Hotel a 3 stelle a Birmingham

Sono rimasto qui per quanto tempo, troppo per dimenticare, non ho ancora problemi e mi sono divertito il tubo caldo stasera, che è bello. La piscina è proprio accanto a lui, quindi sono andato indietro e indietro tra i due di loro, godendo l'esperienza di andare in e fuori fino a quando non sono finita... Ho finito in tubo caldo perché era così caldo. Volevo una seconda volta, ma la prima era così esplosiva che mi soddisfava le esigenze.

La prima stanza era ok ma la seconda aveva fissaggi non finiti all'interno e buchi nel tappeto?

La stanza è molto vecchia, la porta del bagno è ancora chiusa.Il letto è molto comodo, tranne il vecchio, tutto il resto è buono!!!!

It's a nice hotel, spacious rooms and quiet. I slept better than I have in ages. The staff was very welcoming and nice at check-in, accommodated an early check-in, and sent me several messages to see if I needed anything during my stay. However, when I did send a message inquiring about a possible late checkout (three, actually, over a 14 hour span, both via text and in the app), I did not receive a response. I felt like they were clearly ignoring me or avoiding the question. Even if the answer was no, I would have appreciated a response. Eventually I called and the front desk staff was somewhat rude to me and said ”it already is late check out” which doesn't make sense since it was not yet the published checkout time. After I checked out and was reviewing my statement, I noticed I had been charged for parking even though I did not drive. I went back to the front desk to request a refund of these charges; she did process the refund, but implied it was my responsibility to tell the staff at check-in that I was not parking (no one asked me). I've been staying at Hilton brand hotels almost exclusively for over a decade and am a diamond member, I have ALWAYS been asked if I was parking or not, not automatically charged.

Questo è un posto per stare in centro a Birmingham e vicino all’ospedale dei bambini dove dovevamo andare. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Il letto era un po’ troppo morbido, ma la stanza era grande diversamente da quella. Il brunch caldo era anche grande e aveva diverse opzioni.

Questa è stata la mia quarta permanenza con Homewood Suites vicino a UAB. E come tutti gli altri tempi, è stato sorprendente!
