Siamo stati qui prima e non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Molto confortevole e il personale è sempre molto disponibile e accogliente.

Il parcheggio era gratuito, ma l'orario della colazione era piuttosto presto, alle 9 del mattino.

Un po' datato e la camera era rumorosa essendo proprio accanto alla strada a doppia carreggiata Altrimenti va bene

Il soggiorno è stato bello, pulito e accogliente. Ha bisogno di un aggiornamento perché sembra che fosse un ospedale o una casa di cura. È necessario liberarsi delle corde di emergenza. Era comodo e l'aria condizionata funzionava ed era vicino alla città. Un ristorante dall'altra parte della strada e un facile viaggio di ritorno all'aeroporto per noi.

Avendo soggiornato in questo particolare hotel diverse volte, sarà sempre la mia prima scelta. Il personale è sempre estremamente accogliente e niente è mai di troppo disturbo. Le camere sono sempre perfettamente pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per un pernottamento.

Title: Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible cobwebs and even spiders, which left a very unpleasant feeling. To make matters worse, my children developed rashes during our stay, possibly due to insect bites. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The selection was limited, and when I asked for a clean spoon, the gentleman at breakfast was quite arrogant. He pointed me to two dispensers, one labelled "clean" and the other "dirty." However, the "clean" dispenser also had dirty spoons mixed in. When I pointed this out, he showed no interest in addressing the issue. Given these issues, especially the impact on my children’s health, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was an unpleasant experience overall.

Stayed for a night for a departure the next day from Stansted airport. Very comfortable with full amenities. Good price and love the included free breakfast. X20 link HOURLY bud is so easy to catch to Stansted, at bus stop nearby. About 20-30mins journey. Plucked lots of sweet juicy blackberry along the way walking to the hotel.

All the people who work there are so nice and friendly and make you feels so welcome. That way I always want to come back . Well done for a very good service.

Really clean friendly helpful staff nothing was too much trouble and breakfast included will definitely recommend

We were initially given a room without sofa bed, when I read the description I was booking a room with a sofa bed. However the lady in the front- i cannot exactly remember her name but I think it was Tracy, she was very accommodating and moved us to a room with a sofa bed. The sink was blocked and the phone in the room wasn’t working. The whole hotel was dated and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was poor, compared to other holiday inn expresses we have stayed at this one was limited with their items and eggs etc didn’t seem fresh. We were in a small town but even then when you’re staying at a holiday inn you expect certain things to be in order and certain standards unfortunately we felt like this holiday inn wasn’t up to standard.

Standard hotel, with the basic comfort for a short stay. The receptionist in the morning was very nice and offered a late check out.

Friendly welcome at reception. Room clean and tidy. Our main issue was the bed, uncomfortable and mattress needs updating as saggy and created roll together. OK for one night but we stayed for 2 and both had stiff backs. Breakfast was good, although if you arrive after rush will need to wait for cutlery.
