L'hotel stesso è molto buono, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono. Ho prenotato un hotel sbagliato. La posizione dell'hotel non appartiene a Montreal, a circa 35 minuti di auto da Montreal.Nota la differenza tra Longuail e Montreal sotto

Benvenuto molto caldo dal personale dell'hotel e molte informazioni per la città di orologio mostrato da lady of front office e il signor George piacevole soggiorno conveniente per andare ovunque durante il mio soggiorno causa questo hotel è facile da raggiungere al centro di orologio.. tks

La posizione è grande se si vuole essere vicino alla città cinese o all'antica Montreal. È a circa 30 minuti a piedi al centro. Anche se il parcheggio è costoso, valeva la pena, dal momento che il garage sottoterra era pulito, luminoso e sicuro! Basta assicurarsi che il biglietto entra e esca correttamente, può diventare stressante, poiché il garage è un po 'sulla parte stretta per dover riprendere con le auto dietro di te quando il biglietto non ti lascerà uscire. Sono rimasto nella stanza 1409 e ero grande e pulito, ma c'era un suono vuoto che andrebbe avanti e indietro tutto il giorno, ma abbiamo esplorato per la maggior parte dei giorni. Grande soggiorno e ritornerò!!

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona. Dietro la cattedrale di Santa Madre, camminare fino a Chinatown e Hong Kong è solo pochi minuti. La cena cinese di Chinatown e Kingfeng sono molto raccomandate.

La macchina può essere fermata alla porta dell'hotel, e dopo aver fatto il soggiorno, Nakata può andare al parcheggio gratuito accanto.La stanza è pulita e le strutture sono nuove.C'è Starbucks sotto. L'hotel può vedere la competizione mangiare e bere e chattare, e il negozio è vicino.

My friend and I stayed here for the F1 weekend and had a terrible experience. To start, the hotel does not provide concierge towel service or a safety deposit box (this detail is important for later). When calling to request fresh towels, I was told to pick up my towels at the front desk. The hotel also does not provide bath robes or slippers (maybe it's because it is a 3 star hotel?). The cleanliness of the carpeting in our room was questionable and we never received cleaning services on any of the days we stayed. Next, on our second day of our stay, the key scanner on our door stopped working. The scanner was low on battery and required a device to charge the scanner in order for the door to unlock. Every time we needed to access our rooms, we had to request the concierge to escort us and manually charge the scanner and use a master key to unlock our door. Not only was this inefficient for staff, but this was also an extreme waste of our time as guests at Imperia. At no point did concierge escalate this to management to attempt to resolve the technical issue or compensate for this inconvenience. Because the hotel was fully booked, the only resolution that was offered was to room hop for each night of our stay, which would be even more inconvenient. So we decided to stay in our rooms. Finally, and the most egregious issue of all was that our belongings had been stolen from our room. Money and a luxury bag that had not left the room from the beginning of our stay went missing. I am hesitant to point fingers at the hotel staff, however given the security issues we experienced with our malfunctioning door and the concierge staff having access to a master key, I cannot rule out the idea that it was the hotel staff that may have unlawfully accessed and taken our belongings. When we approached the concierge about this issue, they were not able to provide us with any security footage or a date/time log of how many times our room was accessed. We ended up filing a police report and the hotel has since wiped their hands clean on this issue. To this day, management has been dodging our calls and have not followed up with us. The same moment we brought this issue up to concierge, another guest lined up behind us was raising his concerns about his headphones that went missing from his room. Given that the weekend of our stay was a hectic and full house for the hotel, I am unsure as to whether this is an inside job or an opportunistic individual knowing that many guests were not going to be in their rooms for most of the day. This experience has made me feel extremely unsafe, paranoid and violated.I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend anyone stay at Imperia or any of their other sister establishments.
