Hotel sul mare a Santorini

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

Anche se l'hotel non è nella città di Ia e Phila, è situato vicino al vulcano, di fronte al mare di Eip, il paesaggio è molto bello, specialmente adatto per il tempo sufficiente, tipo di amici vacanze, e c'è un autobus nella città di Daphila, 20 minuti, comodo per il trasporto Il livello di servizio dell'hotel è molto alto. Il tempo di stampa del buon bus in anticipo. Il personale della reception introduce dettagliatamente le attrazioni e le modalità di comunicazione pertinenti. È molto intimido. Se la stanza non beve abbastanza acqua, puoi chiedere alla reception di prendere La colazione dell'hotel è molto variabile, buona produzione, ci sono molte opzioni di frutta. L'ora del colazione è fino alle 11:00. Il ristorante del colazione è di fronte al mare di Ethiopia. È molto piacevole. La produzione di notte del ristorante è buona. Vale la pena provare, ma il prezzo sarà prezioso Il piccolo giardino fuori dalla stanza del parco è molto pulito, il sole è molto comodo. L'unico difetto è che l'hotel non ha una stanza fitness, la piscina è piccola.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The villa itself was spacious and located in a peaceful setting. What impressed me most was the hospitality of the owner. Due to a delay in my travel plans, I arrived at around 2 a.m., yet the owner personally came to meet me and made sure I checked in smoothly. This level of care and dedication was truly appreciated and made me feel very welcome. The owner was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions during my stay. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

Minas was wonderful, along with Matthias. So nice in every way. Loved our arrival fresh drink and bottle of wine. And arranged some breakfast as we had a very early check out. Very considerate and helpful Mina’s was at all times. A lovely start to an amazing stay. Matthias was so happy and friendly too. Our room was next to the laundry or kitchen. Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge. The internet was sketchy the majority of the time however Mina’s helped with connection for my partner to work. Loved our stay overall! Thank you to them

In generale è un po' deludente, probabilmente pensavamo che Santorini offrirebbe il servizio in pari con la sua reputazione come paradiso turistico. La vista sul mare era scenica e magica e l'hotel si trova in un buon luogo dove non molti turisti possono accedere, quindi è più tranquillo di Oia. La camera dell'hotel non era così grande come si aspettava, le strutture sono un po' vecchie e i progetti non sono stati pensati in modo approfondito (per esempio, il posizionamento del letto rendeva facile la gente viaggiare e le luci del letto erano troppo basse che colpivano le nostre teste. Il personale potrebbe essere troppo occupato per ricordarci di ordinare colazione e dimenticare di fare il nostro colazione, quindi non abbiamo avuto colazione tranne i pani restanti.

It is close to the beach truly, the breakfast is offered in partnership with a neighbouring/adjoining restaurant names ”Prince”, the rooms are clean with good facilities. It's surprising that they don't offer complimentary bottles of water, at least for the first day of arrival to help you settle in, rather while you are still trying to catch your breath after a long journey, the reception would be more interested in booking tours from you and collect state taxes. That's so not welcoming. They will tell you to go get water from the supermarket nearby. Everything including transport is truly nearby as advertised. There's no beach volleyball. I recommend this place.

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

We had the most amazing stay at Bella Santorini and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and we were made to feel so welcome. Evangelia Valvi, the owner, was absolutely incredible. She couldn’t do enough for us and was always so kind, helpful and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her warmth really made our stay feel special. The villa/apartment was beautiful, spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also fantastic — fresh, delicious and clearly made with care. A special mention also has to go to Pannos, the bar manager, who was brilliant throughout our stay. He was friendly, professional and made the bar area such a lovely place to relax. Bella Santorini is a truly wonderful place with amazing people, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini and would absolutely love to return. Thank you to Evangelia, Pannos and the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

A beautiful apartment /hotel with lovely pool area. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was huge with lots of different food to try ( served a la carte though so we worried about waste sometimes ~ perhaps can be explained on the first day so you can decide if you want to eat it or not to ensure nothing gets wasted!) Apartment was clean, cool and with a nice terrace area. Coffee area and fridge so we were able to have morning coffees and keep some snacks and drinks. Helpful, friendly staff. We had to pay environment tax which was not an issue in itself, but we didn’t know until nearly check out time and cash was preferred~ perhaps we can include this in the price so it is not an extra expense at the end of the trip?
