What an amazing hotel, definitely 5*. Lots of food options, the main dining room caters for every taste. I would recommend eating in the a la carte restaurants, especially if you are there for more than a week. We ate at the French, Fish and Chinese restaurants. The food isn’t any better than the main restaurant but lovely ambiance and experience. Costs 15 euros for adults and 8 for kids, worth it. There are a few other restaurants dotted around which are equally as good and we tried them all, amazing set up. The bars are great too, with a big shout out to Ozzie at the pool bar. Engaged with us from the get go and great service. I would take some cash, as it is worth tipping the restaurant and bar staff to enhance the service, but more importantly to reward fantastic service. This is an extremely clean, friendly and welcoming hotel, well done staff, we will return.

Prior to coming here I’d read lots of reviews and I’d say 95% were super positive. The photos are the same, and so I had high expectations. Firstly we flew with SunExpress (let me preempt that my mother inlaw very kindly organised everything for us as it was my husband and I and my inlaws). Never fly with Sun Express. The whole experience was awful, poor customer service and very old aircraft (my husband’s seat was literally in half and very uncomfortable) the staff didn’t care about this. Moving on to the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, kept looking nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We upgraded our room right away before we’d even seen the room we were going to get. We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi (sorry I can’t remember the proper name of it but I’m sure you would have seen the pictures online if you have been looking at possibly booking this hotel). The room was 10/10. Being from the UK though the only down side was that none of the TV channels were in English except sky news, the rest were in German or Turkish. The WiFi was BRILLIANT ! If you don’t like animals- pls don’t waste your time and book this hotel because they are on the grounds and come inside, not a problem for us as we love animals and really appreciated how well they were treated and cared for. The food - I feel was mainly aimed towards the German and Russian guests, I personally struggled to find something I enjoyed but that’s just me. My husband loved the food every night and never struggled like I did. We had room service once and it was delicious and very reasonable. We visited the A’laCarte once for my mother in law’s birthday and they could not have been more helpful- it was the best night and she really was made to feel special. The alcohol was great- all branded and decent measures! Makbule (I think that’s spelt wrong) a waitress here literally made our night every night. Keen to engage and make sure we had everything we needed! Also Eve (spelt differently also) she was incredibly sweet and kind and helpful, genuinely as well. It’s obviously an adult only hotel but the sister hotel next door is for kids. I read that some people complained about the noise late at night but it really wasn’t a problem at all and I’m 45. The little cake shop/cafe was so lovely! They also have ice cream during the day which was extremely delicious especially in the heat. Swimming pool was so great! Really large and a good temperature. There were plenty of sunbeds, there was a sign to say not to reserve them but people still did. We ventured into Belek town and it wasn’t as affluent as I was told. All the shop owners are on you instantly. We went to Restaurant Deniz and it was amazing, the staff were exceptional and the steak was delicious. We had steaks, 2 bottles of wine some starter’s and sheesha’s all for €100. If you have wine, make sure to check the price before buying it- we saw some people who were confused about the lira/euro di

Il giorno dopo ho avuto più di una stanza accettabile, ma senza vista, grazie per il vostro sostegno. Hotel food 4+. Non avrai fame, ma la scelta non è come il freddo cinque. I camerieri sono gentili, alcuni dei paesi ex CIS, soprattutto gentili. Continuano a fare gooseleme di mattina, la sera sulla strada carne tostata, beh, niente di simile. Le piscine sono normali, le posizioni alla piscina e la spiaggia sono anche buone. Quanto all'animazione dei bambini, non dirò che il volleyball è, l'animazione alla piscina è debole, ma non è molto necessaria e non così principiata. Il gelatina è, ma è molto impulsivo, è difficile trovare, non in apparenza, e il gelatina crema 15 minuti prima della ”batteria” può mentire che è finita. Oltre la porta, eccetto il basar, non andare da nessuna parte. Il basar.. per il gusto e il colore.. tutto come al solito - la larghezza della produzione turca. Come un hotel di risultato con un sistema di aria condizionata insufficiente e un design molto semplice della stanza. Sovrastimato molto. Se è economico, si può giocare la lotteria. Se c'è qualcosa con un buon rating 10-15% più costoso, è un motivo per considerare qualcos'altro.

Uno dei peggiori hotel esperienze mai Il cibo era orribile, io e i miei amici erano tutti turbati allo stomaco. Le bevande sono ancora peggio Non molto igienico, c'era solo una volta il personale dell'hotel, il resto era estremamente brutto e riderebbe di te e renderebbe incomodo per ordinare una bevanda. La gente in generale nella zona è molto scomoda. Quando abbiamo fatto escursioni il nostro guide ci ha informato che questo è il peggiore hotel della zona.... Il tappeto è stato sgualdrizzato e profumato male, non so davvero chi è questo 5 stelle . Non vi informano prima di tutto che non ci sono divertimenti, tutti i negozi di acconciature e ristoranti dell'hotel sono chiusi Il Spa è stato molto bello, ma si deve pagare in più. La posizione è anche molto cattiva, per entrare in città ci vogliono 40 minuti, il taxi costa il tuo € 40-50 euro QUALCA TRASPORTO Un hotel orribile e non andrà di nuovo o consigliare questo a più.
