One of the cleanest and best places we have stayed. The front desk staff provided excellent service.
We really enjoyed and appreciated the welcome birthday cake they prepared for my husband. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.
The only thing we didn't like was the service at Palm Cafe. It was early in the morning, but one of the staff members did not seem welcoming and wasn't smiling or engaging with guests. We hope he can improve in the future.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place.

Great stay at Bayview Hotel Guam. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a nice view. It’s on an uphill, but still super close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Would stay again!

The view from the hotel is terrific, overlooking the lake Toya. Very calm and beautiful view.

There is even a private outdoor bath that is attached to each room that allows one to have a hot onsen soak in the comfort of your own room.

Overall the hotel is very clean with quality toiletries provided. There is even karaoke and Mahjong facilities provided for those that are interested.
