It was terrible experience. I recently stayed at Ibis Styles and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Upon checking out, I stored my luggage in the hotel's luggage storage facility, only to discover later that all money(600€) had gone missing from my bag. To make matters worse, the hotel staff informed me that the CCTV camera covering the luggage storage area was not functioning during the time of the incident. This complete lack of security and accountability in addressing the situation left me feeling helpless and frustrated. The hotel's management seemed indifferent to my concerns and showed little effort in trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately a few hours later, I had a flight and did not have time to inform the police. As a guest, I expected better from a well-known hotel chain like Ibis Styles. A hotel should provide a safe environment for its guests, and Ibis Styles fell significantly short of that expectation. The missing money, malfunctioning CCTV, and poor customer service have led me to strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Excellent hotel, very clean. People at the reception are amazing, helpful and always wit a smile. Really enjoyed my stay.

Отличный отель со множеством удобств и игровыми зонами. Очень удобная кровать, чистота, прекрасный персонал. Местоположении в отдалении, но это неплохо, прекрасный вид на море и есть тц рядом.

Хороший отель для короткого прибывания. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Завтрак достаточно сдержанный, но для каждогг что-то найдется.

Öncelikle tam bir f/p oteli otel oldukça temiz ,çalışanlar guler yüzlü ( gurcistanda zor bulunur) ulaaim kolay.merkezi isitma vs ***et yeterli. Cocuk oyun salonu , fitnes vb mevcut .Biz kaldığımızda off season olduğu için kahvaltı açık büfe degildi ancak size ***et yeterli bir menü veriyorlar, menüden seçiyorsunuz, omlet , pankek , peynir , kruvasan , bal , nutella, cornflakes , haşlanmış yumurta vs . Ayrıca otelde aparitif menüler ve çorba mevcut . Çalışanların tümü guler yüzlü ve ***et iyi niyetli. Eksi ise restaurant menusu cok dar ve oda servisi olmayışı diyebilirim. Bir daha gitsem tereddütsüz konaklamayi tercih ederim. Kısacası temiz , güvenli tam bir aile oteli

Остановились в этой сети отелей второй раз (после Тбилиси), выбор пал именно на них так как находился отель рядом с береговой линией и в отеле было чисто. Из плюсов отеля хочу отметить в первую очередь собственную парковку; персонал хорошо владеющий русским языком; чистоту в номере; вид на море из номера; наличие балкона; расположение близкое к пляжу; хорошая звукоизоляция номера. Минусы у отеля тоже имеются, а именно: завтрак однообразный и не вкусный, не типичный для россиян; кофе в сети отелей не имеет вкуса; в номере на балконе не хватает уличной мебели и сушилки для вещей; в душевой кабине нет полочки для личных моющих средств. Так же хочу рассказать о ситуации, которая с нами произошла: в ночь перед выселением сработала пожарная тревога, сразу же позвонили на ресепшен, но дозвониться не удалось. Спустились вниз по лестнице как и полагается, подошли к девушке на ресепшене, она ответила что кто-то курил сигареты. Но меня удивило то, что в устной форме перед нами не извинились за эту ситуацию, все таки была глубокая ночь и люди проснулись, напугались...

房間不算大，但很舒適。設施非常好，有很多娛樂設施，桌球，乒乓球，桌遊

The front desk staff were very good and they upgrade my stay to suite and welcomed me as a member of All accor group and gave me welcoming fruits and came to my room and they tank me again for choosing the Ibis style hotel in BATUMI , I recommend the hotel because of it's location and front desk excellent deals , and wil come again to the hotel hopefully .

Amazing cappuccino...Ledi makes one of the best in Batumi. The business lunch is authentic Georgian food and is very good quality and value for money 17 GEL I ate lunch there every day for two weeks!!! Perfect location and very friendly staff at Ibis Styles Batumi...wow

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, the staff is polite and friendly. Thanks to Ketevan for the warm welcome and Natia for the delicious tea! I recommend this hotel to everyone because it stands out from other hotels. Special thanks to Keri from the reception for her hospitality.

I am writing this review to improve the business because I know the brand is good. It is obvious that it is a new hotel, the rooms are designed in a modern and contemporary. FO employees are helpful and friendly, but I wish more information were given about the hotel because many people will not see the Guest Directory QR Code next to the TV. FO staff was not sure about the breakfast hours :) Our internet connection was problematic during our stay. The TV connection came after 20 minutes but the internet was not, unfortunately. We had to change our room key-card twice due to not opening the door. FB operation should be improved, there were 16 tables, and nothing left on the bakery side in the morning except slices of bread. We had to wait for the cups, and the fact that tour guests were leaving at that moment cannot be an excuse. The buffet is always in reserve and should never be left empty or incomplete with prior follow-up. FB Dinner: Unfortunately, the leaves of the tuna salad were either not fresh or waited a long time at room temperature. The Chicken Schnitzel was oily because it was cooked by not properly heating the oil. The general areas were fun and nice, and the DJ performance and the Complimentary Drink were nice for the guests on New Year's Eve. In general, the employees are friendly and I hope that with a little more training, better service will be provided.
