„+“ • nicely arranged apartment • very nice bathroom with window • no noise outside during the night so I could sleep with opened window • very balanced/rich breakfast (incl. vegan options) • generally clean • ecology: you can skip the room cleaning/towel change and get a free drink • puplic transportation: 8 min walking to the next subway station ~ • receptionists were very kind but some of them rather neutral/passive, some occupied themselves with their private smartphones as long as no guest was requesting their attention • the apartment on 19 m2 is officially an apartment because of the tiny kitchenette but it did not have the homely appearance of an apartment in which you would like to spend more time than in a normal hotel room • parking: all parking spaces in the street in which the hotel is were occupied but I could find a free parking space in a different street very nearby - • there were no towels in the apartment • the shower mat was dirty/used -＞ in both cases the staff helped me immediately • the kitchen in the apartment could not be fully used because there was not even a pot or a pan • the very few kitchen utensils were stored in a plastic bucket that was located in the open cupboard where you put your clothes and this bucket looked like a rubbish bin

Il secchiere per capelli nella mia stanza non funzionava. La stanza era così fredda. Le reception non potevano parlare inglese molto bene, quindi non potevano capire le mie parole. Si dice che ci sarebbe una macchina di vendita, ma non ha acqua come la cosa più importante!

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Savignyplatz, che è una buona zona. Un altro più è che la stanza era molto pulita. Tuttavia, non dovrebbe essere annunciato come un hotel con una palestra e sauna. La ”sala” era una piccola stanza con una palestra e una macchina a cavo, e la sauna non funzionava affatto. Non avrei prenotato questo hotel se fosse stata disponibile la giusta informazione.

Sicuramente non è un hotel carino, dove vorresti passarci molto tempo, ma la stanza era ordinata, completa e pulita. Unico neo la moquette, purtroppo immancabile in hotel di questo tipo. Molte stanze, stile rigoroso, personale sbrigativo, si trova vicinissimo alla metro e alla fermata del bus. La colazione si fa in una bella stanza, con una buona offerta di varietà per il salato e frutta, molto striminzita per i dolci, stile tedesco. Buona base per visitare la città , anche se non è centrale. Ottimo prezzo.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

L'obiettivo è unico, l'isola del museo guarda l'esposizione.La posizione dell'hotel è ideale, soprattutto in inverno e neve, e si sveglia rapidamente nel museo. Sono felice di vivere nella stanza più grande dell'hotel, quattro notti, soddisfazione generale, Ci sono due suggerimenti: 1. La zona bagnata è abbastanza grande da essere secca separata.C'è un problema con la collina di ricerca sul terreno, e la pioggia è tutta l'acqua una volta. 2.Il cameriere ha pulito la porta per non aprire la porta, e'cosi' strano!Come può accadere a Berlino Hotel 4 stelle?E più di una volta.

The hotel is clean, modern and well-staffed. What was missing for us was warmth and the expected level of hospitality. During our 5-day stay, nobody ever said hello, goodbye or communicated in any manner unless we asked a direct question. When I checked out, the only thing the receptionist said was to remind me I had borrowed an electrical adaptor and to return it. I travel frequently and expect hotels to be warm and welcoming. Also, when I checked in I was given no hotel information other than the E25 breakfast hours. I'm sure it's wonderful, but I since only have coffee, there is no reason to pay 25 euros. Because we didn't go to breakfast and the receptionist didn't tell us, we missed many features of the hotel we might have enjoyed. To further our disappointing stay, there was no printed hotel info in our room other than a book about the featured artist. I hate QR codes, but when I scanned the hotel's, it gave sp**** information. The hotel lobby isn't welcoming and I didn't go to the bar until my last night so was unaware of all the things Art'otel would have liked me to know. The magazine was interesting and beautiful. Why isn't there a copy in guest rooms? The local information and maps were available in the breakfast area, but we didn't go there and weren't offered them by hotel staff. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pictures of beautiful bathrooms with tubs. Sadly, the website fails to mention that tubs are only available in expensive suites. Our visit, while nice, was overpriced. We paid for hospitality and a good room, but only the room was up to the expected standards. Very disappointing.

L'ostello è situato vicino alla stazione U-Bahn e non lontano da Alexanderplatz, la posizione stessa è molto conveniente, in una zona vibrante con molti posti da mangiare. Il personale era bello, e c'erano molte attività dove ho incontrato persone di tutto il mondo, le toilette e i bagni erano abbastanza puliti e ben mantenuti. La stanza per 6 persone era molto piccola e era molto calda quando erano presenti tutti i 6 o anche i 5 persone. Ma se aprissi la finestra, diventava solo super alto e ancora meno possibile dormire. La stanza aveva le finestre proprio sopra una strada piuttosto occupata, e anche la notte c'era costante rumore auto, ronzio, tram passeggiando e così via. Potete sentirlo molto al secondo piano, quindi nonostante abbia un letto confortevole, non posso dire che abbia dormito bene una delle notti che ho soggiornato. Quando si accede, vi daranno anche un buono per una birra gratuita nella loro birra di base. È stato bello, ma il vetro di campione è così piccolo, come 100 ml? Ho aspettato che fosse una bevanda di dimensioni piene per essere onesti:) Anche se, la birra è davvero bello.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

L'hotel è centrale e molto conveniente per il traffico. È consigliabile prenotare con ”guardia del giardino” per evitare di sentire il rumore del traffico.L'appartamento è amichevole, moderno e confortevole, con gli accessori abituali – tranne un trattore di scarpe. La colazione era moderata, poca, in una sala cantina. Quando si è verificata, la receptionista si è rifiutata di pagarmi una fattura perché avrei già pagato la stanza più di Trip.com! Non ho ancora sperimentato una cosa del genere. Quando sono entrato, mi sono ancora assicurato di ricevere la fattura al momento dell'uscita.
