È un ottimo hotel che ti ha fatto piacere dal primo momento. Le sue belle camere decorate con le sue dotate di mobili estetici e costosi magnetizzano chi sceglie di soggiornare in questo fantastico hotel.La camera e la colazione sono unici con scelte che vincono il più che lascia la piscina dove qualcuno può prendere un bagno. Ma anche godere del magnifico cocktail .5 minuti dal pedaggio principale della città! Mi aspetto di tornare nella mia amata città e visitare questo meraviglioso hotel che combina tutto.

Abbiamo visitato Belgrado per la prima volta. Siamo così felici di rimanere a Piazza Nine. La decorazione nel lobby, le camere e i ristoranti sono stupende. Siamo immediatamente stati rilassati. La prima sera pioveva, quindi andammo al bagno, che era una buona decisione! Ci sono stati diversi cocktail nel bar del lobby ogni sera - la nostra cameriera era estremamente efficiente e amichevole. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica per esplorare la città. Spero di avere l'opportunità di rimanere di nuovo.

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

Superb stay at this excellent hotel. Brand new place, impeccably clean spacious rooms, excellent rain shower! 5’ walk to the most gorgeous orthodox church of St Sava and a pleasant 20’ walk through the pedestrian street, to Kalemegdan Park and Fortress. There was a protest in Belgrade, but the head concierge wrote us ahead of time, warning us, so we decided to get their private airport car who knew all the inside roads and detours, and got us there in a jiffy. Their breakfast is plentiful and their restaurant serves tasty Serbian specialties. A special mention to Arandgel and Novak, who gave great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in Belgrade.

Rimasto qui per una settimana. Grande riconoscimento globalista, utilizzato gli Stati Uniti per garantire Regency Suite, che si trovava sul 7o piano, dove si trova anche il Regency Club. Il club serve colazione (con cibi limitati, ma senza folle) e la sera di diffusione (che non ha cibo caldo, ma è molto bello). Il letto era a posto, ma non era di grandezza reale come annunciato, ma due singole, e il bagno era a posto, avevamo un problema con l’acqua che scorreva dal doccia all’esterno, perché il design non è il migliore e l’acqua non si drenava molto bene. La colazione nel ristorante era buona con cibi di qualità, a volte molto crowded. Anche il pranzo era molto buono, anche il personale molto bello e benvenuto. Resteresti qui, soprattutto se l'hotel investesse in piccole riparazioni, come la sostituzione di mattoni e letti molto stanchi.

Appena tornati da Belgrado. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica suite con vasca idromassaggio. Camera comoda e molto bella, super pulita. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa la vista che da su altre finestre troppo vicine (bisogna far attenzione a non stare poco vestiti ecco). Menzione speciale per il minibar fornitissimo che fa dimenticare l'assenza del kit bagno e per la posizione pazzesca. Nel complesso lo consiglio perché i lati negativi per noi hanno contato davvero poco.

Iniziiamo dalla ricezione molto sfortunata e lontana non amichevole. Il caffè e il suo telefono erano molto più importanti di diversi clienti. Scarichi e scale. Non c'è modo di evitarli con una valigia enorme. Pensavo alle persone in sedie a rotelle? Non c'è da entrare. La stanza è aperta e con il segno che la finestra non può essere aperta è rotta. 4 lampade e solo una funziona. Dietro il letto ci sono così tanti fili che metà di loro sono pericolosamente coperti con una cintura scozzese di base. Non credo. Il secchetto ha solo un super freddo aria, è meglio fuori che asciugare i capelli all'interno. Faucet vecchio e rustico e non pulito affatto. Più poi tutto era un atteggiamento personale. Le ragazze non dicono ”ciao” o buon mattino. No! Ti daranno un aspetto come quello che stai facendo qui. Molto alto e super non professionale. Ho sempre amato questo hotel. Ho soggiornato qui molti tempi. Che cosa è successo? Non è davvero buono per il tuo soggiorno. Evitare. Ci sono così tanti altri. L'ospitalità serba è nota ma non in questo posto. Spero che la prossima volta cambino queste persone e migliorino le camere.

Salute: pulire e pulire L'ambiente: il grande ambiente è anche buono, anche nella zona residenziale. La stanza in cui vive è più tranquilla, cioè il bagno è con un po'di guancia e non è coperto.Il bagno è collegato a una porta del bagno, e il bagno è più piccolo. Ci sono bagagli di bagno gratuito, bagno a caldo e Wi-Fi gratuito. L'hotel è al terzo piano, senza ascensore, il movimentazione del bagaglio sarà più difficile. Trasporti: se arriva l'aeroporto, 3000 monete serbe, il conducente richiederà 26, 7 euro.Ma se due persone portano tre grandi pezzi e un piccolo pezzo di auto, saranno rifiutate.Se passasse l'autobus dell'aeroporto, andare alla stazione finale (4 euro per persona) per 20 minuti. Se non c'è bagaglio, non c'è molto, c'è un lato squilibrato della strada e non va bene. Il negozio non è molto buono, e la sera è arrivata, e la sua visione è scarsa. Non l'ha vista, e l'ha chiesto al ristorante. Ci sono bar e strade da pranzo vicino, tutte operate fino alla sera.

