I Join ITB Berlin easy to go ther good location

Very good location, Near a big clean shopping area, and very easy to take bus and the metro. Amenity is kind of old, but working well. Very fare price for such comfortable experience.

誤打誤撞住進這家酒店，唯一優點是位置還好，靠近地鐵站和商場。 但是房間衞生不好，而且一股刺鼻的精油味，後面才知道可以叫按摩。 住一晚就退了，不推薦。

とても綺麗ですし、何より遅く着いてもカウンターの方が大変親切でした。 また泊まりたいです！おすすめします！！

Hotel in una zona piacevole di Berlino. Stanza con arredamento nuovo e moderno, letto comodo - ambiente silenzioso. Colazione semplice con croissant dolce o salata e bevanda calda. Staff gentile e disponibile! Si può raggiungere dall'aeroporto in 40 minuti tramite treno RB23 o RE8 fermata Zoologischer Garten..poi 10 min a piedi oppure Metro U2 fermata Wittenberg. Ci ritorneremo...Elisa&Fabio

Se vi interessa un hotel in perfetta posizione per i trasporti e per lo zoo di Berlino e site disposti a rinunciare all'aria condizionata, ad un bagno che non si allaga, alla pulizia giornaliera della stanza e ad una colazione normale (visto che nel mio soggiorno era inclusa ma quella proposta è un palliativo non una colazione) siete nel posto giusto. Per i fan di Greta Thunberg...

Partiamo dalla locazione 50 MT fermata autobus 100 MT Metro. Comodo per qualunque zona si voglia visitare. Pulitissimo, cornetti e caffè gratis. Personale disponibile alla reception. Letti comodi. Stanza economica e grande. Superconsogliatai

Nice rooms in a great location. Close to U-bahn so easy to get round Berlin. Close to a shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The zoo and a small market were also close. The hotel does not do a breakfast apart from croissants and coffee which was very nice to sit and have

Very simple yet nice hotel. Stayed there for 3 nights. :) The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. There was a kettle, cups, and even a few tea bags for the guests. Good WiFi connection. Also, a nice bonus was free croissants and coffee in the hotel lobby every morning. The neighborhood was lovely, and the metro station was just a few minutes away. A little con - even though the street was quiet and no city sounds could be heard, I did hear my next-door neighbor a lot - even phone notifications and plugging in a charger (that's my guess) into the electricity. Also, during my stay, no one came to clean the room. It was a short stay and I was not expecting a major cleanup, but I must say that the bins were full pretty quickly, and it would be appreciated if someone came to empty them. But other than that, it was great! I loved it and will probably stay again some other time.

I stayed with a friend last weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located, just 2 minutes from the metro station. The receptionists were very friendly. The included breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. When we return to Berlin, we will seriously consider staying at this hotel again.

Pretty nice hotel, located just minutes away from the Elephant Gate of the Berlin Zoo and within walking distance of the Zoo train station. There are some restaurants, kebab places, cafes, and shops around, but nothing too fancy. The area is fairly quiet and not super touristy. The room itself was decently spacious and pleasantly clean, but they only came in to clean it every three days or so. There are also complimentary pastries and coffee for breakfast. They're good but tend to get repetitive if you stay for a longer period.

Perfect spot to base in Berlin! Staff were wonderful from arrival to departure as well allowed me to check in earlier! Room is comfortable spacious and clean with amenities such as kettle tea coffee and some vanity kit! Fresh croissants and coffee in the morning were included! What a treat! Perfect way to start your day! Location is safe and easy walk to many restaurants shops and Zoo Bhf that leads to the airport directly! Highly recommended!

We stayed from February 27 till March 1. Room for 2. We wanted 2 separate beds. Also had a microwave and a kettle, food utensils for two, a botlle of water, some tea, coffee, sugar. The room, the table and the chairs were absolutely like in the pictures. Very helping and friendly team at the reception, told us if we need something just to contact them. Clean room. Good location. I can recomend it with pleasure.

Thai is a great hotel near lots of local transport and a supermarket. Very clean and lovely staff . Basic but clean room . The staff are lovely and helpful My only complaint is that there was no air con . The hotel did provide a small fan . We tried to open the window but there was a lot of street noise
