L’albergo è ben posizionato se non fosse che i parchi limitrofi non sono da attraversare la sera per andare nelle stazioni metro o nei ristoranti della zona. La colazione è eccellente per quanto riguarda il salato ma lo stesso non si può dire per la parte dolce, qualche torta sarebbe stata gradita! La chiave per aprire la porta della camera si smagnetizzava in continuazione e ti costringeva a continui viaggi alla reception. Per il resto tutto bene.

The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men) Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future. Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

Good value for money. In between two metro stations and easy to commute to main tourist places. Locates in a quite neighbourhood with two supermarkets in 5-8mins distance. Room is clean. Facilities and amenities are generally quite new. Nothing much to complain about. A very safe choice.

Delicious breakfast, good location. But they don’t do late checkout like most distinguished hotels do. The room is spacious but my room has a slanted ceiling, this may be because of the building impacting certain rooms but I do not like this type of construction as it makes the room feels stuffy Pictured is hotel lobby

Very nice hotel with a good location and professional staff. The location is close to the transit stations and lots of food places around to eat. Furniture in room is pretty new and modern. Will recommended it.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is clean, staff and helpful and friendly to fullfill our request even at mid night.

We stayed there for 5 nights and my bf and I both love this hotel, everything was fine and we enjoyed sauna so much..especially the service and staff all very nice, helpful and quick response for our requirements. Definitely will stay again once we Visit Berlin for next time

環境100分 衞生80分，最後一天看到更換的浴巾上有一塊淡紅色的印記 . 服務不敢説很好，到店付款税費時，被告知不收取現金，索取我的銀行卡訊息，然後隨意從卡里扣款二次，根本不告知客户，我很害怕離開這裏再有扣款發生，我不想聽他們説對不起，這會給我們增添恐懼感，不知道什麼時候銀行卡里的錢又被無聲無息的划走了

已經是第二次入住酒店啦，上一次是在20年疫情開始前，當時還記得是在酒店裡看到了武漢的消息。。酒店維護真的很好！已經四五年過去了酒店完全沒有變舊！周邊也有很多地鐵特別方便，推薦大家下載BVGapp買24hrs日票～ 早餐每天都差不多，但是粟米片和炒蘑菇一如既往的好吃😋這次在酒店住了五晚，柏林也的確很適合city walk特別好～～強烈推薦～～給大家推薦柏林主火車站出來的橋那邊的河，太好拍啦超級出片🥰

訂了兩個房間，各住了6天。早餐很豐富。

幾個朋友預訂了去看歐洲盃，最後沒拿到簽證去不成，特殊原因又是歐洲盃期間，本來酒店應該協助處理，這垃圾酒店居然拒絕做任何協調，害我們硬生生虧一萬多，衹能差評。

波茨坦廣場的皇冠假日還是保持着老牌五星級酒店的標準。不能以國內的設施和服務標準來要求德國，畢竟國情不一樣。這家已經在硬件和服務上和同等的德國酒店比起來是很不錯的了。交通也很方便，門口就有U Bahn。位置離波斯坦廣場很近。走十分鐘就到，而且附近很安靜。早餐尤其非常的棒，連吃了一個禮拜還是覺得很贊，種類多，很新鮮，囗味也好。由於提前了兩個月定的，所以價格比較便宜。感覺性價比還是很高的。
