Directly next to the Hotels there are restaurants, supermarkets and a drug store. The hotel is very clean and with modern equipment. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and has all you need (incl fridge and coffeemaker) you need. The surrounding area is quiet (not traffic can go through the street - but access by car is possible). The area is safe even though Berlin reduced lighting to save energy.

Das Hotel an sich befindet sich in einer wunderbaren und zentralen Lage. Die Zimmer und der Pool sind großzügig und sauber. Die Qualität beim Frühstück war ebenso erstklassig. Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes nur eine Problematik: Es fand die Innenministerkonferenz im Hotel statt. Selbstverständlich haben wir Verständnis für die Wichtigkeit dieser Veranstaltung. Wofür wir aber kein Verständnis haben ist, dass keinerlei Information und Kompensation an die Gäste erfolgt. Das Hotel wurde rund um die Uhr an allen Stellen mit schwerbewaffneten Polizisten bewacht, das Hotel zu betreten und zu verlassen war ein extrem zeitaufwändiger und nervenaufreibender Akt, die Garage konnte zwar befahren werden, wir konnten unser Auto aber nicht bewegen. Scharfschützen wurden platziert. Zusammenfassend fühlte man sich einfach nur bedroht und verängstigt. Nach langer Diskussion erstattete das Hotel die Parkkosten, eine Kompensation bei der Zimmerrate erfolgte jedoch nicht. Somit sind wir mehr als enttäuscht von dieser Einstellung den eigenen, gutzahlenden Gästen gegenüber.

Excellent luxury hotel with an excellent location. The concierge was very helpful and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and provided first class service. My room, although it was luxurious and the bed super comfortable, did look a bit old, and small for what I expected. The breakfast was great, very varied and with top quality traditional German ingredients and dishes. I especially remember the chefs who explained the ingredients to me and Andreas at the restaurant reception with a great attitude every time he saw us. I highly recommend this hotel , excellent option to visit Berlin

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti, dovevamo cambiare le stanze subito dopo l'ispezione, perché ci è stato dato una stanza con vista su un vecchio tetto sporco con luci di costruzione che brillavano nella stanza. Abbiamo prenotato colazione inclusi, ma abbiamo avuto qualche scusa per il motivo per cui la prenotazione non poteva essere trattata con colazione. La grande bottiglia di condizionatore in bagno era vuota e anche dopo che mio marito l'ha indicato al membro della squadra di servizio non era riempita. La mattina del secondo giorno, ho regolato le foglie di conforto solo per rivelare un conforto gialla di colore, e ho chiesto che fosse cambiato, ma senza successo, e facile dire che non ho dormito bene quella notte. Con Sheraton in suo nome, ogni hotel di questo tipo dovrebbe essere orgoglioso di avere mattresse estremamente confortevoli. Non qui. Ci sono camere date e disgustose. Per favore non rimanere lì. Ci sono molti hotel che sono molto meglio e più economico anche. Vi salverò le foto, potrebbe chiudere l'hotel.

I have stayed in the beautiful Novotel Berlin am Tiergarten for a business Meeting and extended my stay for visiting Berlin. The Hotel is the perfect combination of a business and leisure Hotel. The breakfast (especially for vegeterians/ vegans!!) offers a huge selection and the Riesling at the Bar is delicious. The staff I had contact with in various departments is just outrageously friendly and I really felt at home. The location of the Hotel is just perfect if you want to have a quick run in the morning with the huge Tiergarten Park right in front and with the train Station also in front you can travel anywhere super quick and convenient. The Spa Area was bigger than I have imagined, including a Gym, a Sauna, Steam Bath and a really huge outdoor sun terrace. I will definitely visit this Hotel again when I travel to Berlin. For me personally- my best Hotel stay ever.

