The room was clean and comfortable. It was small but with everything I needed. Free parking. Reasonable price. The staff was nice and frienly. There was only one issue: there was only one socket in the room, and that only socket didn't work.

I have to say the hotel was really messy and oudated. I would have expected much more

Place is reasonable for its price. Very close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city centre. The staff are most professional and helpful, and keen to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. The building itself, however, is old and badly in need of a complete upgrade to bring it up to modern standards. The room was clean but scruffy wit9h chipped paint,, and fixtures and fittings stuck firmly in the 1970s. The bed was acceptable but the sprung mattress bore witness to its antiquity and should be replaced with a modern foam mattress.

Was great value for money! Beds were lovely and clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Plenty of places to eat close and free parking. Really couldn’t complain

This is a very basic hotel; but it's priced accordingly and was perfectly adequate for my trip / requirements. Room was clean, with fresh towels and bed linen. Decent size tv, and WiFi good. Had a bath/shower - pleasant surprise. Being pet friendly is a must for me, and has handy grass area to walk round. The staff were efficient and couldn't have been more friendly; I had dinner in the bar area - pretty standard pub food, at right price. I didn't have time for breakfast, but it smelled good!

From the moment I arrived on a very wet Wednesday night I was greeted by very friendly staff on Reception who processed my checkin really fast and pointed me in the direction of my room. The room was clean and well presented. For a budget hotel this hotel is great value.

The guy that was on check-in and the bar was brilliant so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable springs sticking in us and then after checking the mattress it had cigarette burns and stains. I know this is a budget hotel but the mattress should be comfortable and clean.

Excellent value for money motel Close to various restaurants, and in an extremely handy location. Friendly staff extremely easy check in and out, would definitely stay here again. I stayed here because I was working a few miles away and it was about the best value for money hotel in the area

This wasn’t the place for me, i left after 10 minutes but it didn’t really look like the pictures, in my opinion, and I didn’t feel safe with the ground floor room The receptionist was lovely though, and the location is great

Very close to Doncaster city centre, nice location wise. Very warm room too. Staff very friendly.
