Bonn: i migliori hotel con palestra

L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla zona boschiva, a 20 minuti di autobus dal centro città. Fermata autobus a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, parte ogni 30 minuti anche nei fine settimana. Abbiamo viaggiato con un gruppo di 8 persone e avevamo camere diverse, tra cui junior suite, camere singole e camere standard. Le suite erano ben attrezzate, con ampio bagno e ”salone”. Una suite tuttavia non aveva una TV in camera da letto solo il salone, l'altra suite aveva 2 TV. Le camere singole erano mansardate, piuttosto piccole, buie e poco attraenti. I cuscini erano abbondanti e spessi, ma il materasso era troppo duro per i miei gusti. Sebbene il tablet dell'hotel menzionasse che tutte le camere erano dotate di un bar (gratuito) per caffè e tè, solo le suite ne avevano uno come detto dall'addetto alla reception. Pubblicità ingannevole e la soluzione offerta dalla reception è stata quella di chiedere l'acqua calda al bar dell'hotel, che tra l'altro non è stato aperto tutto il weekend. Chiuso il venerdì sera e riservato per una festa privata il sabato. Inaccettabile; tutti gli ospiti paganti dell'hotel dovrebbero avere accesso alle strutture visualizzate. Il ristorante dell'hotel Basilico è un altro per i libri. Servizio terribile, abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa un'ora per ottenere il nostro pasto con solo altri 2 tavoli nel ristorante. Prezzo/qualità il peggiore che abbia mai visto da molto tempo. La maggior parte di noi ha lasciato il tavolo affamato, ma nessuna sorpresa quando ci sono solo 3 patate novelle nel piatto, tagliate a metà per far sembrare il piatto pieno... Il lato positivo è che la colazione a buffet era piuttosto buona. Buona varietà di salumi e formaggi, frutta fresca, yogurt, lachs, polpette, uova, ecc. In precedenza avevano una stazione calda dove si facevano le uova ”à la minute”, ma probabilmente ora cancellate a causa del covid. Il bagno era dotato di vasca e doccia in una. Aveva solo 1 asciugamano grande e aveva un odore orribile, ma le pulizie nel corridoio hanno risolto il problema molto rapidamente ed estremamente cordiale. Incomprensibile che nessuna delle 5 camere in cui abbiamo alloggiato avesse acqua calda nella doccia/vasca, era tiepida al massimo sia mattina che sera. Non contare nemmeno sul WIFI, molto inaffidabile. Nel complesso, ho alloggiato in hotel della catena Dorint prima con meno stelle ma servizio molto migliore, camere migliori e, soprattutto, cibo migliore per rapporto qualità/prezzo.

This Marriott is located near the river, with nie walking paths nearby. It is easy to drive to, on the outskirts of the city of Bonn, and very near a metro station. The parking garage is large and easy to navigate. There are no nearby resturants (other than the overpriced one in the hotel)....a Vapianos and one other place, named ”Different” are the next closest at about a 15-20 minute walk away and no grocery stores close enough to easily walk to. This is our second stay here and in both cases Lieferando orders took FOREVR to get to us and involved lost drivers. We saw two other guest parties having similar delivery issues this stay. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Check in and out went smoothly. The executive lounge is spacious and recently renovated. Food and drink offerings and service were less than most Marriotts in Germany. There are only peanuts and gummy candies during the day. Plus water (if someone has refilled it, it was empty almost as often as full), coffee and a soda fountain with Pepsi products. Evening cocktail hour adds juices, wines and beer, NO ice brought in for the sodas (we did flag someone down the first night and ask for it, it was brought about half an hour later, but the staff seem so busy we didn't feel comforatble asking again). Lounge staff never greet guests or offer any service, only come to refill food or drinks in the self serve area or bus tables from time to time. Snacks are defintely that, snacks, most Marriott lounges you can make a light meal out of the offerings, not this one (ironic given how little other meal options are nearby). The main offering was soup nightly (plus a VERY small salad and cheses selection and one meat based starter each night). The soup alternated between cauliflower or potato nightly. The gym is large and a highlight of the property. Lots of equipment and all in good shape. Housekeeping is below expectations. Our room was missed one day, dirty glasses (all placed togehter on one dresser) were never removed (there were 14 at the end of the week), lotion not refilled, etc. However the major cleaning was done, and towels were actually left to be reused when we hung them up, which was nice. There was an ice bucket in the room but the only way to get ice was to call for room service. They really need to add an ice machine to the shop area like so many other marriotts in Germany are doing. The bed was confotable and the room fairly well layed out overall. One final gripe: the TVs are enclosed in a wood frame to keep people from plugging a device into them to stream. OK, I am sure too many people damage TVs doing that, BUT this hotel also fails to offer streaming, or log in options diretcly on the TV, etc. Most any good hotel these days finds a way to let you stream your content on the in room TV and lacking that, plus the only channels available being basic German ones, really felt like somthing was missing. Overall it is more good

