Non sono sicuro di cosa si tratta di recensioni negative. Questo è il migliore di ogni posto che ho soggiornato a Binghamton per affari negli ultimi anni. Room was updated and clean, bed comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. È piuttosto debole che non stanno ancora facendo il normale mantenimento di casa in estate 2023. La pandemia è finita, si tratta degli ospiti giusti. Ma il personale che lavorava lì era grande e certamente rimarrei lì di nuovo.

Ottima sosta se si vuole spezzare il viaggio verso le cascate del Niagara. Hotel si trova vicino ala strada principale. Per 1 notte è perfetto. Di contro ha che dalla stanza si sentivano i mezzi transitare sulla strada principale e la colazione inclusa era scarsa (come scelta e qualità).

È stato bello cambiare il ritmo e stare in un hotel che si sentiva più come una casa.

Dopo la saliva, l'acqua uscirà dalla direzione della porta.

Friendly and accommodating staff when we had questions, needed toiletries and even gave us cups for our drinks when we had a pizza party! Nice breakfast selection of hot food, pastries, pancake in a minute and fresh fruit/yogurt in a clean dining area and they always had hot coffee and Andes candies for the guests! Nice little gym and warm pool made for some relaxation in our down time!

Molti negozi e ristoranti vicino. Il letto era comodo. La stanza era pulita. Il WIFI funzionava bene. Il check-in era veloce e facile. Circa un'ora dopo il check-out ho capito che ho lasciato il mio orologio intelligente sul conto, quindi ho dovuto tornare all'hotel. Quando sono arrivato, il custode era nella stanza e l’orologio non era dove trovare. Ho cercato di rintracciare il mio telefono, ma non potevo trovarlo. Il personale di custode e il personale di gestione disse che continuerebbero a cercarlo. Dopo un'ora di guida verso la NYC, ho ricevuto una chiamata da un membro del personale che ha detto che un altro custode aveva trovato la mia casa e che mi avrebbe mandato a casa. Ero molto felice e quando sono tornato a casa, mi aspettava alla porta del davanti. Grazie al personale per aver continuato a trovare il mio orologio e a mandarlo a me, e apprezzo sinceramente l'attenzione che è stata prestata.
