I stayed in the hotel on 8 December for one night with my wife, 3 years old son and 2 months infant daughter. Upon check-in we received an upgrade and a welcome drinks voucher being a Platinum member of Accor. I informed the reception that I would like to have a late check-out up to 2 PM because I will be outside at other part of the city for a meeting and might be late in afternoon. The reception agreed to it and told me that Platinum members have free late check-out. I also asked if the hotel honors Accor Ambassadors and the hotel refused that they are a franchise and they do not. The room given to us was Room 54 and it was good and hot as per the weather condition, 0 degrees outside. The beds were comfortable. After check-in and leaving the luggage in the room, I came to the lobby and I was working on my laptop when my wife informed me by phone that the bathroom was having a bad smell and the shower area had a problem, the water does not drain. I checked it and came back to the reception. The manager herself was available at reception and I informed her about the issue. She said she will get it checked. I went back to the lobby to work on my laptop. Despite complaining, the issue was not solved neither we were given any feedback. Next day I could not take a shower before going to work because there was plenty of water from the previous day. I tried to fix the drainage by myself but the water was taking a lot of time to drain. I left the hotel for the meeting. Around 11:45 AM my wife called me and said that the hotel wants her to check-out. I told her that I will send an email to the reception, if they come again tell them that I sent them an email and if they insist, come to the lobby with the luggage but it was difficult for her to come out with the luggage and the infant at same time. My wife had a health issue and it was not possible for her. I did not had local German calls allowed on roaming. I only had an internet SIM for EU. I excused the Deputy GM of the company I had a meeting with and sent the hotel an email. The Deputy GM asked me if there is a problem and I explained her that the hotel wants my wife to check-out now and being a Platinum member the late check-out is possible and I already had it discussed yesterday. She offered me to talk with the hotel directly using her mobile. She dialed the number and phone was on speaker. The phone was answered by the manager herself. I was told by the hotel that the hotel is fully booked but they lied, I checked later and several rooms of all categories were available including the one I stayed. I made a reservation for the same category of the room I am staying in just to show them that they lied and that the hotel is not fully booked. Reservation was late canceled as cancelation was free until 6:00 PM. I returned to the hotel as soon as I can and we checked-in to another Accor hotel. We are staying in Accor hotels since a long time and we never had such issues. In short the said hotel is

This is , by far , the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Let’s skip all the small things like rudeness of the personnel , lack of guiding signs and zero sound isolation . You can see something like this in many hotels , so I wouldn’t even bother . But when at 4 a.m. the door of you room suddenly opens and somebody walks in (!) , you realize that your choice of hotel was horribly wrong . Fortunately , it was just two drunk guys who missed their door and somehow opened mine with their card key . After realizing their mistake , they just laughed and went away . Without knowing what might come in their drunk heads (they could think that it would be funny to “pay a visit” to a neighbour) , I barricaded my door with chairs , then called the reception . The guy who was on the night shift was the ONLY person in that hotel that actually tried to help me . He apologized immediately , re-encoded my card key and even asked if I would like to change the room . As he already re-encoded the key , I said that there is no need for the change , but , still being nervous that somebody can open the room after I check out (I was staying for only one night) , I asked if somebody can check the room in my presence at 9 a.m. to be sure that there is no any damage done to it . He said it’s ok . Obviously , no one came to check it . At the reception there was another guy who knew nothing and were refusing to communicate pretending he doesn’t know English . After I finally explained him what happened , he asked if something was stolen from me . I said no . And then he replied : “ So what’s the problem then ?” Sure , somebody walking in your room in the middle of the night must be something completely natural . Even it was in the middle of the day , it’s still unacceptable . They call themselves a 3 star hotel , but cannot provide even the basics of safety . Fortunately , this time it end well . But is not your usual “bad hotel” experience . It is a situation that could lead to an actual crime ! I don’t even want to think what could happen if these two guys had bad intentions . Or what if instead of me there was girl or somebody with children . Very sad that I cannot put 0 out of 5 , because even 1 is too much for something like this .

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Hotel di base ma pulito in una buona posizione in  neukölln. È più come un ostello che un hotel, non c'è mai nessuno alla reception. Quindi meglio avere un telefono cellulare pronto a contattare chiunque se avete bisogno di assistenza.  Quando sono arrivato la sera (puoi controllare fino alle 10 pm) nessuno era alla ricezione per aprire la porta e non avevo un telefono cellulare.

Camminare circa 12 minuti a piedi dal cancello della metropolitana.La stanza è pulita, lo spazio è grande, le strutture sono complete, l'isolamento sonoro è scarsamente limitato, e ci vuole un rimorchio e bagno. La ricetta gestisce il soggiorno in modo inefficiente e la gente che aspetta è in fila lunga.Dammi il personale che gestisce il soggiorno per occuparmi delle sue mani prima, lasciandomi aspettare vicino per molto tempo. Ho chiesto a me quando poteva andare a stare, mi ha fatto aspettare un altro incontro, quindi ho perso il tempo di prenotazione per visitare il cimitero del Congresso.Quando sono andato in pensione, c'era un altro personale, molto entusiasta e efficiente.

Arrivo in notte, check-in molto veloce. Camera 428, 4° piano. Per quanto riguarda la domanda di WiFi Informazione del ricevitore che il WiFi funziona molto male nel piano superiore e funziona solo nel lobby. Questo è stato in realtà il caso, la qualità del WiFi era molto sciocca, molto lenta e continuamente interruzione (Centro Hotel Group: Benvenuto nel XXI secolo!!). Questo è per favore per migliorare con alcuni amplificatori di vlan dovrebbe essere possibile. Nel frigorifero in camera c'era ancora un iogurt trovato dal predecessore, dovrebbe semplicemente notare il mantenimento della casa nel controllo. Nel bagno non c'è pulizia dei denti, né plastica né vetro, non c'è niente per pulire i denti, anche se è Corona, semplicemente non può essere, scusa. Purtroppo non c'è una cassaforte nella stanza. Letto comodo, posizione della camera tranquilla, dormito bene, la chiamata di sveglio ha funzionato bene. In generale un NAJA, con un notevole potenziale di miglioramento verso l'alto.
