Hotel sul mare a Lombok

My husband and I recently spent our birthdays and anniversary here and it was literal perfection! The location is 10/10, close enough to everything (including biking to sunset point) but also felt secluded. Gorgeous pool with swim up bar overlooking the picturesque grounds. The food was also the best we had on the island. Amazing massages in room. Staff were SO kind and attentive. The snorkelling trip we did on the Princess Margaux was so great (credit to Kholid for taking some great content on our GoPro!) They also organised a transfer directly from the resort beach to the golf course on Lombok for 9 holes after brekky on the beach for my husband’s birthday. Also one morning we saw turtles in the water as we were waiting for breakfast on the beach and the staff quickly got us a towel, wet shoes and snorkel mask so I could jump right in whilst waiting for food! So lush! As a seasoned traveller I can easily say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much!

A Magical 50th Birthday Celebration at The Oberoi, Lombok I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok from 8th to 10th September, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable holidays of my life. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel truly special, welcoming us with warmth and professionalism. The room service and housekeeping were impeccable—every request was met with a smile and executed flawlessly. What truly elevated the experience was the extraordinary hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration unforgettable. I was surprised with beautiful room decorations, and during dinner, they arranged heartfelt birthday greetings, a live band, and even fireworks to mark the occasion. Every detail was handled with care and precision, making me feel incredibly valued and celebrated. The spa treatments were sublime, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. Every team member—from the spa to the restaurant—was genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Thank you to the entire Oberoi Lombok team for creating such a magical experience. You turned a milestone birthday into a cherished memory that I will treasure forever.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique, d’une beauté paradisiaque. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et les espaces communs décorés avec goût. On apprécie passer du temps au bord de la piscine avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très bienveillant, accueillant et toujours souriant. La chambre très grande, avec une salle de bain extérieure ce qui est insolite pour nous européens (il n’y a pas de salle de bain intérieure ). Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas un buffet. Il faut cocher sur un papier notre choix. N’étant pas bilingue difficile de bien comprendre ce que l’on mange. Enfin nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de payer 8€ pour deux café americano car à priori ce n’était pas compris dans le petit déjeuner. Et même si nous avions compris qu’il y avait un supplément, ce prix est exorbitant en Indonésie. La politique du petit déjeuner est clairement à revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing.

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. L'hotel è situato sulla spiaggia di Senggigi, a un'ora di macchina dall'aeroporto. 🈶24 Minimarket Xiaoshi di fronte all'hotel. Ogni personale di servizio è pieno di sorrisi. L'hotel è piccolo e raffinato e lo scenario del tramonto è bellissimo. La colazione è un pasto fisso con porzioni abbondanti. Una tazza di caffè/tè + una tazza di succo di frutta + una colazione (a scelta), la colazione non è inclusa per i bambini, il prezzo è di 92 RMB à la carte. La spa dell'hotel è molto confortevole, l'ambiente è buono e il prezzo è conveniente. 1 ora e 1.000.000 rupie indonesiane per due persone. Il manager Mayo è molto accogliente e ti ringrazia per l'invito al cocktail party. Le punture di zanzara sono gravi a Lombok, quindi assicurati di prendere precauzioni quando esci.