Das Hotel ist obwohl es mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen ist , immer noch eine Buchung wert. Seit der Wechsel des Personal und Management vollzogen wurden ist kann man sagen . dass es westlich ruhiger geworden ist. Auch die Sicherheit wurde aus der vergangenen Jahre um Welten verbessert . Es wurden überall in den Aufzugsbereichen und Gängen neue Kameras durch die alten Attrappen ersetzt . Das einzige was auf jedenfall kritisiert werden kann ist das die Sprache in deutsch an der Rezeption nicht verstanden wird :-!! Entschuldigung wir sind in Deutschland oder. Was auch zu meinen Kommentar hier Ausgedrückt werden muss ist , dass mein Code von Zimmersafe auf den schlecht lesbaren Display und den sich bewegenden digitalen ziffernfelder nicht mehr erkannt wurden ist. Ich informierte am Abend gegend 22.30Uhr den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption das Mein Safe nicht mehr zu öffnen sei. Darauf hin kam er zeitnah auf mein Zimmer und stand sprachlos vor den 10 Jahre alten safe . Die Aussage besxhränkte sich auf das nôtigste :- Ich muss warten bis der Haustechniker erst am Morgen gegen 9.30 Uhr die Sache klêren konne. Mein Checkout war gegen 7:00Uhr morgens und mein Zug ging um 8;00Uhr Ihr könnt euch sicher denken was jetzt kommt. 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏼Ich bin Ohne Inhalt des Safes : EC Kreditkarte Personalausweis Geld Powerbank und der Wohnungsschlüssel und weitere Dinge nach Hause gefahren. Jetzt ist es bereits 12.Uhr Mittag und bis jetzt hat mich niemand darüber informiert was der Stand der Dinge ist . Das ist eine Situation die in keiner Art und Weise meinen Gemütszustand wieder in den Zustand der unempfindlichkeit bewegt . Nicht desto trotz kann man das Hotel sofern man ohne Kinder unterwegs ist auch zum Abbau der Männermilch gut empfehlen . Mir persönlich ist das Gay Lesbisch Quere Community Hotel für introvertierte Personen ein Riesen Vorteil ,weil das unter hinter verschlossenen Türen definitiv unüberhörbar seinen Anklang findet. Voglio che chiunque abbia progettato le camere di Numa Drift Berlin ridisegna il mio appartamento! La struttura della camera e tutto ciò che vi è è assolutamente fantastico e questo è certamente il numero uno vantaggio di questa residenza. L'esperienza di check-in e check-out non poteva essere più semplice e la comunicazione via WhattsApp (in inglese) era molto semplice ed efficace. Non sono un viaggiatore disgustoso, quindi per me è importante la posizione, il comfort di servizi di base come il bagno e il letto, e, naturalmente, la pulizia. Si può praticamente camminare per alcune delle principali attrazioni della città o prendere la U Bahn, che si trova a pochi metri di distanza. Sembrate come il caffè o volete comprare solo qualche frutto fresco? Una scelta di caffè, ristoranti e supermercati è disponibile a pochi passi. Grazie Numa Drift per rendere memorabile il nostro soggiorno a Berlino. Spero di poter provare le vostre altre strutture in altre città :)

Appena rientrati da questa splendida esperienza tedesca. Quartiere tranquillo. Ottima posizione per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici, a soli 5 minuti di camminata si raggiunge la stazione metro Viktoria Louise Platz. Zona servita anche da bus e taxi. Staff gentile e cortese. Ottima la pulizia della stanza ed anche dei luoghi comuni. Massimo rispetto delle norme anti covid. Ricca colazione a buffet con ampia scelta. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura.

Posizione: La posizione è perfetta, non troppo occupata, come è a 8 minuti a piedi da Kurfürstendamm ma ancora centrale. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti vicino e si può camminare 10 minuti all'arresto del bus pf il 100 bus che vi porterà dove vuoi. Servizio: Un servizio buono e amichevole.L'uomo alla ricezione ci ha salutati con un sorriso caldo e il check-in era super lucido. Abbiamo anche chiesto le mutandine e l'abbiamo presa subito. Perfetto. Pulizia Il pavimento di pietra aveva alcuni tinture, ma non c'era niente di grande o ”smutto” in alcun modo. Ambienze La sauna e la piscina erano molto pulite e un posto per rilassarsi. Il colazione era un sogno da waffles al pane fino a salsicce calde, le opzioni erano quasi infinite.
