polite & courteous during our stay. Only issue was the breakfast, which was same every day.