Dovevo assolutamente dare un'ottima recensione, peccato non ci siano dieci stelle, altrimenti ne avrei date dieci piene, ahahah! Dopo tre notti e quattro giorni di crociera da Komodo a Lombok, abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni al Novotel di Kuta, Lombok. L'hotel è bellissimo, molto elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ad esempio, i sentieri lastricati hanno intarsi di tartarughe e draghi di Komodo, le luci a forma di rana lungo la strada sono adorabili, e l'ingresso a forma di piccola porta triangolare della villa è misterioso (vedi foto per i dettagli). Abbiamo alloggiato in una villa in stile Sasak (senza piscina). La camera era molto spaziosa, soprattutto il letto, che era così comodo che sdraiarsi era come essere avvolti da una nuvola di sicurezza. Ho dormito così bene in questi giorni, ha completamente curato il dolore della crociera 😂. Perfetto per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Al check-in, c'era una signora alla reception che parlava un po' di cinese semplice, il che ha reso la comunicazione molto facile. Tuttavia, in tutto l'hotel, durante i nostri quattro giorni, non abbiamo incontrato nessun altro cinese, solo locali indonesiani, bianchi, e un paio di coreani. In effetti, quando siamo usciti per esplorare, per andare alla Grotta dei Pipistrelli o alla scogliera, non abbiamo quasi mai incontrato cinesi. La reception dell'hotel può noleggiare motorini; hanno chiamato e un motorino piccolo è stato consegnato in circa 20 minuti, per 150k al giorno. Il cibo al ristorante era decente, chi capisce, capisce, alla fine è sempre lo stesso. La colazione non aveva nulla di speciale. Per gli altri pasti à la carte, abbiamo provato il pollo kung pao e il manzo Sichuan, che erano abbastanza buoni. Non erano le ricette cinesi standard, ma il sapore era comunque buono. Per due persone, ordinando due piatti più bevande, si spendevano circa 180 RMB (si può pagare con Qris Alipay). Una sera si sono dimenticati il nostro ordine e abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti; lo chef è venuto personalmente a scusarsi e ci ha offerto un gelato. Il servizio complessivo è eccellente e il personale è molto entusiasta. Il Wi-Fi dell'hotel, se ci si registra come membro Novotel, è super veloce. La spa dell'hotel è leggermente più costosa, ma i massaggi sono buoni e, cosa importante, non devi uscire a cercarne una. L'hotel ha la sua spiaggia, e accanto c'è una piccola collina perfetta per vedere l'alba e il tramonto (vedi foto). L'ultimo giorno, mentre stavo salendo sulla collina per vedere il tramonto, un cagnolino nero è corso verso di me e si è seduto accanto a me a guardare il tramonto [emoji che piange]. Chi capisce, in quel momento il mondo è diventato tranquillo e sereno. In motorino, ci vogliono circa 15 minuti dall'hotel al centro di Kuta, molto comodo. Per lo shopping e i ristoranti si può usare Qris Alipay (alcuni minimarket no). Abbiamo mangiato in un ristorante cinese chiamato Jiangnan, il pollo piccante era delizioso e le orecchie di legno fredde erano anche molto buone (ma le arachidi erano crude, mi ha fatto morire dal ridere). Si può ordinare cibo da asporto con Grab e pagare con Qris al momento della consegna.

L'hotel più bello in cui sia mai stato. Qui è tutto così tranquillo, calmo, confortevole e incredibilmente amichevole. Persone - ringraziamenti speciali. Sono così accoglienti e cordiali che vorresti semplicemente sparire in questo posto e non andartene mai più. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi. Anche bar e negozi. Le camere nell'edificio principale sono molto ampie e confortevoli. I cottage dall'altra parte sono, secondo me, più piccoli e bui, ma hanno anch'essi il loro fascino. Questo hotel ci è piaciuto così tanto che abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno per l'intera durata del soggiorno, ovvero 1 mese.

Ci è piaciuto tantissimo soggiornare qui! Il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa. La piscina è grandissima e la spiaggia è proprio dietro la piscina, il che è davvero comodo! La colazione era fantastica e c'era così tanta scelta! La migliore che abbiamo mangiato in tutto il nostro viaggio! La posizione è ottima. Abbiamo noleggiato delle moto (che è possibile fare alla reception, il che è fantastico!) ed è stato facile spostarci. Si può anche prendere un Grab per diversi ristoranti e negozi, il che è stato davvero comodo. L'unico neo è stato che avevamo un piccolo scarafaggio in camera, cosa che credo sia inevitabile in Indonesia (avevamo una camera al piano terra). Inoltre, a volte c'era un po' di odore di fogna in bagno. Non ci ha comunque dato fastidio durante il nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo! This is good guest house if you prefer walk from jetty than pay another cost for “cidomo” since this the only public transport that take you to your hotel. The room size is more than enough for 2 person with private bathroom and free breakfast, all the staff are friendly and helpful, but if you looking for high standart, good pressure on shower, no bugs, good mattress, pls just stay on other hotel or resort in this island. Remember what price you pay to stay here.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
