I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. It is in the city centre. We got a lovely room in the front of the hotel. Big and clean Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices. I have to say the staff are fantastic. Two members of staff in particular. David is so helpful. I looked for more hangers on the first evening and within two minutes I had another 10 hangers. Later in the week I need laundry bags for packing and a few minutes he got some for me. Nothing is a problem. A very pleasant man that never stops smiling. 😄 Tamara was also very helpful and pleasant Doesn’t that make all the difference when you book into a hotel. You can’t go wrong if you stay here

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

Hotel çok merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor. Hotelden popüler tüm ziyaret edilmesi gereken noktalara yürüyerek rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. En işlek ve canlı yaya caddesi hemen 1 sokak üstte yer alıyor. Odalar büyük, temiz ve ferah. Yatak oldukça rahattı. Kahvaltı konaklama bedeline dahil değil ve kahvaltı almak istenirse kişi başı 8Euro ek ücret talep ediliyor. Kahvaltı almadık ancak kahvaltı alanını görme fırsatımız oldu ki otelde kahvaltı almak pek değermi emin değilim. Nikola Tesla Havalimanı'ndan otele gitmek ve hotelden havalimanına dönüşte hotel kanalıyla taksi çağırma talebimiz oldu. Hotel havalimanı arası tek yön 30Euro talep ediliyor. Taksi ile gidilecek mesafe trafik yoksa 10-12 dakika. Dönüşte taksiciyi öderken 50Euro verdik ancak taksici euro para üstü olarak sadece 10 Euro olduğunu geri kalan 10 Euro'yu ise Sırp Dinarı olarak verebileceğini söyledi. Ancak Sırp Dinarı olarak verdiği para üstü miktarı sadece 5 Euro karşılığına denk gelen 600 Dinar oldu. Havalimanına girme telaşı içerisinde ilk kez para üstünü kontrol etmedim ve farkettiğimde çok geçti. Dolayısıyla para üstü aldığınızda çok dikkatli olunuz. Hatta mümkünse taksi ücreti ne kadar ise tam o kadar euro yanınızda olsun.

Nel centro della città vecchia di Belgrado, vicino alla strada pedonale, è molto comodo per fare shopping e mangiare. Ci vogliono dieci minuti per raggiungere a piedi il Kalemegdan Park Zoo e nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti cinesi.

Un hotel di 4 stelle che merita di più. Situazione fantastica vicino alle migliori attrazioni di Belgrado. Si trova nel cuore principale della città, vicino a essa è un centro commerciale, molti ristoranti, negozi, caffè, molti negozi diversi, il grande castello, e un fiume con viaggi ricreativi. Grande ricezione e consegna in camera veloce. Belle camere di buona dimensione. Molto comodo grande letto. Una bagno pulita e spaziosa completa con tutto quello che serve per il turismo. Buona colazione variabile. Lo consiglio ai visitatori a Belgrado ....

Ottimo ubicazione, personale super amichevole, letto confortevole. Doccia con eccellente pressione, ideale per recuperare energia al mattino dopo una delle notti folli di Belgrado. Molto consigliato perché è vicino a molti punti turistici e si trova anche in una zona con molti ristoranti e bar top. Camere silenziose e confortevoli.

Il bagno non è nella stanza, ma una privata come posso usare, l'ospite dell'hotel è amichevole. Ho cambiato il mio tempo di soggiorno e hanno accettato. Buona.
