Hotel in zona Hacienda Santa Barbara, Bogota

Amo questo posto. Questo hotel è uno dei migliori a Bogota. Ciò che mi piace di più è la posizione e il buffet per colazione. Il servizio come al solito era eccellente. Signor Pedro, Ana e David erano davvero professionali ed efficienti. Ho prenotato il ristorante per una riunione di famiglia e la mia famiglia e ho avuto il miglior tempo. Grazie per tutti i vostri sforzi per rendere la mia esperienza inoltrabile. Quanto alla stanza, la mattina era davvero buona. La stanza dispone di un caffè con una selezione di tazze e tè. Il parcheggio è molto conveniente e gratuito.

Rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is courteous overall. The experience could have been better: 1. At arrival, the staff wanted us to wait to check in while they took care of the Íbera crew who had arrived after us. Customers should be served in the order they arrive. Very rude and unprofessional. 2. Breakfast was mediocre. They do not serve soy or almond milk, despite being readily available in Bogotá. We had to go buy a bottle and carry it to breakfast, which was inconvenient. The hotel should provide a milk alternative. There was also too few staff for breakfast and often we had to wait for coffee refill and fruit to be available since there was only one waitress to cover breakfast. She was nice but at least another person should be available. 3. We reserved a premium room with two beds and were given in haste, to get rid of us so they could take care of the Iberia crew, a room with one bed. When we came back to get this fixed, the receptionist gave us a horrible connecting room with no blackout curtains and super noisy, room 311. At this point, it was late and we were exhausted so we waited for next morning to get another room. They eventually, through much insistence our part, assigned us the room we had originally paid for. No excuse, no upgrade, nothing, just a blank stare from the manager, she could not care about the issue we brought up. 4. Location: This is a residential area, which makes it hard to get in and out by car due to the street configuration. The hotel is across a canal that stinks so walking along or opening a window, not an option. The furnishings and decorations are very nice and elegant and the views from the terrace are nice. The clientele is quiet and well behaved. The cleaning staff is fantastic, the room was impeccably cleaned every day.

L'hotel è ben situato, le camere sono ampie, ma il servizio di asciugamano è scarso, come anche quello di accoglienza, che non registrano i requisiti che fanno gli ospiti, causando con questo molestie e disturbi, Ciò che ci ha significato non essere in grado di usare la sauna e peggio ancora senza la colazione del nostro check-out. I ricevitori dell'hotel sono poco cordiali non hanno empatia, fanno il minimo possibile per rendere il vostro soggiorno grato.

It was good. location was ok. There is a free shuttle bus connecting to the airport every hour. Room was just ok, For the night before the flight was ok

C'è una colazione meravigliosa ogni giorno e la camera è grande e pulita. Dovrebbe essere il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Colombia questa volta! I camerieri sono gentili e l'ambiente è pulito e ordinato.

Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer. Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges. Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you. Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality. Wifi was also poor. Gym is dire. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Location for a visit to the tourist hotspots is excellent. They are all at walking distance from the hotel. Shops and restaurants are almost at the door. You can easily walk to the cablecar for Monserrate and to the Casa Museo Quinta de Bolivar. La Candelaria is very close to the hotel. Plaza de Bolivar, Museo del Oro, Museo Botero... all at a short walk. Remember that the museums are free on sundays. The hotel is modern with a nice room with all the comfort you need, minifridge, tea and coffee, safe... Everything very clean. Good breakfastbuffet. We had no problem with the system of entering or leaving the hotel. It worked all well. Recommended.
