Esperienza molto positiva. Il gestore e sua moglie sono adorabili. Pronti ad aiutarti per ogni esigenza. E’ stato molto utile per pianificare il nostro viaggio, darci consigli e ha pensato lui a prenotare i nostri trasferimenti per proseguire la nostra vacanza. Anche se il check in era alle 14 e’ stato pronto a prepararci una camera già alle 6 di mattina dopo averci offerto un caffè e un succo fresco, con una piccola sovrattassa ci siamo potuti sistemare e riposare bene. Le camere sono pulite e molto spaziose. Il bagno perfetto! Consigliato alla grande.

Per me è una sistemazione in famiglia perfetta, così pulita e più bella che in foto. Ospite molto gentile 👍🏻

Uno dei posti migliori, padroni di casa che abbiamo mai conosciuto. Ottimo cibo. La camera era molto pulita. Altamente raccomandato!

The owners of this homestay, Tommy and Lily are aome of the nicest people you will ever meet. The homestay itself is clean, quiet and in a very central location. Comfortable bed and strong AC. Well priced and recommended.

What a wonderful homestay; it feels like home! The room was perfect: big enough, clean, with a great view and a balcony. And the bathroom has a separated shower (you don't wet all the ground when having a shower).Moreover (and maybe the most important), the owners are very welcoming and helpful (and they cook delicious breakfast!).

Замечательный семейный уютный отель, которым владеет милая вьетнамская пара Томми и Лили. Они свободно говорят по английски, очень гостеприимны и делают все для удобства гостей. Томми предоставил нам карту с достопримечательностями, где описал, сколько по времени займет посещение каждой из них, посоветовал, где поесть и где взять байк. Завтрак можно было выбрать заранее вечером по меню из предложенного списка, завтрак был вкусный и сытный, кофе вкусный. Также у нас был отдельны запрос на трансфер в Дананг на следующий день и Томми нашел нам автобус, забронировал для нас места и даже отвез нас на автовокзал, когда автобус приехал! Просто высшая степень заботы о гостях!!!))) спасибо большое Томми и Лили за такое приятное пребывание в Ниньбинь!

Il posto migliore in cui soggiornare per chi visita la zona per la prima volta. Come hotel boutique è fantastico; confortevole e perfettamente posizionato e con una deliziosa colazione. Abbiamo fatto alcuni degli eccellenti tour di Tommy e aveva senso restare qui, ma tutto era ancora meglio di quanto immaginassimo. Tommy ha reso i nostri piani senza stress e i suoi suggerimenti sono stati perfetti, dalla prenotazione di ristoranti ai consigli sul proseguimento del viaggio.

Tommy e Lien erano dei padroni di casa favolosi. Erano cordiali e accoglienti. La camera era pulita, molto confortevole e la doccia eccellente. La colazione era perfetta per le nostre esigenze, preparata da Lien. La posizione è in una zona incantevole a Tam Coc e abbiamo utilizzato 2 biciclette per esplorare la zona. Abbiamo anche prenotato 2 tour con Tommy che ha fornito un'eccellente guida e autista. Consigliamo vivamente l'alloggio in famiglia e i tour di Tommy.

Tommy the host is a wonderful man, he’s honest and humble and genuinely wants to help you. He waited for us at 04:00 am when we arrived from the sleeper bus and allowed us to check in early with a small charge. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent aircon, which is important in the hot climate of tam coc. All the room facilities were in great condition, and we even had a balcony. Breakfast was a regular breakfast for cheap hotels in Vietnam. Tommy and his wife really made us feel at home, answered every question we had with great English and a smile, I would definitely recommend! Oh, and they have express laundry service as well!

Beautiful little homestay, on a quiet side street in Tam Coc, run by a very nice couple, Tommy and Lily. Spacious rooms , very clean, balcony, very good breakfast on the patio, with excellent coffee! Tommy was super helpful to arrange our transfer by bus, even at the last minute, and he walked us to the bus stop and waited to make sure we got on OK! They are both fluent in English, and very friendly. We greatly recommend!

We’ve just had a fabulous 2 night stay here. Great location… just off the Main Street in Tam Coc so it’s easy to walk to everything but far enough away from the chaos. The owners husband Tommy runs a travel business and organised a great bespoke tour for us… everything you’d want under one roof. Great communication throughout and they’re really special people. Highly recommended.

This new hotel is wonderful. Amazing views and great value in the area. The staff made me feel instantly like family and made sure I was looked after. The rooms are great. I love this area and come here regularly and I think I have found my favourite place to stay! I will definitely be back in October for at least 5 days

Tommy and Lien are such good and friendly hosts. De location is great, nearby restaurants, spa’s and pubs, but very quiet. De room is great and cosy. We got a very good breakfast every morning. And Tommy arranged a fantastic tour with the easy riders to the Mua caves and other highlights. We would highly recommend a stay here!

This was one of the best places to stay that we ever had. Tommy and Lilly were incredible hosts. Tommy also works as a tour guide so was able to organise and advise about everything during our visit. Breakfasts in the garden were very enjoyable and friendly. The rooms were spotless. Thanks.
