Good service with shuttle bus to airport 24-7 every 30 minutes, with the driving time no longer than 5 minutes. Uber to Monseratta takes 20 minutes and around 30000 pesos

The hotel is very secured and clean and comfortqble. Nice free shuulttle!!

An OK hotel for a night either waiting for an early morning flight or in transit. The half-houly shuttle was good (top and bottom of the hour) and breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were way too large and the bed was a bit saggy.

Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer. Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges. Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you. Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality. Wifi was also poor. Gym is dire. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great Service, Great Stay

Had a nice stay here. Safe, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was delicious !! However they should provide hair dryers as this was not available during my stay.

為了乘坐早班飛機而訂了這個酒店，感覺非常滿意。前台人員熱情耐心，入住便捷，房間乾淨衞生隔音。酒店到機場的穿梭巴士好像是每半小時一班，幾分鐘就到機場。我們乘坐的是早晨5點那班穿梭巴士，退房後前台會給一張車票，開車前上車收票，5點準時發車。 房間包含早餐，因為5點這班穿梭巴士太早餐廳沒有營業，酒店還貼心地在大堂準備了點心、熱飲和水果，不過太早了也吃不下多少。 總體滿意，推薦入住。

Necesitábamos pasar una noche por la escala, la ubicación y servicio de shuttle fueron excelente. La habitación era un poco oscura, creo que faltaba un foco de luz. Llamamos al mantenimiento por algunos asuntos pero se tardaron demasiado en llegar. Pedimos comida de restaurante a la habitación. Estaba rica pero nos pareció un poco caro. Área verde para caminar, buffet de desayuno fueron muy buenos.
