"Questa stanza è in realtà molto piccola. Non mi piace quanto sia grande l'immagine di questa piccola stanza. Alla fine, ho sentito un grande senso di vuoto. Ho fatto il check-in alle due del mattino e mi è stato detto che dovevo controllare fuori alle 11. L'aria condizionata era accesa nella piccola stanza. Faceva freddo e non c'era nessuna trapunta invernale preparata nella stanza. Era solo una coperta sottile dello spessore di un asciugamano da bagno molto soffocante senza l'aria condizionata. L'unica cosa è che l'igiene è buona"

Fantastico
CCengizHanNel complesso un hotel eccellente. Davvero soddisfatto dei servizi offerti, il personale era gentile e faceva sempre il check-in per vedere se stai bene. L'hotel aveva un sacco di attività da fare che piacevano a tutte le età. Il cibo era ottimo, soprattutto la varietà di cibo offerto.

UUtente ospiteThis was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks.
The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily.
It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

Совершенно не продуманная территория, все очень не удобно, плохие бассейны и зоны рядом с ними, очень плохие матрасы и подушки , плохая звукоизоляция номеров!!! Сюда можно ехать только как бизнес отель на 1-3 дня!!! Третий день просим сделать нам поиграть волейбольную площадку, но только одни обещания, все уже покалечились на ней!!! Для пляжного отдыха отель не рекомендую!!!

ИИгорьПетровЗдравствуйте! Великолепный отель и персонал. Отличное расположение отеля и приятная атмосфера придают этому месту умиротворение и покой! Завтрак в одноименном ресторане разнообразный и вкусный: суп, второе, зелень и сладости. Кофе вареный и из кофемашины вкусные. Нравится территория отеля: есть спортзал, бассейн, шезлонги и бар. Однозначно рекомендую всем к посещению! И сам обязательно буду бронировать номера в этом отеле по приезду! Мой номер комнаты 128. Спасибо!

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Offre servizi eccellenti, anche se le camere sono un po' piccole e l'hotel in sé non è particolarmente grande, il che può essere un vantaggio a seconda delle preferenze. La parte più frustrante, tuttavia, è che non è consentito portare bevande o snack dall'esterno. Affermano che ciò sia dovuto a motivi igienici, il che non ha molto senso dato che il servizio in camera è consentito, quindi la spiegazione non regge. Sembra più un modo per spingere gli ospiti a spendere soldi nei bar e nei ristoranti dell'hotel. Questo è stato il principale svantaggio per me e probabilmente il motivo principale per cui non tornerei.

UUtente ospiteI have stayed at this place for first time, and I have to say: cleanliness of the rooms not great, although the building itself is very outdated and has seen better days.
Only 1 small lift for all the guests, which is shocking! I’ve seen elderly guests are struggling with the stairs at points.
Staff friendly.
Beds not the best, noisy and not very comfortable pillows to my comforts.
I have used the laundry option which hast cost me 2,100 TL = £40,,, it’s a lot!!!
You’re not allowed to bring or get foods outside of the hotel area, due to an overpriced restaurant operating by the hotel, not allowed to buy drinks from the restaurant bar and take to your room.!!
Overall the only positive I can think of is the sea view which seems to be their selling point.
Would I stay at this hotel in the future? Personally, absolutely not and wouldn’t recommend it. Very costly and not even worth it. The picture I’ve attached is the view from my room, which was lush.
