Everything about the hotel Mousai exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight for us with a wonderful social atmosphere. All staff were exceptionally well trained and provided top notch service. We requested a small repair of a bathroom scale, which was completed within five minutes. The room was exceptional with a large infinity hot tub on the deck. . The food was excellent and garden tour was impressive. We would definitely stay here again, with perhaps a few days in Zona Romantica, as it would be fun to be close to some activities. The location was a bit remote but perfect for a staycation

A cercare di viaggiare con la famiglia? Molto raccomandato! Questo è un hotel di lusso con un ”boutique” viva e un servizio eccellente. Il buffet del colazione è uno dei migliori in PV (ha soggiornato a Sheraton, Westin). La piscina è ben mantenuta, la sala da letto per bambini è fantastica (Grazie Bibiana!). La proprietà è molto moderna, molto ben mantenuta, anche se le camere sono un po 'piccole. Ci siamo stati al Marriott a Cancun, anche, esperienza simile. Meglio ristorante di lusso in PV.

Il clima, il paesaggio è assolutamente di prima classe, la spiaggia privata è particolarmente pulita.Il servizio di ricezione dell'hotel a prezzo inferiore ha anche spazio per un aumento

What a wonderful place. If you are even considering PV you must really consider Casa Velas. When first looking you’ll notice it is not one of the lower budget resorts. This is for a very good reason. The quality , cleanliness, comfort, service and all around beauty are supreme. Having stayed at boutique hotels and resorts all over I can say Casa Velas is among the very best. Juan, Ulysis, Ramon I miss you already. The staff from the front desk to the private beach club can not be beat for professional service. Armando is tremendously knowledgeable about his city. The first time visitor to PV as we were will not need guidebooks or online help. These people know and love their city. They will help guide you. For me I really did not want to roam from Casa Velas. It’s simply too nice to leave. Again, it is three or four levels above other all inclusive resorts. No buffets or premade meals or drinks. What they call a snack bar is not that. It’s gourmet, fresh made small meals. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable. The beach club is so wonderful. Same quality , fresh made. Food and drinks here. You’ll never find nicer people either. Spend the money. Go to Casa Velas. ITS WORTH IT. Warning though. You won’t want to leave. .

Such a fabulous venue!! Special kudos for concierge Jair and Joel for making my birthday extra special!! I just love Secrets! The food is stellar, expertly prepared and presented. Be sure to go to the heladería for a dozen flavors of gelato. Also the lobby bar for a sunset cocktail.
