UUtente ospiteMy husband and I recently spent our birthdays and anniversary here and it was literal perfection! The location is 10/10, close enough to everything (including biking to sunset point) but also felt secluded. Gorgeous pool with swim up bar overlooking the picturesque grounds. The food was also the best we had on the island. Amazing massages in room. Staff were SO kind and attentive. The snorkelling trip we did on the Princess Margaux was so great (credit to Kholid for taking some great content on our GoPro!) They also organised a transfer directly from the resort beach to the golf course on Lombok for 9 holes after brekky on the beach for my husband’s birthday. Also one morning we saw turtles in the water as we were waiting for breakfast on the beach and the staff quickly got us a towel, wet shoes and snorkel mask so I could jump right in whilst waiting for food! So lush! As a seasoned traveller I can easily say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much!

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok from 8th to 10th September, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable holidays of my life.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel truly special, welcoming us with warmth and professionalism. The room service and housekeeping were impeccable—every request was met with a smile and executed flawlessly.
What truly elevated the experience was the extraordinary hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration unforgettable. I was surprised with beautiful room decorations, and during dinner, they arranged heartfelt birthday greetings, a live band, and even fireworks to mark the occasion. Every detail was handled with care and precision, making me feel incredibly valued and celebrated.
The spa treatments were sublime, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. Every team member—from the spa to the restaurant—was genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional.
Thank you to the entire Oberoi Lombok team for creating such a magical experience. You turned a milestone birthday into a cherished memory that I will treasure forever.

MMariaS23Grande posto. La posizione è solo in cima a destra sulla spiaggia con tartarughe, nessun posto dove andare e andare. L'hotel è inoltre a pochi passi dai luoghi più accoglienti (10 minuti a piedi), quindi è sempre tranquillo e rilassato. È sul lato del mattino, sul lato occidentale biciclette e biciclette per incontrare il sole e per andare fuori. Molto piacevole servizio e personale amichevole.
Colazione sul menu - si può avere più piatti per persona. Raccomando le uova Almarik, e tutto il resto troppo bene, varietà di frutta e pasticceria sul tavolo svedese. Il bungalow stesso è eccellente, pulito, spazioso. L'hotel più piacevole per tutta la mia viaggio a Bali e le isole più vicine.
C'è una piccola riparazione che va in zona della piscina, ma non influisce sul lavoro della piscina e non interferisce. Dai ristoranti accanto a me mi piaceva più Capre Diem - grandi servizi, tutto delizioso.

Il trasporto locale sotto Bluebird è solo un po' lontano e la ricezione aiuterà a prenotare il vostro viaggio ovunque a un prezzo equo.
Il resort è freddo e non sbavato, ma prendete un po'di tempo per usare il miscelatore per la doccia.

LLisa_GUn resort squisito con viste e camere meravigliose. Se cercate lusso e tranquillità, vale sicuramente la pena farci un salto. Offrono 3 ristoranti con menù diversi, tutto il cibo e il servizio erano fantastici. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.

La posizione è perfetta. L'hotel è strategicamente situato per offrire tranquillità pur rimanendo a breve distanza dal cuore pulsante di Gili Trawangan, come i ristoranti e i punti di interesse principali. La struttura è immersa nel verde e offre un'atmosfera serena e tropicale che invita al puro relax.

Il personale merita una menzione d'onore. Tutto lo staff è stato incredibilmente attento, cordiale e professionale, gestendo ogni richiesta con un sorriso. L'ospitalità è il vero punto di forza di questo resort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i servizi aggiuntivi [Se hai usato piscina, ristorante, o noleggio bici, puoi aggiungere un dettaglio qui, es. ”come la bellissima piscina a sfioro e il noleggio biciclette in loco
Conclusione:
Consiglio vivamente il Jambuluwuk Oceano Gili a chiunque cerchi una fuga tropicale con un elevato standard di comfort e servizio. È un resort che offre una combinazione vincente di lusso, relax e una posizione perfetta. Torneremo sicuramente!

I've stayed at this hotel twice, opting for the modern rooms. While the location is excellent – across from the beach and near the harbor – my experience was marred by some issues.
Cleanliness was average, with signs that the room could benefit from a deep clean. I found mould in the fridge, dirt around the shelves, and a noticeable stain on the floor that was missed during mopping.
Unfortunately, my stay was further tainted by a dishonest staff member who intentionally overcharged me for an iced latte. When I questioned the price, she acknowledged it was expensive without correcting the issue. To make matters worse, she gave me the wrong change. The next day, another staff member quoted a significantly lower price for the same drink.
While most staff members were polite and helpful, the presence of at least one dishonest employee is concerning. The food was hit-or-miss, but the hotel's location and some friendly staff aren't enough to outweigh the negative experiences.
I'll think twice before staying here again, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