Allow me to proffer a ponderous and perceptive evaluation of the Hilton “Dorint” Bonn hotel, which, alas, now languishes in a lamentable state that belies its once illustrious and exalted standing. The erstwhile grandeur of this establishment, now consigned to a rather decrepit condition, compels me to expound on the profound disparities between its current forlorn state and its erstwhile splendor. In its prime, the Hilton Bonn flourished as an exemplar of refined hospitality, eliciting admiration from guests far and wide. From its imposing façade to the lavishly appointed interiors, the hotel exuded an air of opulence and sophistication that was beyond reproach. The staff, an epitome of decorum and competence, attended to the exigencies of guests with an unfaltering sense of professionalism. However, as time has inexorably marched on, the Dorint, as the Hilton now is, has regrettably witnessed a perceptible diminishment in its overall allure. The corridors and communal areas bear the unmistakable signs of wear and tear, manifesting in faded paintwork, chipped furnishings, and carpeting frayed at the edges. The veneer of elegance once so gloriously enshrined now seems tarnished, and the ambiance has become, dare I say, less than inviting. An ignoble decline has not spared the once-esteemed guest accommodations, once ensconced in luxury, but now beset with signs of neglect. The linens, once crisp and pristine, now betray a palpable weariness. The en-suite facilities, while still functional, evoke a sense of antiquation that a property of this repute should long have eschewed. In recent times, even the culinary offerings seem to have lost their lustre, eliciting a sigh of disappointment from those who recall the hotel's exquisite culinary past with reverence. The inventive menus of yesteryear have been replaced with humdrum and unremarkable fare, bereft of the gastronomic delights that once tantalized the taste buds. Regrettably, the staff, too, have not emerged unscathed from this decline. The once-polished and attentive attendants appear to labour under the burden of reduced resources and seem to lack the finesse and polish they once displayed. This conspicuous shift in the quality of service has emerged as a clear blemish upon the establishment's reputation. In conclusion, the Hilton Bonn, despite its storied history and erstwhile reputation, languishes in a state that can only be described as a sad vestige of its former glory. One cannot help but lament the departure from its once-illustrious past, where it stood as a bastion of luxury and refinement. While one may still find moments of solace amidst the shadows of its grandeur, the undeniable truth remains that the Hilton “Dorint” Bonn hotel has seen better days, and one can only hope for a revitalization that would recapture its former splendor.

La posizione è eccellente, davanti è dietro il fiume Reyes e dietro l'Università di Bonn. Vive molto vicino alla residenza di Beethoven. Cammino 10-15 minuti; l'hotel è stato ristrutturato all'interno, la stanza è piccola; Le strutture sono un po'vecchie, specialmente le elettricità. Per la prima volta ho visto la porta aperta manualmente. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel è molto buono. Il dentifricio è trascinato in un bagno di acqua, e deve essere aggiustato alla reception circa tre stelle rispetto all'hotel cinese

Abbiamo soggiornato per una coppia di notti al Kameha Grand a Bonn. La posizione è grande per camminare e ciclismo e circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Bonn dall'altra parte del fiume. Molte strade ciclabili molto sicure ovunque. La nostra suite junior era grande e molto comoda. stranamente, il minibar era vuoto, ma non ho capito perché. Il stile non sarebbe stato delizioso per tutti, ma mi piaceva, e l'hotel è inondato di luce. La colazione era molto buona con le offerte abituali. Ci siamo serviti la piscina al terzo piano del bagno, che era riscaldata e guardava il Reno. Abbiamo trovato il personale estremamente amichevole, utile e conosciuto in tutto il tempo. Uber è stato usato per andare in giro a Bonn, anche se il servizio è venuto solo di recente a Bonn e il servizio è stato un po' patching. Preparatevi ad aspettare più tempo di quanto avreste in città più grandi come Berlino. Non abbiamo provato nessuno dei ristoranti della Kameha, perché ci siamo trovati solo per un po'. Se qualcuno ha bisogno di una raccomandazione, prova Oscar in der Remise, circa 8 minuti di auto. Per i viaggiatori in Germania, portate i soldi perché il paese è ancora indietro e un po' analogo. Il bellissimo giardino di birra Rheinlust circa 10 minuti di distanza non accetta alcuna forma di carte di credito. Alcuni conducenti di taxi hanno anche lottato con il pagamento elettronico. Could not of been nicer or more efficient other than the minor ******* as follows 1/ Only getting one sachet of hot chocolate each day for a double room. Despite requesting another was advised by the person servicing the room that this was not possible! Really!!! 2/ Provision of bathroom scales was a nicetouch, just a pity the the battery was flat and regretably my language skills were not up to making the hotel aware of this. Neither of these points detracted from a very pleasant experience THANK YOU

