Fantastico
AAashimaEnjoyed my stay!! The staff was really nice and friendly, had plenty of options in their breakfast range ( from vegans to non vegans, all), rooms were neat & tidy and the sea view was incredible. 30 mins walking distance from fira, though the hotel provide free shuttle around the day.
Definitely recommend!
Will visit again.

CCherylMy husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

CChelslcwIn generale è un po' deludente, probabilmente pensavamo che Santorini offrirebbe il servizio in pari con la sua reputazione come paradiso turistico.
La vista sul mare era scenica e magica e l'hotel si trova in un buon luogo dove non molti turisti possono accedere, quindi è più tranquillo di Oia.
La camera dell'hotel non era così grande come si aspettava, le strutture sono un po' vecchie e i progetti non sono stati pensati in modo approfondito (per esempio, il posizionamento del letto rendeva facile la gente viaggiare e le luci del letto erano troppo basse che colpivano le nostre teste.
Il personale potrebbe essere troppo occupato per ricordarci di ordinare colazione e dimenticare di fare il nostro colazione, quindi non abbiamo avuto colazione tranne i pani restanti.

UUtente ospiteMolto buon hotel, fuori dalla pista battuta, ma con tutti gli evidenti di Caldera davanti. Alberghi, servizi eccellenti, affitto fresco e ben conservato, posizione a pochi passi da Akrotiri, accessibile con auto e con poche slot di parcheggio gratuito, buon colazione e ristorante, personale amichevole senza atteggiamento, buone strutture post check out, molto buono valore per soldi in tutto. Molto raccomandato.

UUtente ospiteMinas was wonderful, along with Matthias. So nice in every way. Loved our arrival fresh drink and bottle of wine. And arranged some breakfast as we had a very early check out. Very considerate and helpful Mina’s was at all times. A lovely start to an amazing stay.
Matthias was so happy and friendly too.
Our room was next to the laundry or kitchen. Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge.
The internet was sketchy the majority of the time however Mina’s helped with connection for my partner to work.
Loved our stay overall! Thank you to them

UUtente ospiteAmore. Ha detto che è un hotel a due stelle, ma in realtà tutte le strutture e i servizi sono a livello di 4 stelle. Sono disponibili un bar vicino alla piscina (vi darà una bevanda benvenuta, che è così deliziosa) e molti tipi di camere. Hanno anche un lungo servizio di front desk e di navetta, ecc...
La camera è molto accogliente e grande, e ha tutto quello che ti serve anche con una cucina nel mio appartamento. Celebravamo il nostro anniversario con le onde blu e hanno una decorazione molto romantica e piacevole che ci permette di avere una esperienza ancora migliore con loro!

MMazi_LaurinzIt is close to the beach truly, the breakfast is offered in partnership with a neighbouring/adjoining restaurant names ”Prince”, the rooms are clean with good facilities.
It's surprising that they don't offer complimentary bottles of water, at least for the first day of arrival to help you settle in, rather while you are still trying to catch your breath after a long journey, the reception would be more interested in booking tours from you and collect state taxes. That's so not welcoming. They will tell you to go get water from the supermarket nearby. Everything including transport is truly nearby as advertised. There's no beach volleyball. I recommend this place.

Kkjq366162This was my worst stay in Greece trip. Hotel is located under a restaurant which plays very loud music until midnight!! The sound proof is no existence, you can hear all the music and can’t sleep at all. There is no reception post 22 as well, so no service nothing can be done with the loud music. Location is close to the church in Fira but far away from bus station (15 min walk). Reception is also far from the room, 10 min walk.
But besides that, good views from the room and Kelly at reception is friendly. And variety range of breakfast offered.

UUtente ospiteLocation : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere.
Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed.
Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel.
Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you.
Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

CCoop84A beautiful apartment /hotel with lovely pool area. Lovely and quiet.
Breakfast was huge with lots of different food to try ( served a la carte though so we worried about waste sometimes ~ perhaps can be explained on the first day so you can decide if you want to eat it or not to ensure nothing gets wasted!)
Apartment was clean, cool and with a nice terrace area. Coffee area and fridge so we were able to have morning coffees and keep some snacks and drinks.
Helpful, friendly staff.
We had to pay environment tax which was not an issue in itself, but we didn’t know until nearly check out time and cash was preferred~ perhaps we can include this in the price so it is not an extra expense at the end of the trip?
