Hotel vicini a Humboldthain Flak Tower a Berlino

I was on a family trip to Berlin from Denmark and we made the mistake and chose this hotel! It started when we arrived my wife wanted to use the toilet from the lobby and she couldn’t get out! We used almost and hour to get her out! They didn’t have the right people (the handymen) to get her out. After that we got our room and the room was fine. My wife wanted to give our 6 month baby a shower when she finished, the water was alll over the toilet and into our room. Because there was holes on the shower floor (pictures are down below) We then went down to the reception, and told them the situation. She said that the cleaning lady will come up and clean even though we told her that the shower floor had holes and that was the issue. The cleaning lady came up and cleaned and left and told us there was nothing wrong. We thought okay 👍🏻 A couple of hours my wife took a shower and again there was water all over the bathroom and out into our bedroom under the baby bed and under the refrigerator!!!!!!!! They didn’t care about the health which is the most important especially when you have a little baby!!! I went down again showed the lady from the reception the video so she could see that there was holes. She said she couldn’t do anything and the cleaning lady has left (the time was around 12:30 am at night) I got angry because it wasn’t healthy to sleep there and she just refused to help!!!! We stayed in the room and couldn’t sleep. The next day I went down to hear if there was anything new about our situation about the room, but no one knew anything about the situation, so then I should tell the whooole story again and again. The guest manager at the reception could see that there was a big problem after seeing the videos! She then offered us free breakfast for the three days we were staying there. We said ok to the offer but we wasn’t happy but we accepted it because we just wanted to enjoy our weekend vacation! And then we thought that everything was good ! But now it all started to go downhill again !!! The first day we went down to eat breakfast. The lady wouldn’t allow us in, because we wasn’t on the list. And then we should tell her the story for the 20th time ! She then let us in, and we were now so mad !!! We start to eat and another lady called rim ( blond curly hair) interrupted us and asked us if we ordered breakfast, and then we told her our situation again ( we were so mad because it was so unprofessional and none of the staff speaks together) Rim told us ok after told her the story ! The morning after it all happened again with a new employer ! Then we had enough and went straight to the reception and demanded to speak with the person who was I charge here in the hotel. A lady came and she said that she was the manager of the day! And we then explained the story agaain. She was so sorry and the woman from the morning before Rim came and also joins our conversation and both of them could see the issue and were so sorry. Ri

Although this hotel had many good qualities it also had its downsides. I went with my school in April 2023 - for reference Pros - Breakfast was very good and had some unique and interesting equipment such as a self making pancake machine- which was very popular and the pancakes were great! - The range of food was broad and there was something for everyone to enjoy - I especially liked the edible wafer cups to put contiments in e.g Nutella -I thought the free juice machine at the breakfast buffet was very cool although it did break a few times, but was fixed very quickly -The hotel has a good location as it is very close to various sightseeing areas and a train station -The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathrooms were quite big (in most rooms) Cons -Poor ventilation in bathrooms, although many of the bathrooms were decently sized some were very small and had no windows and so the smell could sometimes become over bearing - this was demonstrated by my friend fainting -Although the hotel promised cleaning during our stay we saw no evidence of this, except for a few new toilet rolls being added to the bathroom -The staff were blunt and rude to us, when we attempted to get some water, they banished us to the cellar very aggressively - The basement (game room/teen hangout) was very nice although the vending was unreliable as it swallowed my friends money. -The shelf in the bathroom was inconveniently placed and when you picked up anything of the shelf all your belongings would fall to the floor - due to the placing of the toilet underneath the shelf, all of my bathroom things fell in the toilet which was unfortunate and very frustrating! -The rooms were very hot at night and leaving the window open at night was 100% necessary, I can imagine in summer this would be much worse as bugs and creatures could enter the rooms, I suggest investing in AC. Overall this was an okay experience for my school although I can imagine for families staying in the hotel it could be annoying to hear children running around and screaming loudly! Definitely no place for families but pretty okay for large groups and schools

L'ostello è situato vicino alla stazione U-Bahn e non lontano da Alexanderplatz, la posizione stessa è molto conveniente, in una zona vibrante con molti posti da mangiare. Il personale era bello, e c'erano molte attività dove ho incontrato persone di tutto il mondo, le toilette e i bagni erano abbastanza puliti e ben mantenuti. La stanza per 6 persone era molto piccola e era molto calda quando erano presenti tutti i 6 o anche i 5 persone. Ma se aprissi la finestra, diventava solo super alto e ancora meno possibile dormire. La stanza aveva le finestre proprio sopra una strada piuttosto occupata, e anche la notte c'era costante rumore auto, ronzio, tram passeggiando e così via. Potete sentirlo molto al secondo piano, quindi nonostante abbia un letto confortevole, non posso dire che abbia dormito bene una delle notti che ho soggiornato. Quando si accede, vi daranno anche un buono per una birra gratuita nella loro birra di base. È stato bello, ma il vetro di campione è così piccolo, come 100 ml? Ho aspettato che fosse una bevanda di dimensioni piene per essere onesti:) Anche se, la birra è davvero bello.

