Hotel in zona Villa Oppenheim, Berlino

Ho scelto questo hotel mentre andavo a Berlino con un amico per qualche giorno, ma è arrivato qualche giorno dopo, e questo è stato un'opzione molto importante in termini di bilancio, distanza dal centro della città e vicinanza ai trasporti pubblici. Una volta che si arrivano le scale dalla U-Bahn a Siemenssdamm, è immediatamente a destra. Il personale della reception era caldo e amichevole e parlava molto bene l'inglese, perché il mio tedesco non è molto buono dopo averlo studiato un po' a scuola 25 anni fa. Era troppo caldo per me, e il rilascio dell’aria con non ha aiutato, ma la finestra apre molto ampia. Il bagno aveva anche un bagno che era un bonus. Il letto è fermo che mi piaceva davvero, ma apprezzo che non sarà per tutti a piacere. Sono sicuro che ho chiesto alla camera di non essere servita, ma la cameriera era stata ogni giorno. Non ho usato la TV, ma il Wi-Fi era un po' patch e lentamente a volte. Ci sono molti sockets di plug, tra cui uno vicino al letto. C'era una luce morbida sulla lampada di pavimento e una lampada da scrivania che era grande. Una mattina ho avuto il buffet, che aveva una grande e diversa selezione di cibo caldo e freddo, tra cui cereali, pane, carne fredda, formaggi, uova, salsicce, succo fresco, tè e caffè. C'è un supermercato lungo la strada aperta fino alle 10:00, che era bello per ottenere cibo per cena. Sì, è tranquillo e mi sentivo sicuro. Non potevo sentire alcun rumore da nessuna stanza adiacente. Se in futuro visito Berlino da sola, probabilmente rimarrò qui di nuovo.

La camera d'albergo è grande e pulita, anche il bagno è grande e le dotazioni sono relativamente complete, oltre al frigorifero e alla cassaforte c'è anche una cucina semplice. È anche molto comodo quando esci, la metropolitana è al piano di sotto, la stazione degli autobus è di fronte e ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Ci sono 2 file di radiatori nella stanza e 1 fila di bagni.Quando il riscaldamento è acceso, la stanza e il bagno sono caldi, non freddi. La colazione è ricca e soddisfa quattro stelle. Oltre a fornire acqua gassata di benvenuto in bottiglia e bustine di tè e bustine di caffè, l'hotel mette anche due piccoli pacchetti di zucchero QQ e devi portare il tuo dentifricio, spazzolino da denti e pantofole.

Tutto a se stesso era tutto a posto. L'unica cosa che si tiene molto dannoso è che le docce sporche e completamente calcinate sono ... Il foglio di carta è troppo crudo e anche i cuscini non sono stati così confortevoli ... Ma altrimenti era tutto bene .... Buon hotel, ragionevole, grande posizione e personale attento. Il colazione è molto generoso, quindi paga per questo. la stanza era piccola, ma aveva un desk e una camera completa e un letto matrimoniale, cosa altro potresti chiedere. La vista era un parcheggio, ma significava anche che era tranquillo. La pressione dell'acqua calda e la velocità di Internet erano entrambi buoni. Il bagno mostrava un po' la sua età, ma era buono.

La posizione è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e la pulizia generale è buona. È anche una delle buone scelte per i pop-up a Berlino. Tuttavia, la temperatura della stanza è un po' troppo alta. Puoi cercare come regolare la temperatura della stanza a una temperatura adeguata.

Excellent luxury hotel with an excellent location. The concierge was very helpful and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and provided first class service. My room, although it was luxurious and the bed super comfortable, did look a bit old, and small for what I expected. The breakfast was great, very varied and with top quality traditional German ingredients and dishes. I especially remember the chefs who explained the ingredients to me and Andreas at the restaurant reception with a great attitude every time he saw us. I highly recommend this hotel , excellent option to visit Berlin

Hotel eccezionale di chirky pod... più un hotel di pod che un ostello, anche se ha questo amico ostello sociale sentirsi con gli altri ospiti. Un tema davvero insolito che molti altri controllando ha osservato quanto era cool. Ci sono schermi che mostrano un pianeta o stelle che si muovono verso il basso per aggiungere la sensazione di stazione spaziale. I ponti sono molto confortevoli con la novità di diverse luci. Tavola di piegatura, punti di carica, specchio, orologio ecc. Le porte chiuse quando le chiudete, ti fa sentire molto sicuro e ha bisogno di un pulsante per aprirle di nuovo (apriremo il capitano di chiusura aerea haha), si sente davvero come molti film sci-fi o giochi console. Le lavanderie sono le più pulite più lussuose che abbia mai visto in un luogo condiviso. Più come un corridoio con bagni privati individuali si può chiudere in. Moderno inclinazione scuro e molto pulito. Wi-Fi è buono come ci aspettavamo/richiamo. La zona locale si sentiva sicura e era un passo gestibile per qualcuno che si adattava alla Porta di Brandeburgo, ad esempio a mezz'ora. La zona di checkpoint Charlie è molto vicina a dare un orientamento. Ci è un Lidl vicino per mangiare e una vasta gamma di birre. Non è difficile trovare ristoranti, ma i bus vanno fuori e regolarmente. Uno negativo, i ponti superiori sono accolti da scale flottanti e un manico per tirarti su. Può essere un po 'difficile e completamente inadatto per chiunque inferto.

Questo è bello se si soggiorna a Berlino per qualche giorno. E' bello che il trasporto pubblico sia proprio fuori dall'ostello. E' un po' lontano dalla città principale, quindi si dovrà ottenere un po' di trasporto pubblico per arrivare lì. I letti sono svegli ma confortevoli abbastanza. La televisione è in tedesco, che si prevede. Non ci sono camere con doccia o toilette, quindi dovrete andare al doccia e al bagno. E 'una bagno condiviso. Se avete bisogno di asciugamani e utensili, lavare e asciugare i vostri vestiti. Il deposito può essere fatto solo in contanti. Non ci sono bin nella stanza, ma le camere hanno un frigorifero e un serbatoio, una tavola e sedie. L'ostello è grande per dormire e poi lasciare il giorno dopo per fare attività.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
