Hotel vicino alla stazione di S Oberspree (Berlin) a Berlino

Ho trasferito un altro hotel a Berlino più economico perché questo hotel dice chiaramente che hanno Air Conditioning. Non hanno. Sono dotati di un sistema di raffreddamento evaporatore che è obsoleto e non funziona affatto. In risposta alle denunce, dicono solo ”siamo ecologici”. È tutto a posto - ma non dite che avete AC. Se pagherò 220 Euro per una notte in un hotel Perché è caldo e voglio AC, è meglio avere AC. Come è una pena che non potevo dormire perché era così caldo sangue nella mia stanza? ! La descrizione del sito web è sbagliata, anche la notte in questione, uno dei dipendenti è venuto in camera e ha verificato che nemmeno il terribile sistema di raffreddamento non funzionava. Il manager, Sasha Braunstein, chiaramente non lo capisce e non si preoccupa. Era un miserabile soggiorno e hanno letteralmente la rabbia di affermare santmoniosamente che sono solo ambientalmente amichevole. Se il tuo sito dice che hai AC, è meglio che lo abbia. Che fastidioso. La terra sta riscaldando .... get a clue, la gente vuole AC. Potrei accampare in un parco e sarebbe più freddo di quella calda, umida e stufa camera al Pentahotel.

I am rating this 4 stars out of 5 because of the value for money - for a long stay our nightly price worked out well. The hotel comprises what looks like an original tall building which seems to have incorporated a lower building at the back, behind it, and this back section has been newly refurbished and that’s where I was staying. I stayed in a double room with kitchenette, desk, comfy double bed, small raised table and two stools, plenty of storage and a spacious shower room. The plus points are: *Location right next to huge Kaufland supermarket and with the tram stop right outside. It’s about 5 minutes walk to Adlershof S Bahn Station. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants around it. *Nice quality refurb with airport theme *Fantastic shower with two different heads and great water pressure *Good kitchenette with small fridge, freezer compartment, plug in induction ring, Nespresso machine, microwave with grill function. *Reception open 24 hours *Plentiful reception staff *Aircon in this part of the building although it is centrally controlled so no choice of temperature. *Windows open multi ways so you can safely leave them open while out even in the ground floor *Relatively quiet road especially at night and weekends Minus points are: -Lack of housekeeping staff means they officially only clean the rooms every three days. In reality they only came on my fourth day when I made a fuss. Even then they didn’t replenish the loo paper, tissues, coffee capsules, water or the bath mat. I had already had to take my own bins out as they were beginning to smell (given that one cooks in the kitchen) and had to go twice to reception to get loo paper. I feel the bins ought to be emptied more often or they provide you with bin bags and instructions in where to put the rubbish so you can do it yourself. -Lack of information. Why not tell guests where the laundry room is (on the first floor opposite room 108) or where the gym is or that you have to hold the door of the safe closed for it to stay locked otherwise it opens again. -Kitchen utensils were a bit skimpy. I had to ask several times for a sharp knife and a teaspoon but got them in the end. I was denied a tin opener or sieve so had to buy these. There was also no dishcloth, tea towel or washing up liquid which are pretty basic things. Again, had to buy these along with Tupperware boxes. Would also have appreciated a deep cereal type bowl and a wine glass but can manage without. -The aircon comes on with a noise at random times including at night and takes a bit of getting used to if you are not a deep sleeper -The Nespresso machine has a hot water function but if it has ever been used for coffee you will only get coffee flavoured water from the single water spout. For Brits who love their kettles you will probably have to make do by boiling your water for tea on the hob. *Provided two small bottles of body lotion but no shampoo *Could do with more than four clothes hangers for a long stay *

The hotel is located on the river Dahme across from Schloss Köpenick, with beautiful views of the water and the castle. It is well connected to public transport. The room was clean and practical, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast a treat. Good value for money. Will use this place again.

Buona squadra molto accogliente, sorridente e piacevole. La camera è spaziosa e bella. La lettiera è molto confortevole. Pequeno bemol al livello della doccia perché l'acqua cambia la temperatura durante la doccia che non è molto piacevole. Piacere di sorpresa perché nella stanza c'era una bottiglia di acqua bollitore e tè caffè ... Buon colazione, ma...

Hotel moderno e caldo con tutte le attrazioni di un hotel aeroportuale. La Sbahn è letteralmente davanti all'hotel (S9), un'occhiata lontana da BER. La navetta dall'hotel è di 10€ ogni modo. Ho goduto il mio soggiorno in hotel di login anche se è davvero lontano, come l'aeroporto è lontano. check-in è stato super facile. camere sono moderne, pulite. colazione piuttosto molto standard. La grande differenza per me era Sami al ristorante/bar che mi ha fatto sentire molto benvenuto. Quando sono arrivato tardi la prima notte e ho chiesto cibo, la cucina era ufficialmente chiusa, ma si è spostato dal suo modo di cucinare una pizza, anche se il lobby e il bar erano abbastanza pieni, e si sforza anche di parlare con gli ospiti e parlare alcune lingue. Grazie Sami per aver dato questo posto un po' di calore e carattere extra!

Questo hotel è stato consigliato a noi a causa della sua vicinanza all'Università di Humboldt. Eravamo li' per un incontro, e l'hotel è molto vicino. Abbiamo davvero amato questo hotel. Non c'è un fusto, ma dato il costo non avrei aspettato una tonnellata di lusso. La stanza era pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per il nostro breve soggiorno. Le camere sono un po 'costanti, compresa la doccia. Il buffet del ristorante era di prima vista. Il servizio era impeccabile. Il treno in centro a Berlino era proprio in fondo alla strada - molto conveniente. Ma ricordate che ci vorranno circa 40 minuti per arrivare alle aree più turistiche della città. Alla passeggiata dell'hotel è un negozio di prodotti alimentari e molti ristoranti. In generale, rimarrei sicuramente qui se avessi altre riunioni in prossimità.

Per una visita familiare super situato, anche per visitare la stanza est di Berlino, buona posizione di partenza. In generale tutto ha fatto un'impressione molto pulita: camere, doccia, vasca. Solo il campo di cucina è stato lucidato, ma può anche essere stato posizionato su troppo pasta di pulizia. Non possiamo valutare, perché non abbiamo usato la linea di cucina. L'autosufficienza non è un problema, perché 10 minuti a piedi portano al centro commerciale Adlershof (Kaufland, ecc.). Abbiamo gustato la colazione con la famiglia, altrimenti, se non vuoi prepararlo da solo, dovresti continuare a servire alcune case in un hotel o ristorante. Questo è cattivo in tempo corona, perché alcuni ristoranti intorno avevano chiuso. Quindi prima controllare. A seconda della posizione dell'appartamento può anche avere un po' di più rumore stradale, abbiamo avuto fortuna, erano vicino alla zona di parcheggio, lì era tranquillo. La nostra stanza, che si trovava davanti alla strada, era compatta ma assolutamente priva di spazi e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, tra cui un frigo. Ci sono stati molti rumori stradali e la stanza è stata molto calda. Eravamo al quinto piano. Ci era aria condizionata disponibile, ma non l'abbiamo usata. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Non c'era molta scelta di bere nel bar, nessun Brandy o Weinbrand, ma fortunatamente ci sono molti ristoranti vicino. La posizione è grande, l'autobus dall'aeroporto si ferma fuori e è facile raggiungere ovunque sul trasporto pubblico. Non l'hotel più economico, ma sarei sicuramente rimasto qui di nuovo