Non si può dire nulla contro l'hotel. Le 4 stelle sono legittime e ciò che ci è stato offerto per un viaggio di due giorni è stato più che giusto. Di fronte a questo è un parcheggio economico (4,50€ al giorno) e si trova all'interno di 6-7 presso una Rewe e il centro. Ci ha solo disturbato che l'ambiente ci ricorda molto l'ospedale, perché l'hotel offre anche noleggi a lungo termine per gli anziani che vengono curati. Siamo in viaggio di lavoro e quindi scegliere un altro luogo. E' un piacere tornare a casa. LG

Il super hotel è stato dotato di un buon livello e di una buona piscina e spa. Questa è la seconda volta che siamo rimasti qui e non è stato deluso. Il ristorante è buono e il menu è variabile.. Abbiamo viaggiato con un gruppo di circa 25 entusiasta automobilistica e trovato parcheggio all'aperto è gratuito e sicuro . Parcheggio sotto l'hotel è costoso. Si consiglia di soggiornare in Bonn come si trova in una parte del centro e le camere e le letti sono super.

Das Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne würdig! Sehr bedauerlich. Ich werde das Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Leider war es mir Wochen vor Reiseantritt nicht möglich ohne 100%ige Stornokosten zu stornieren. Das kenne ich so von 4 Stern Hotels schon mal gar nicht. Kein Entgegenkommen, kein Service. Das war mir als Vielreisende doch wirklich ein Negativerlebnis der Sonderart und zeigt, wie erbittert das Hotel wohl wirklich um jeden Euro kämpft. Auch der persönliche Kontakt vorab war schon nicht einem 4 Stern Hotel würdig. Vorab Hotel Checkin: ist irrelevant, weil man am Abend eh vor Ort einchecken muss. Den Online Checkout habe ich dann gleich bleiben lassen. Empfang am Abend ohne Begrüßung in Zivilkleidung (Weißer Pulli), kein Willkommen oder schönen Abend. Erst auf Anreden und konkrete Fragen reagierte der Mann – unmöglich! Da müsste dringend nachgeschult werden! Und Hallo? Freizeitkleidung hinter dem Empfang? Geht gar nicht!!! Zimmer sauber, Kühlschrank leise. Das Zimmer war vergleichsweise klein, Bett nicht wirklich gemütlich, Klimaanlage ging nicht – Heizkörper funktionierten aber dafür mussten die Vorhänge vor dem Heizkörper weg, also kein Sichtschutz. Bad: Eingang vergleichsweise sehr eng, sehr sauber und ordentlich, Einstellungsgrad zwischen Heißwasser und Kalt gerade mal 1cm Spielraum. Personal: *Zimmerservice sehr freundlich, *Personal am Buffet auch sehr umsichtig, Rezeption am Tag der Anreise (Mann im weißen Pullover) völlig ungeeignet, *stärkere Dame in Dienstkleidung an Rezeption sehr unhöflich zu anderem Personal, spricht mit anderem Personal wie am Kasernenhof und das auch vor den Kunden. *Junge Rezeptionistin am Abreisetag sehr freundlich und professionell. Frühstück: in Kleinmengen höchstens nachgereicht, ab 9 Uhr wurde nicht mehr nachgeschlichtet, Obst wurde in den ganzen Tagen nicht nachgeschlichtet. Warme Milch fehlte vollkommen am Buffet. Positives: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Hotel bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch sehr leise. Zug und Stadtbahnverbindung gut, wenn nicht immer die Verspätungen wären.
