Belfast: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings. The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses. Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen. Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave. Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve. Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

La posizione è buona, il calore è abbastanza forte e la camera è moderata.C'è un piccolo hotel di cioccolato autofatto ogni giorno 🍫, tutti i tipi di cibo sono completi.La qualità delle forniture di salsa e dei trasportatori è buona, molto buon senso di soggiorno.

Went and stayed here for my wife’s 40th birthday and was not disappointed it was amazing from staff to food and a special thank you to the general manager Cormac fadden who made it all possible many thanks Paul and Arlene Gilmore and will will look forward to going back again

We were very impressed with Wilton House from the start. The apartments are in a gorgeous building and the staff are professional, extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartments are spotlessly clean, spacious and furnished to a very luxurious modern standard. Communication is also superb from the hosts both pre trip and throughout the stay. Also being situated right in the heart of the city centre, very close to public transport/airport links and a 5/10 minute walk from the Cathedral Quarter makes this an excellent location for getting round Belfast. I would highly recommend Wilton House and we would definitely stay here again if we visited Belfast. It offers everything you need as a superb base for a city break and is a lot better value than a hotel room due to the space in the apartment to help relax after a busy day seeing the sights and sampling the Guinness!! So good that we didn’t want to leave!!

Good location near to city centre. Basic amenities in the room. Free complimentary coffee at the bar during our stay (thank you 🙏🏼) Would recommend this hotel.

Buon pomeriggio, Sono stata in vacanza con amici e abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in totale, la stanza molto pulita e silenziosa. La colazione molto variegata con molta scelta, tutto lo staff e stato molto cordiale e disponibile alle nostre richieste anche con la barriera linguistica non indifferente, Fisnik suppongo un manager simpaticissimo, avendo avuto l'opportunità di comunicare in italiano 😀. Vorrei anche ringraziare lo staff che ci ha ospitato Lene,david,lenka,lyn,courney,phill,TJ,azuka,olivia e il manager del ristorante Tony che si è fermato a scambiare due chiacchierare durante la cena. Se mi capiterà di tornare a Belfast sicuramente torneremo qui e lo consiglierò!

La posizione è ottima, molto tranquilla, molto vicina all'aeroporto e al centro città, ed è molto comoda per viaggiare. I servizi igienici sono molto puliti, ma la qualità del servizio alla reception è altalenante. A volte non so cosa chiedere ea volte il problema viene risolto molto rapidamente.

Nonostante la telefonata preventiva per consigliare che si accingesse a check-in circa le 2.00, l'hotel ha detto a mio figlio che ci erano solo tre camere lasciate con 5 persone che cercavano di check-in, la stanza è stata pagata in anticipo per garantire la disponibilità. Per fortuna, per lui, si è assicurato di una stanza, ma quando è entrato nella stanza c’era già qualcuno che dormiva in camera. Dopo un lungo viaggio, questo non è il livello di servizio previsto per un hotel come l'Europa, per non parlare della sicurezza dell'ospite che già dormiva nella stanza è stato compromesso.

It was a great stay, easy walk to shopping centers and St George’s weekend market is just a stone throw away. Coffee shop (Nero Express) just outside the hotel and lots of bus stops around making things a lot easier if you’re going to different places. But everything is walkable so there’s no need to actually take the bus. Thank you Hilton Belfast!
