Cosa dire? Le camere erano buone e confortevoli 🙋‍♀️. La ricezione è un po' abituata 🥴 La colazione è molto cattiva 🤮. È promossa con sostenibilità e si ottiene cose imballate. Il personale non è stato in grado di fare un buon lavoro. Nessun bicchiere, coltelli, uova.... È sempre stato necessario chiedere. L'uovo era liquido 🤮 142 iscrizione a 42 posti a sedere. 🧐🧐🧐 Ecco, ogni alloggio o pensione è meglio dotato. Come si può chiamare solo hotel con presunti ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Questo include più di 400 euro per 3 persone 🥲 Molto costoso per il cattivo servizio. 🥲

Due notti passate qui. Possiamo pulire tutto. Hanno due edifici, uno al lago, uno tra la strada e le ferrovie. Ho dormito in quest’ultima, purtroppo il rumore arriva nella stanza. Con le orecchie potevo dormire bene nella stanza standard. Le camere che guardano il lago dovrebbero essere le uniche che hanno meno o meno rumore. La colazione era media (che è ancora buona rispetto ad altri paesi), le ziose a buffet e i pranzi avevano una buona scelta, anche se il livello culinario era solo media. In generale, un buon soggiorno, soprattutto se si può avere una stanza guardando il lago.

Pet- and tourist-unfriendly place. My latest experience very much resembled extortion. I was charged 100 euro for dog’s fur on the bedsheets and 150 euro for dog’s fur on the floor (the hotel representative had to put quite an effort into scraping some with her shoe) and an approx 0,5 mm brown-ish spot on the carpet which they claimed to be “blood” (considering that there was an approx 5 cm black stain on the carpet as of my checkin which hotel apparently didn’t see as something of an issue to me as a guest). I used to like this hotel (despite being placed on several occasions in rooms with obvious sewage issues), until I stayed there with my dog. I presented my dog at the reception at the checkin (that is the receptionist saw the dog). Paid 15 eur per day pet fee and proceeded to the room. No additional rules, policies or verbal requests were presented to me. My dog damaged a pouffe which I informed the hotel about at the checkout and happily paid whatever was asked of me (200 eur). In addition to that I was demanded to pay 100 eur for some fur on bedsheets and 150 eur for some fur on the floor as mentioned above. No oficial price list was presented. No explanation why 15 eur a day pet fee wasn’t covering washing blankets and vacuuming floor was provided, all my questions or logical arguments were ignored. The team of hotel representatives generously offered me a 50 eur discount on cleaning (which I didn’t ask for) only confirming that the amounts weren’t based on any actual price list, because if the hotel really suffered a loss of 250 eur why would they “gift” me 50 eur. I considered it to be an extortion and suggested to call the police. When I came back after 15 min the hotel still hadn’t called the police. As I had an urgent matter and had to leave, I paid the hotel whatever its staff demanded. I think what actually happened is the hotel staff had accidentally or recklessly placed us in a no-pet room (as there was a carpet, unlike in some other rooms. I was placed into that room after finding out the one I was initially given smelt of sewage - repeatedly happened before). And instead of charging their staff, they’ve charged me, so that they can do (if they actually do) for some deep cleaning after an animal to make it suitable again for people with allergies. Staff’s rudeness and ill attitude with me as a client weren’t in line with the hospitality filed’s even moderate standards. Most customers might find this hotel pleasant - which it is, until it is no longer.

Probabilmente a causa del mio status di ambasciatore/Platino IHG, sono stato aggiornato in una spaziosa suite Junior/Disabled Room sul 7o piano, che era proprio grande. L’unica cosa che mi ha messo in mente è che il letto non era vicino al bagno, ma proprio quando andavi vicino alla cucina, mentre la sala da pranzo e la tavola da pranzo erano accanto al bagno. --) È stato tutto molto bello, ma non è stato altro che un soggiorno rilassante a un prezzo conveniente!

L'hotel è molto nuovo, la stanza è molto grande, e ci sono molte persone che soggiornano. Non mangiava colazione, perché era vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, pensando di non sprecare tempo. Ma non so perche'non c'è una camera standard per due persone. Anche se due letti sono coperti, le letti sono separate. Le persone che vogliono mantenere una distanza possono ignorarlo

La colazione è deliziosa e il personale di servizio è un buon atteggiamento.La sorpresa è che nella stanza c'è un grande balcone, la vista è buona, ma il viaggio di business non è stato usato.In breve, vale la pena raccomandare.

Anche la camera doppia confortevole era molto spartano e piccolo. Non si sente bene. Molto negativo a causa del caldo clima gay era la mancanza di aria condizionata in una stanza al terzo piano verso sud. Pertanto, nonostante il ventilatore fornito dalla ricezione, non si poteva pensare a un sacco di sonno. Poiché la stanza era diretta verso il lato meridionale (indietro), era molto tranquilla, che purtroppo era solo un po' di conforto. Il colazione è stato rinunciato, il parcheggio nel garage centrale costò 10 euro per notte.

