The hotel is situated in a great place, easy walking distance to the centre with all the restaurants and bars. We came for West Ham’s game in Backa Topola - we hired a car at the airport. There’s no parking at the hotel as it’s in a pedestrianised area. We were advised to park in a car park round the corner which could be quite a walk if you had luggage. The hotel is in a building with many floors and is on the fifth floor. There is a lift but it’s very tiny. Otherwise it’s a long climb. Once up there the check in was very smooth - we were too early but they looked after our luggage. The room was adequate , nice and warm and clean. The shower was excellent. A good place to stay in Belgrade.

L'hotel è vicino a Dagong Street. È comodo raggiungere a piedi varie attrazioni e i trasporti pubblici. Nella zona circostante ci sono molte panetterie, caffetterie e ristoranti cinesi e occidentali. L'interno della camera è pulito, spazioso e confortevole, molto carino!

Una struttura di buona qualità anche se con alcuni punti oscuri. Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: Struttura recente e di design, possibilità di parcheggiare l'automobile in un posto auto esterno, ma interdetto agli estranei, transfer da e per l'aeroporto, pulizie accurate con ambienti abbastanza silenziosi. Tutto ciò in pieno centro ed ad un prezzo più che accettabile. Ma veniamo ora agli aspetti negativi: Servizio di reception part time, stanze piccole e poste al secondo piano senza ascensore, oscuramento non ottimale, scarsa offerta di programmi tv e con la ricezione dei canali esteri inesistente, nessun amenity kit e colazione non prevista. In finale ho dovuto anche insistere per avere la ricevuta di quanto pagato, senza ottenere la conferma della registrazione alberghiera da presentare al controllo passaporti in uscita dallo Stato. E' una delle innumerevoli nuove sistemazioni che si possono ottenere in zona, certamente buona ma non la migliore.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

Hotel eccellente. Personale amichevole, piacevole atmosfera, pulizia a un livello invidiabile. Consigliavo questo hotel se si vuole essere situato nel centro della città. Il ristorante potrebbe essere più piccolo, ma certamente non ho usato i servizi di cucina, quindi non so molto.

La posizione di questo hotel era perfetta. La camera era pulita, la colazione era ottima, il personale gentile. L'unico piccolo problema è il suono, di notte se le altre stanze chiudono rumorosamente le porte si sente molto. Ma nel complesso penso che questo posto sia stato fantastico per il prezzo.

I could write two words :Great Hotel and it would be true, everything was perfect. Great and helpful Staff, delicious and varied breakfast, comfortable bed. After my arriving I got a velcome drink voucher that I could realize at the bar. There are tv, air condition, safe, kettle with complimentary tea and coffe in the room. Shampoo and soap in the bathroom. I would like every hotel to have a breakfast like this. Wonderful! Localization close to Saint Sava Orthodox church, about 10 minutes walking from Trg Slavija and A1 bus stop.
