Purtroppo la piscina era chiusa e la sauna doveva essere registrata e poteva essere utilizzata solo una volta per 1 ora. Le ore di apertura della sauna dalle 14:00 alle 20:00 nei fine settimana sono assolutamente inaccettabili per un hotel di classe di lusso. Nel momento della prenotazione non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna informazione sul fatto che i tempi del Spa sono così regolamentati e che il pool è completamente chiuso. Su richiesta della reception abbiamo ricevuto informazioni che il pool è chiuso a causa di misure di risparmio energetico e che, inoltre, il personale non ha ancora ricevuto informazioni. Riteniamo che, se una parte significativa dei servizi non può essere fornita, i prezzi per il pernottamento debbano essere adeguati in modo adeguato, e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere del nostro soggiorno come avevamo previsto!

Questo hotel è assolutamente meraviglioso. La colazione è fantastica e offre buone opzioni vegetariane, con personale molto attento. Il bar non è economico, tuttavia la qualità è eccellente. L'accoglienza è visivamente di grande impatto e il personale è eccezionale. La palestra è attualmente in fase di riparazione, il che è un peccato, tuttavia hanno messo a disposizione soluzioni alternative per gli ospiti disperati. Sfortunatamente questa è una delle poche zone di Berlino che non ha un facile accesso a deliziosi piatti da asporto a tarda notte, tuttavia è perfetta per i siti turistici.

We just spent 5 nights at the Regent. We booked their least expensive room and it was still fabulous. This is one of those hotels that does everything right. The hotel lobby and the rooms are elegant and yet not stuffy. The staff is totally friendly to everyone - from the business people in the breakfast rooms right on over to us traveler types in our polar fleece and REI travel pants:) Breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable, the sheets high quality. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are incredible. Full tub, large shower, big mirrors, good lighting. The toiletries are L’Occitane. There’s a high-end coffee maker and pods. The locations is perfect. We did a ton of walking - and in walking, I saw many of the other Berlin hotels I had considered in my research. None of the other locations is this perfect - especially for a first-time tourist to Berlin. We could walk to Museum Island in under 10 minutes. 10 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. 10 minutes to the Checkpoint Charlie area. I cannot compliment the Regent enough. It is one of those rare hotels that just did it all right for us.

La camera d'albergo era confortevole. Abbiamo goduto di un buon grado di privacy. La mia unica lamentela è che durante il nostro viaggio, sulla mia carta di credito sono stati addebitati € 194 dall'hotel, nonostante avessi già pagato il prezzo intero per la camera. Naturalmente, l'hotel lo ha rimborsato immediatamente. Questo però non mi ha compensato del fatto che ho dovuto aspettare 3 giorni per ricevere i soldi sul mio conto. A quel punto avevo solo 50€ in contanti e 31£ sul mio conto in banca. Questo mi ha fatto sentire insicuro, dato che normalmente ho abbastanza soldi nel caso qualcosa vada storto. Non credo che la mia carta avrebbe dovuto essere addebitata in primo luogo e il membro del personale che ha effettuato l'addebito accidentale con la carta dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione alle informazioni finanziarie degli ospiti.

Questo è un ottimo hotel vicino ad Alexanderplatz, che è una delle mie zone preferite della città. L'Hauptbanhof è nelle vicinanze, la Fernsehen Tower, un sacco di negozi e cibo! L'hotel include una colazione con qualcosa per tutti. E ci sono anche opzioni di cibi caldi disponibili la sera in cui non hai voglia di uscire. Tutti erano molto cordiali!

