Excellent communication with the owner (which we haven't met in person): upon sending the copies of our passports, we have received detailed instructions how to reach the accommodation and the codes for entering the building, the apartment and the room. Very good location near the center of the Città Bassa and the bus stop of bus No.1 which will take you from/to the airport past the train and intercity bus station (or, in other direction, to Città Alta). Minibar available in the corridor. Very clean. No outdoor noise. It seems that around midnight WiFi is getting slower. The numbers on the code locks that give access to the room and to the bathroom are rather small, so it's difficult to spot them unless you use a torch. Even if all units are located on the ground floor, if traveling with heavy suitcases be aware that still there are a few steps to climb.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a night after a late flight into Bergamo and we headed for Lake Como the next day. The rooms are a short walk from the train and bus stop from the airport. The area is very secure, central and safe. Someone was in contact with us about the late check-in. The room and bathroom were very basic but exactly what we wanted. Very clean - incredibly comfy bed. Minimal city noise outside. Check-out is easy as there is no key to return. Would definitely recommend. Well worth the price!
