Clean, comfortable room with excellent service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location near Tsinghua University. Highly recommend!

Since I arrived in China, I have stayed at this hotel twice: the first time upon my arrival in Beijing, and the second time before I left China, because I traveled to a lot of cities. The location is near the places I wanted to visit, and it’s close to many restaurants and malls. The receptionist is very friendly, and the check-in process is fast. I feel at home here; it’s so cozy. The lounge offers drinks and coffee, and I can also use the laundry facilities. What I like about this hotel brand is that they provide free oranges, which are a healthy snack. I will definitely come back again!

The staff was excellent and the service was extremely helpful! I will stay here again when I come to Beijing.

Location is great, but entrance to hotel had many smokers. Initial room had a weird sweat smell. Had to pay to upgrade to change to a room with window so there is no stench in the room. Staff was helpful.

very satisfied with check-in, check-out time. bed is comfy, room is good, many automatic features (the toilet seat, the curtain, etc.) u-center is just around the corner if you need some shopping. but if you need to use the metro with luggage it's a bit of walking.

It was a pleasant experience staying in Orange Hotel. This hotel has a very unassuming exterior, but once you step foot inside it is exquisite and classy. The staff were very professional, and made the process for registering foreigners very pain-free. They even tried to see if they could reduce the amount I had to pay by comparing the prices I paid for with the price on the Chinese version of 携程. Would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in the area of 五道口!