Der Hotelkomplex des „Vienna House by Wyndham Havelufer Potsdam” liegt nahe am Havelufer und lädt in relative ruhiger Umgebung zum Verweilen ein. Allerdings sind einige der Zimmer eher einfach eingerichtet und verströmen lediglich durch mehrere Holzbalken als Gestaltungselemente in den Zimmern etwas Flair. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Potsdam ist das Hotel nahe der Straßenbahnlinie S91 und dem Bahnhof Potsdam Charlottenhof gut geeignet, für längere Aufenthalte würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Ich war im September 2023 zu Gast in dem Hotel und hatte Doppelzimmer 215 zugeteilt bekommen. Das Zimmer liegt im ehemals als Korn-Speicher genutzten und jetzt umfunktionierten Hoteltrakt mit Blick auf eine rückwärtige Grünfläche und die Außen-Terrasse eines italienischen Restaurants. Dieses wird offenbar recht gut besucht – entsprechender Unterhaltungslärm war bei gutem Wetter abends in unserem Zimmer bis Restaurantschließung (Mitternacht) bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören. Das Zimmer hatte eine einfache funktionale Ausstattung mit einem kleinen Doppelbett (gute Matratzen), Wandlehne mit zwei Abstell-Brettern (als Nachttisch-Ersatz), Tisch, ein Stuhl, Telefon, Fernseher, Spiegelgestell mit acht Kleiderhaken und zwei Schubladen (als Schrankersatz…) und der Möglichkeit, einen kleinen Koffer abzustellen. Durch ein Rundbogenfenster hatte man einen Ausblick auf die Grünfläche hinter dem Hotel. Das Badezimmer hatte eher den Charakter eines Jugendherberg-Bades mit einem Waschbecken (wie man sie oft auf Raststätten-Toiletten findet) und einer Duschecke mit Plastikvorhang. Daneben beengt: die Toilette. Seifengel und Shampoo-Fläschchen standen bereit. Recht gut empfand ich das Büfett-Frühstück, dass im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Grünbereich und Zugang zu einer Außenterrasse (mit Tischen und Stühlen) angerichtet war. An beiden Tagen meines Aufenthaltes herrschte gutes Wetter, so dass Frühstück auf der Terrasse im Freien möglich war. Hätte man die nichts nutzen können an den Tagen, wäre es im eigentlichen Restaurantbereich zu Wartezeiten gekommen, wenn das Hotel gut ausgelastet ist. Wartezeiten gab es auch an der nur einen (langsam arbeitenden) Kaffeemaschine. Fertiger Filterkaffee in kleinen Kannen stand bereit, die „langsame“ Kaffeemaschine bot auch Cappu, Latte und Co. Die Frühstückauswahl war gut, alles da: Verschiedene Wurstauflagen, Käse, Marmeladen, Obst, Joghurts, Eier-Variationen, Brot, Brötchen und Croissants, Cerealien, Säfte, Wasser und sogar Sekt. Zwei Fahrstühle bieten im Hotel gute Zugangsmöglichkeiten zu den Zimmern auf den vier Stockwerken. Außen gibt es im Freien eine Raucherecke mit Outdoor-Sofa. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle S 91 ist nahe dem Einfahrtsbereich des Hotels an der Zeppelinstraße und schnell erreichbar. Bis zum Bahnhof Potsdam-Charlottenhof sind es 6 - 7 Gehminuten. Die Innenstadt (u.a. Holländisches Viertel) erreicht man nach 15 S-Bahn-Minuten. Nahe dem Hoteleingang gibt es mehrere Parkplätze, die 10 Euro pro Tag kosten. An der

Purtroppo, l'hotel ha i migliori anni. Le donne pulite non sembrano potersi prenotare e distendere. E la mancanza di servizio è scusata con la mancanza di personale. Dopo un breve periodo di pioggia e poi un bel tempo, l'area esterna non funziona più. (Dichiarazione: nessun personale per lavare le sedie) Tuttavia, pochi membri del personale sono per lo più molto amichevole e preconveniente. Mangiare ... naja .... Per questa categoria di prezzo si può aspettare qualcosa di diverso. La grande offerta di colazione e la stessa offerta ogni giorno lasciano passare il desiderio di un bel giorno di inizio. In generale, è molto peccato che si abbia l'impressione che questo oggetto si muova lentamente davanti ai cani. Finalmente .... La prenotazione di una stanza su qualsiasi fornitore online (si ottiene l'informazione che la prenotazione diretta non è possibile quando si chiama in hotel) comporta prezzi estremi. 240€ per una notte, con un colazione che lascia davvero i desideri, è in ultima analisi solo triste.

Sono rimasti a pochi hotel a Berlino - e questo è quello che continuo a tornare - posizione, e valore per soldi - design e comfort e tranquillità e armonizzazione di design - personale sempre molto professionale, il più utile e più accogliente e amichevole - il colazione è una meravigliosa indulgenza.