L'interno è molto bello e sicuramente vale 4 stelle. Ho prenotato una camera singola, non rimborsabile per due notti, che era bella e pulita. Tutto ciò che doveva essere era lì. Devo ammettere due carenze: 1. La signora amichevole sul desk front ha ricevuto le informazioni sbagliate dal sistema, quindi devo pagare una seconda volta sul sito (prepagato al trip.com). Grazie al suo ufficio, il manager della notte l'ha scoperto e mi ha restituito il denaro prima che fosse stato prenotato. 2. Ho scelto l'hotel solo per la grande piscina da nuotare al mattino. Purtroppo la signora amichevole (primo contatto) mi ha detto che la piscina è chiusa il giorno dell'arrivo, ma potevo usare il bagno invece gratuitamente oggi. Dovrebbe aprirsi il giorno dopo, così potrei fare la mia mattinata. La mattina dopo, nel bagno, mi hanno detto che la piscina non si aprirà oggi per ragioni di manutenzione. Entrambi i temi mi hanno preso quasi un'ora che è un no per sprecare tempo clienti ...

L’ubicazione dell’ostello è estremamente centrale e a pochi minuti a piedi da Alexanderplatz, ideale dunque per muoversi a piedi. La sala comune offre molti spazi per rilassarsi e mangiare ma l’ostello pecca di un vero e proprio luogo di ritrovo, non essendo presenti biliardo/calcio balilla o quant’altro. Lo sconsiglio dunque vivamente a chi, come me, vede l’ostello come un luogo per conoscere nuove persone. I bagni condivisi, così come le camere, sono sporchi (le pulizie avvengono un solo giorno a settimana) e non è presente nemmeno il sapone per lavarsi le mani. È presente la lavanderia ma le lavatrici effettivamente funzionanti sono solo 3 (troppo poche a mio avviso visto la quantità di ospiti che l’ostello potrebbe possibilmente ospitare). In più i programmi della lavatrice e asciugatrice sono esclusivamente in tedesco, rendendone molto difficile l’utilizzo (cercare di tradurre è stato inefficace perché si ottenevano traduzioni letterarie e non utili). Il personale è disponibile ma non gioviale. Non consiglio l’ostello se cercate un posto pulito e ospitale. Lo consiglio a chi, invece, può fare a meno delle precedenti e cerca un posto economico in pieno centro.

L'hotel è perfettamente situato. Il tram si ferma intorno all'angolo, a S e metro è solo un breve cammino. Così si arriva in tutto il male. Le camere sono grandi e bellissime grazie a una lunga serie di finestre. A richiesta, ho anche ricevuto un cuoco d'acqua per la mia stanza. Ho dormito molto bene e ho fatto buon colazione. Ho anche trovato che l'hotel ha un riscaldamento normale che si può regolare da solo e quindi non si può portare l'aria condizionata tutta la notte, come in altri hotel.

Siamo stati in coppia per una competizione di ballo. Sembra fuori mano ma con vicine due fermate della metro e una della stazione. All'arrivo il check in automatico sembra una cosa molto fredda perché non trovi personale ad accogliervi ma la mattina ci sono per la colazione e sono gentili e disponibili. Consiglio specialmente per la pulizia

Posso rimanere senza problemi in aria condizionata e in camera. Ci sono molti residenti, e c'è anche un sacco di cose sull'ingresso (bevete tutti la notte, ecc.). Il personale era molto felice e ha risposto quando ha detto che c'erano problemi.Cari. Noleggio un po'di capelli e così via.

Ho letto le critiche, ma la ferrovia non mi pare desse fastidio, i vetri credo siano insonorizzati, ma magari da altre stanze si sente. Noi eravamo al 5° piano e ce l'avevamo proprio lì, ma non dava assolutamente fastidio. Il cattivo odore dal bagno si è sentito leggermente all'arrivo. La stanza è piccola e potrebbe avere qualche comodità in più, ma è climatizzata, il prezzo è buono e la struttura è moderna e si trova a 2 passi da Alexander Platz, dalla metro ecc. Quindi il mio giudizio è positivo.

La camera d'albergo era confortevole. Abbiamo goduto di un buon grado di privacy. La mia unica lamentela è che durante il nostro viaggio, sulla mia carta di credito sono stati addebitati € 194 dall'hotel, nonostante avessi già pagato il prezzo intero per la camera. Naturalmente, l'hotel lo ha rimborsato immediatamente. Questo però non mi ha compensato del fatto che ho dovuto aspettare 3 giorni per ricevere i soldi sul mio conto. A quel punto avevo solo 50€ in contanti e 31£ sul mio conto in banca. Questo mi ha fatto sentire insicuro, dato che normalmente ho abbastanza soldi nel caso qualcosa vada storto. Non credo che la mia carta avrebbe dovuto essere addebitata in primo luogo e il membro del personale che ha effettuato l'addebito accidentale con la carta dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione alle informazioni finanziarie degli ospiti.