La notte sono venuta a Belgrado e c'è una piccola pioggia.La temperatura è scesa a 7 gradi, la città sta aggiornando la rete 5G, che è anche il nostro prodotto di lusso.Inoltre, ha causato un fenomeno di supervendita della stanza dell'hotel che mi ha reso incapace di stare. Bene, Jackson è molto forzato nel servizio clienti di viaggio. Mi ha prenotato rapidamente questo vicino hotel. Non ho giocato a piedi per sei o sette minuti per gestire rapidamente le procedure di soggiorno.L'hotel è molto pulito, la reception è molto bella, il sorriso è molto caldo, la stanza è molto calda.Penso che il vecchio Bey sia molto buono

Ho cercato di rimanere presso le Suite Veneti a Belgrado e quando sono arrivato all'hotel dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio non c'era nessuno disponibile per lasciarmi entrare o rispondere al telefono quando ho chiamato. Quando sono tornato all'hotel il giorno dopo per chiedere un rimborso, sono stati molto brutti e hanno detto che era un prezzo non rimborsabile e non c'era nulla che fare. Anche in questo periodo, che era chiaramente una bugia, hanno sostenuto di essere all'hotel. Non ho mai avuto un servizio clienti così cattivo e disfunzione in un hotel stabilimento nella mia vita e viaggio A LOT. SCONGIUNTI DI EVITAR IL HOTEL A TUTI COSTI, o almeno non presentarsi tardi.

The location was excellent, very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The front desk worker was very polite and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about the property. They gave us an electronic key card for entering the building, so everything was easy in terms of access and check out. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well! Overall an excellent value for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Belgrade!

Enjoyed a superb stay at Hotel Opera during our brilliant Belgrade weekend. Perfect location, large adjoining rooms and lovely decor. Staff were very professional and attentive. Details matter in hospitality and little things like a dedicated kids TV channel ready in their room, the excellent breakfast items changed daily and print outs of our passes ready at the front-desk on the morning of our flight, all made a big difference. Many thanks to the staff. Highly recommended.

Parking was an absolute nightmare. After a four drive we arrived and attempted to follow the quirky instructions for parking our car. The hotel parking is situated within a separate private open air car park - right at the very end of it. Their idea is that you should park your car outside of this huge private car park, go looking for the hotel reception, obtain a car park entry ticket for the car park (barrier) and then return to your car, enter the private car park, drive to the far end, locate their car park and the access it. IT DOESN’T WORK! When there is zero parking anywhere near the private car park or the hotel. You are smack in the city centre of BELGRADE!!! And the hotel is located within a pedestrianised area. Forget their picture posted on ***********, that implies that parking nearby is easy - it was impossible. We pulled off the very busy main road, after going around and around three times (major stress) only to have cars appear behind us by the entrance to the car park. We had no choice but to take a ticket. We drove to the far end, spotted the tiny sign for The Petit Piaf Hotel, pressed the buzzer and the shutter opened revealing a massive parking vault. We parked our car unloaded all our luggage, hiked up the outdoor metal stairs, meandered through some cobbled passageway and eventually found reception feeling somewhat elated that we had survived the nightmare. When we mentioned that we had parked our car in the car park, we were instructed to remove it. We had to remove the car from their car park, drive through the other car park, exit the barrier manoeuvre adjacent to a very busy road, use their car park entry ticket and re-park our car in their hotel parking bay. There was no way of circumventing this ridiculous situation, none. The location of the hotel was excellent, the room was big, but the bathroom tiny. I mean really tiny less than one sq. meter to dance around the shower, sink and toilet lol. And the bathroom door opens into that less than one square meter of space. But worse of all, THE NOISE! at night. I hardly slept. The only relative quiet came after 4.15am - I know this because I was awake. Forget the ambiguous comments on other reviews, their windows are inadequate to surpress the laughter, loud music, cheering, singing etc etc. Don’t get me wrong if you are there to get lashed and party until 4.00am (ish) return to your room and hit the bed, no doubt you’d have a great nights sleep. For anybody else, I’d say forget it. To recap, archaic, totally inconvenient parking. Tiny bathroom. Good bedroom. Poor sound exclusion (little sleep). Great location and wonderful city. The free breakfast? We honestly could not wait to get out of this hotel, so we simply left on empty bellies. Never again, unless I’m invited on a rowdy stag do, without a car and it’s booked by somebody else!

Situato in un edificio più devastato, è difficile da rilevare.Le strutture di stallo sono vecchie, il cavo di progettazione dell'elettricità è vecchio stile. Se non viene chiuso dopo l'uso, l'elettricità non può essere utilizzata. La ricezione non è un servizio 24 ore. Sono arrivate alle dieci. Sono felice di avere un telefono internazionale, altrimenti non possiamo contattare il personale per controllare.Ma le strutture della stanza sono buone, ci sono pulizie ogni giorno, molto pulite.

L'hotel non è cattivo, situato nella zona pedonale. Intorno a molti ristoranti, bar e pub eccellenti. Ma è anche un enorme meno! È impossibile arrivare all'hotel con auto!!!! Preparetevi a partire dalla fermata di un taxi circa 100 metri con borse (su una spazzatura cruda! E in una collina). Il parcheggio è dalla strada vicina. Ma dal parcheggio nel lobby del bagaglio dell'hotel devono essere trasportati anche su una scarpa stretta senza ascensori! Molto scomodo! Se hai un piccolo bagaglio - allora nessun problema, ma sono stato gentilemente torturato, prima cercando un parcheggio, poi l'ingresso all'hotel. Немыслимо! In nessun caso, siediti al primo piano! Non dormire fino all'ora della notte! La stanza è pulita, confortevole, c'è tutto quello che serve.

Molto soddisfatto, il personale di servizio della reception è molto intimido e mi ha organizzato un alloggio in anticipo.All'inizio non era molto familiare, pensavo che l'hotel fosse più giusto, e poi sapeva che la posizione era buona, non lontano dalla piazza e dalla chiesa, e poteva camminare.