Uno dei migliori hotel del nostro viaggio in Europa. L'hotel si trova convenientemente al di fuori della stazione S/U, Berlino Friedrichstrasse. Ci sono due entrambi gli ingressi per l'hotel e entrambi sembrano molto grandi, il lobby è ben decorato e hanno anche preparato tè e un snack leggero (cake/cookies) per gli ospiti mentre noi raffreddiamo al lobby. L'ispezione è stata piacevole e il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e allegro, davvero rendere il nostro giorno. Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza al livello 4 con una vista molto bella sulla città, la stanza è pulita, spaziosa e è davvero contemporanea e moderna, con uno specchio enorme per le vostre tiri quotidiane OOTD. Il colazione era davvero grande, la diffusione era enorme e offre molte scelte per soddisfare le diverse esigenze. Il personale ha prestato attenzione a pulire le piastre e ha aiutato. In generale, è stato un soggiorno perfetto e sicuramente visiteremo di nuovo NH Berlino!

Pessima impressione già dal primo momento all’ingresso:2 poltrone consumate in una hall molto grande ma buia e poco illuminata l’albergo è in completo rifacimento e almeno due piani sono completamente chiusi per il rinnovo delle camere ma anche nei rimanenti piani molte camere sono in ristrutturazione:primo grande problema a noi è capitata una bella camera completamente rinnovata e moderna,a mia sorella una di vecchio tipo che dimostra tutti i suoi anni.Sarebbe serio che l’hotel facesse in fase di vendita una differenza di prezzo tra i due tipi di room ben diverse.per arrivare alla nostra è stato necessario salire al quinto piano fare un lunghissimo corridoio che porta a un piccolo ascensore di servizio che bisogna prendere per scendere al terzo piano e arrivare finalmente alla camera. Prima colazione molto deludente:la sala del breakfast è stretta e lunga con adiacente la zona dove sta il cuoco che prepara uova e omelette e di conseguenza i cattivi odori di fritto e cucina che impestano la sala.il buffet poco vario e di non eccellente qualità con croissant stopposi e pane poco fresco .Una palestra minuscola e indegna di un grande albergo e,colmo dei colmi se vuoi utilizzare la sauna devi pagare a parte 8 euro!Unica nota positiva che alla mia valutazione non fa mettere il minimo la gentilezza disponibilità e professionalità della responsabile del desk Alicia che con la sua attitudine veramente al top riesce a coprire le tante mancanze di un albergo che a mio parere deve fare molto per recuperare la sua fama.

Viaggio di 5 giorni e 4 notti alla scoperta di Berlino. Ottima posizione, vicino alle fermate di autobus e tram e a 15 minuti a piedi dello snodo ferroviario di Alexander Platz da dove puoi raggiungere qualunque parte della città, fino all’aeroporto. Albergo molto grande, con centinaia di stanze divise su 4 piani, ma nonostante tutto abbastanza silenzioso. Sala colazione molto grande e ben arredata, tantissima scelta al buffet, che non rimaneva mai vuoto, con continue aggiunte. C’è anche un bar/ristorante che funziona e bene dal pomeriggio fino a tarda notte. Personale gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Stanza bella, abbastanza comoda e ben climatizzata. Letto grande e comodo. L’unico neo è il bagno, ben tenuto ma piccolo. Pulizia ben fatta e giornaliera. Da provare.

In summary: Superb breakfast, good rooms, pretty good location (but there are better in Berlin), a few details could be improved. Good value for money. Accor has a huge range of hotels in Berlin, this is for them a midrange offering. The rooms are of reasonable size, I had a huge bathroom, minibar and room safe. Very clean. Bed surprisingly comfortable. Free wifi good enough for video streaming (there's also 'premium wifi' you can pay for). TV and heating controls fussy. Shower gel holder in the bathroom remained empty throughout my four day stay though there was liquid soap by the sink. Reading lights in room below average. Reception friendly, a little chaotic. The hotel restaurant is open in the evenings, snacks and drinks available after hours. Locked luggage storage next to reception. Breakfast is really nice - great coffee and fruit juice, all the rest as you would expect including some cold fish dishes. One level below an 'omelette bar' status but still pretty good for this price level of hotel. Location in Berlin Mitte is pretty good - they're two U-Bahn stations and several bus stops within a few minutes' walk, even though some of the bus schedules are a bit disappointing. Nikolaiviertel is 5 minutes walk away and if you increase your walking time to 15 minutes you can get to Alexanderplatz and Museuminsel easily enough. There are better location hotels in Mitte but it's quite OK really. Good value for money; rates vary quite a bit by day of the week (so if your travel days are flexible play around with your stay dates). I generally stay either more downmarket or more upmarket than this but it's interesting to see how a midrange hotel works - quite OK, though as often in this category of hotel proactive detail management doesn't get priority. I would recommend.

I absolutely LOVED my 3 night stay at The Circus Hotel. I seriously didn’t want to leave! I was delighted when Marianne checked us in and told us we had been upgraded to one of the best rooms (since it was our honeymoon)! The whole room was fantastically perfect; we had a private terrace to view the city and drink our sparkling wine, the bed was VERY comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the shower was large and easy to use with great water pressure. There was plenty of information about the hotel and the city within the resources in the room, which really appealed to me as an anxious traveller. Tobi and the staff capably took care of 5 little ducklings that jumped from the roof to our terrace when we were relaxing in the room! After being very tired of continental breakfast at other hotels across Europe, we were so happy to eat in the Circus’ lounge in the morning. We ate our favorite breakfasts there every morning, served by the lovely Luiza and Tay. The hotel’s lounge/lobby area is so perfectly eccentric and funky, with very fun furniture and lighting fixtures. We also really really enjoyed Lost My Voice bar! We drank so many sinfully delicious cocktails there in the evenings. I 100000% recommend The Circus Hotel. The value was even great; I paid $900 for three nights, SO many cocktails, and 3 breakfasts for two people.

And a great variety of restaurants next to the hotel - Great breakfast - Good room temperature Downsides - Facing Rosenthaler Platz where you have a lot of traffic and people enjoying the Berlin vibe be aware that the rooms are quite noisy..I slept with earplugs - The room was very small with no place to store our luggage I give it 4/5 due to the price. Considering the downsides our stay was a bit too pricey.

L'ostello è situato vicino alla stazione U-Bahn e non lontano da Alexanderplatz, la posizione stessa è molto conveniente, in una zona vibrante con molti posti da mangiare. Il personale era bello, e c'erano molte attività dove ho incontrato persone di tutto il mondo, le toilette e i bagni erano abbastanza puliti e ben mantenuti. La stanza per 6 persone era molto piccola e era molto calda quando erano presenti tutti i 6 o anche i 5 persone. Ma se aprissi la finestra, diventava solo super alto e ancora meno possibile dormire. La stanza aveva le finestre proprio sopra una strada piuttosto occupata, e anche la notte c'era costante rumore auto, ronzio, tram passeggiando e così via. Potete sentirlo molto al secondo piano, quindi nonostante abbia un letto confortevole, non posso dire che abbia dormito bene una delle notti che ho soggiornato. Quando si accede, vi daranno anche un buono per una birra gratuita nella loro birra di base. È stato bello, ma il vetro di campione è così piccolo, come 100 ml? Ho aspettato che fosse una bevanda di dimensioni piene per essere onesti:) Anche se, la birra è davvero bello.

Hotel elegante situano in zona centralissima a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro ed a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Colazione molto varia ed abbondante, sia dolce che salata, ci ha fatto molto piacere il fatto che la domenica sia possibile farla fino alle ore 12:00. E possibile visitare le principali attrazioni della città senza prendere alcun mezzo. L'hotel è silenzioso, con un'ottima qualità del sonno e dispone di una convenzione con un ristorante adiacente alla struttura. Consiglio la camera comfort con affaccio sulla città. La nostra camera era spaziosa, calda, pulita e con un bagno molto grande. Hotel sicuramente da consigliare sia per il rapporto qualità prezzo sia per la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, sia quello della reception che quello della sala.
